The lady at the front named Candis is awesome. She has excellent 👏 customer service skills. It may not always seem like the workers are at the fr9nt desk, but I understand they can be busy with customers and helping to maintain the store as well. 😀

I like the gyms equipment better than the one in Hiram & it’s clean most of the time here. My only issue is the way the people at the desk take forever to solve anything. They move like sloths here. Pretty sure they still need to give good customer service. No one wants to stand at the desk for 10min bc yall can’t get anything together.

I’ve been going to this gym since it opened. A few months back I had an accident that caused me to be out of the gym and unable at the time to call
and freeze my account. I called 2 months after and asked them about my passed due balance and if there was anything I could do or if I needed to pay it fully so I could get back into the gym. They told me they would wave the late fees and past due balance and I would pay that current month. They communicated that the manager approved it and would get to my account in a few days so I continued with paying for the month. My account was practically unusable because it still showed a past due balance so I couldn’t sign in or pay for the next month due because the billing issue was never fixed. I tried calling them every day for a week. Never answers. I finally decided to go up there 2 months later to see what could be done about my account since they clearly never intended to fix it or there was a miss communication of some sort. The manager who works there was incredibly rude. She acted like I was stupid, insisted it was all my fault that I didn’t know how to use my app (I do, I’m very tech savvy) and kept telling me to give my phone to her after I clearly said no several times. She was defensive off the jump and wouldn’t listen to me clearly. She kept accusing me of “not wanting to pay” I have paid every single month I have been to that gym. I was TOLD something would be fixed and it wasn’t. Since when is that on the customer? I still do not believe she even understood what I was saying considering she was so defensive and rude off the jump. Had she been willing to listen and communicate effectively I would’ve been willing to pay that passed due balance. She kept saying it’s my fault for not freezing the account when I didn’t know that was an option and was never told it was. I wouldn’t have had to do that if the manager at the time kept their word? I canceled my membership and left (all the while she was insisting I let her do it because I didn’t know how too). I have never had a problem with that gym nor have I ever seen her up there so maybe she’s new? Not sure.

Its a gym for being a gym's sake. It was pretty hot in there even at night. Some nights, I would sweat walking in before starting my workout. The locker room was always nasty. They need to get a fan in there to help dry it out. The lockers are new and clean but the benches were covered in something.

I never saw any broken equipment. My staff interactions were all good.

My massage chair experience was painful. I only used it once. The water temperature was very hot.

Definitely a fan. It's never to crowded where you don't have a machine to get to. It's fairly clean, you see staff cleaning the equipment often as well.as patrons. The patrons can do a better job at restacking the weights. The staff is super nice. Especially Mckenzie, she is always pleasant. Overall, it's a great place to work out.

This place is definitely judgement free. Relaxed environment. I love the hydro-massage chairs. A bit smaller than other PF but that's expected with it being a mall attachment. Will be visiting again.

I say go spend your hard earned money else where. The gym is so basic. Pay $35 a month for their premium pass for gym equipment you can find in an apartment complex gym and massage chairs that you can pay $1.25 at a mall. I’m up for people being healthy but to allow young ones destroying the atmosphere it’s a no for me.
Had a bag with me and missed the signs that stated no bags allowed. An employee without her name tag approached aggressively, and informed me in an aggressive tone that I need to put my bag in the locker room, while pointed at me and nearly touched me. Extremely unprofessional. This is the atmosphere that this company pride itself on? It’s pathetic and disgusting.

Employees constantly play their speakers with explicit music with kids in here during the summer program even after i kindly complained of it being too loud to the guy with piercings and was ignored. This has happened on numerous occasions, a girl with glasses and braids, and a guy that wears the hat all the time with earrings and tattoos are the two who train and play loud explicit music while the gym is already playing music. it’s overstimulating.

Super clean place, everyone is really nice. Its Nice that its open late. They have specials for military. Equipment is also nice. What I dont like is having to put our stuff in their locker rooms. I trust your locker rooms just as much as you trust your clients. I like having my stuff in front of me. Probably will cancel membership and just stay with LA fitness

This club is just okay. When they first opened, it seemed they cared a lot about cleanliness and establishing a base of customers, but for the last couple of months it's just filthy, all the time. Doesn't matter what time of day. Most concerningly, though, I've noticed a trend of very loud men coming in groups in the evenings. They don't ever appear to actually be working out, just kind of walking around the gym and yelling across at each other. Last night, myself and about 4 other women were in the area mostly used for stretching, and 3 of those men stood by the counter that splits that area from the rest of the gym with their phones out recording. I attempted to call the front desk while I was working out, but nobody picked up the phone, even though I watched them ignore the call from the counter. Not that it matters, but it was two men working that particular evening, and maybe there should be a woman on staff at all times, that actually felt pretty uncomfortable to know my only option for reporting something like that would be talking to two young men who may not see anything wrong with the behavior and don't seem concerned with doing the bare minimum.

I will likely be canceling my membership in lieu of OneLife just outside the mall after this incident. I was initially excited about this location, but it's basically become the new hangout spot for everyone who used to sit around the parking lot making trouble. No thanks.

Is this a gym, or a daycare?!
So apparently Planet Fitness has opened their gym to be the gym of the summer or something for high school kids and while I’m all for healthy children, at what point do we put some respectful guidelines in place?
There was a line out the door of teenagers signing up for the gym, and I love that, but maybe give them classes to attend, or workouts to follow, or create an area for specifically for the teens! Butt On a Monday afternoon, trying to get to a bench is like waiting in line at a grocery store during Thanksgiving. There are groups of teenagers everywhere, laughing and joking and truly not there for the purpose of a gym. As customers who pay money to be able to come to the gym as a place of peace and solitude, this is insane. I found myself overwhelmed in the gym because it’s overcrowded by people who aren’t taking this seriously, are getting undressed on the floor and leaving their clothes on weight racks, groups of people hogging areas, and everything just me want to go elsewhere. Even the workers are overwhelmed. Planet Fitness, you will loose a lot of customers at this rate over the summer if you don’t come up with an actual plan for this.

As you can see the owner could care less about the mental health or overwhelming feeling of that of the paying customer. Addressing nothing actually stated within.

Brand new location, excellent equipment. The gym is cleaned consistently throughout the day. The bathrooms, locker room and showers are very clean. No complaints for me. I hope it continues to be well maintained. A good value for the low price.

The equipment is new and the gym is clean. However it’s much more like a zoo than an actual gym. A child about 8/9 years old ran rampant through the gym. Swinging on machines, jumping, playing and running. Teens come in through the mall, don’t sign in and mess with the machines, while paying customers have to wait until they’re finished. All the employees turn a blind eye. These very same employees however, will hound you about not having your gym bag in a locker. Not the best experience so far.

This location seems larger than others. It's a nice facility, the staff is friendly, plenty of strength training machines and free weights (of course there's tons of cardio machines), the massage chairs are great. No complaints from me. I'm glad it's finally open 😁
