Equipment is ok, but the showers have no shower heads. It’s erratic sprayers spraying everything except your body. And recently the showers have been ice cold. Think of hypothermia. Skip this one if you need hot water.

0 stars. Worst gym in Dublin they are NOT a judgement free zone. Wendy the manager is absolutely terrible she told members to call the cops on me and other members that use to work there because we found better paying jobs and she didn’t like that. As a paying member me or my former coworkers didn’t deserve to be treated that way. The district managers aren’t any help either btw. Gym needs to be shut down or under new management immediately!

Gym is neat! However the hrs at the center are falsely advertised. As on television, it states it's open 24 hrs and it's false. Center hrs are: Monday 5:00 am-12: 00 am, Tues-Thurs 24 hrs, Fri 12: 00 am - 10:00 pm and Sat- Sun 7:00 am-7:00 pm. This is not advertised on television or upon signing up. Was told by others in gym that that is how they get us to sign up.

I really enjoy this gym . I feel safe , my family does too . I've had a fantastic experience at Planet Fitness in Dublin, GA. The staff is incredibly friendly and always welcoming. The environment is clean and well-maintained, even though some guests don't always clean up after themselves. The staff does a great job of ensuring the facility remains tidy. The classes have been excellent, and I've learned a lot of new exercises from the trainer, Dakota. His knowledge and expertise have been incredibly helpful. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and cheerful, both when I'm checking in and leaving. Overall, it's been a great place to work out, and I highly recommend it!

Helpful and Friendly staff working the front desk and on the floor. Appears to be plenty of equipment to work with even on busy days. Clean facility, they clean throughout the day. Well maintained equipment, I mentioned an exercise machine was squeaking and Staff immediately looked into it, and took care of it. In the past I have seen Staff cleaning and lubricating equipment. Just this week 3 of Staff were vacuuming and mopping, under and around treadmill machines. We purchased our membership after an introduction and tour. We usually go during my lunch break for about 1-1.5 hrs, daily, and we've only been black card members for 2 weeks, so I'm still getting to know the staff.

I really enjoy planet Fitness not only because it has such a clean facility and welcoming staff but because all of the variety of exercise machines really encourage me to keep pressing towards my fitness goals. Recently I broke my record of walking three miles of over an hour down to 51 minutes and the staff was so supportive, they were encouraging me and celebrating that small victory with me, which meant a lot to me. It was my favorite gym until my kids got out of school and I had to switch to evenings. Your night shift people are very rude and judgemental for a place that is supposed so be a non judgment zone. The trash is over flowing and the bathroom was disgusting. When they did walk around to do the paper towel holders, they were constantly talking horrible about people who were working out. They were rude to me at the desk and would not even start my tanning bed for me. I hope others will steer clear of night shift!!!! If it is not better next time I come, I will be talking my 4 friends and I into a membership at a different gym.!!! How can you hire people like that? And when they are walking around, I didn't know it required 4 women to walk around together and leave the desk. Also I know this will get ignored because they only answer 5 star reviews.!

Bad experience tonight 6-13-23 the 3 colored lady's that were running it were rude as hell and didn't turn my friends tanning bed on. And they were saying things to there selfs about someone being to big to be working out at the gym and they had no business being there cause they were over weight. Really nice and clean gym. I like to stop by when I am passing through for work. The only complaint is it does not seem the staff enforces the gym rules. I see lots of jugs of water and large gym bags on the floor and being carried around by patrons. I noticed the sign when you walk in prohibits this. Overall it is a nice place with nice staff.

I loved how clean and spacious this gym is. At other places I’ve felt intimidated and crowded but it’s nothing like that here. I would tell anyone to join because of the price. You really get what you pay for from with the massage chairs to bringing a guest for free with being a black card member.

Gym is excellent, leaving one star because they sold me a membership when I informed them I was working in Dublin temporarily and would need to cancel. Customer service never mentioned that I would need to do this in person. I live in Atlanta and called on the phone and they refused to cancel and said I would need to send a certified letter which is ridiculous and designed to keep collecting fees. Employee didn’t escalate to a manager or offer another option. Only looking to cancel when they can look it up and see I don’t use it anymore. Otherwise my experience here was excellent.
