My memebership was suspended indefinitely about 2yrs ago and I’ve been trying to see what I can do to get my membership back but the manager at the hinesville location is extremely rude to me and I left my number for her to give to someone higher than her and she just slid it under the keyboard like I meant nothing to her. My girlfriend, my family and my friends all workout at planet fitness and I would really like to be able to have my membership back so that I’m able to workout with them again. If someone could please help me with this issue.

Jose is an excellent manager, always see him busy and not afraid to get his hands dirty on the job, when not handling managerial tasks he's always busy cleaning and working on beautifying the gym floor. I've been truly impressed with Donni's commitment to cleanliness and this gym is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest PF I've visited. I travel around the country as an entrepreneur and the staff always is patient in checking me into the system, which I appreciate since I'm old school and only have a flip phone - ha ha. One time I made a mistake and locked my locker key within the locker and Nick was very kind and upbeat about taking a moment and cutting my lock which made me feel less silly about locking myself out. All of the staff keeps busy and has a positive attitude, which makes visiting this location a friendly and fun place to get fit. Thanks! Scott

I recently retired and had to change my insurance. I chose a Medicare Advantage plan that offers free access to gyms around the country. I first used it at Planet Fitness. I was struck by the cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff. Equally impressive is the gym itself. It was very clean, well organized, and included a large number of exercise machines and free weights. Overall, my expectations were exceeded. And, because of my insurance plan, I paid nothing.

The dirt and grime in this place is just as bad as the lazy employees. My wife and I have been to many planet fitness locations in the east coast and this is by far the dirtiest at any time of the day.

They don't clean, just stand around doing next to nothing. The manager is the next level of lazy and dismissive.

Where do they hire these people ?

The young one w the thick braids is rude and lazy and yesenia the short lady is rude and has a nasty attitude, staff do nothing but curse and dismiss members. Just what everyone wants to pay for in a membership.

I love Planet Fitness I've been a member for a long time the only problem I have with it being covid-19 is one I do not know what is in the bottle to wipe off the machines but has no disinfecting smell and it doesn't seem like is disaffected anything number two they need to enforce that they keep their masks on while they're working out they're not quite practicing Max coverage past the point of entering the facility

I enjoy the ease of using the app and being able to use my QR code to check in. It’s very quick and I’m able to get to my workout immediately. I have a black card, so I also appreciate being able to send a link to my guest to get their guest pass ready ahead of time so it doesn’t take long to sign my guest in. One of my favorite amenities are the Hydromassage beds.

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience at the Planet Fitness in Hinesville, and it all stems from Yesenia. I have been coming to this gym for over 5 years and not once have I had an issue with service. Her behavior was not just rude, but downright condescending. I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism in a customer service setting. When I tried to express my concerns, she acted like my issues didn’t matter at all. I seriously considered canceling my membership, but then I realized it probably wouldn’t make a difference. Corporations like this don’t care about individual customers—they just want your money. I’ll be looking for a new gym where I can actually be treated with respect.

The only draw back is the hours on the weekends. They changed to 7 am opening, it was probably a business decision in terms of manpower. I am hoping they go to a key fob system. This way you can access the fitness center at anytime, other than that you get money's worth compared to the other fitness center in town.

Really not a fan of this location. From NY, NC, & TN, this is the worst. Some of the staff are arguably rude for no reason. I don't go there to socialize but for the 15mins out of the year that I may require there assistance, it would be swell if they could drop the unnecessary attitude. Standing behind a desk must be really hard work. My main issue is the layout and equipment though. It's incredibly cramped here with not alot of pathway and most electrical equipment is OUTDATED or not working. There's not many customizable options for my workout on the electrical machines that im used to with other locations. The mechanical equipment is seriously neglected and without maintenance which poses a major safety issue. So many things are broken and I'm not sure why it's not being fixed. Been here 5mos and I almost want to cancel for somewhere else after being with PF for about 10+yrs. Is it because of the area? Do they just not gaf because it's not the nicest city? Feels like it's being treated like a 3rd party gym. Also, WHY are they hanging the sanitation sprays off the rim of garbage cans. Makes zero sense and it's gross. And ofc, last but not least, it's not even open 24/7 but the subscription price is the same. Do better.

I love pf. However this might be the only pf of 3 different states I've been in that have grooves in their treadmills. This is very counterintuitive to your knees, balance and footing. My knees are "in recovery " and I always have to head hunt for a treadmill that is the most flat. I'm sure they're getting enough money to replace those treadmills. That's unacceptable and can be a direct issue for someone tearing a ligament or additional strain in a joint or something. Upgrade. Please. You're the only legitimate gym in town. You're saving money by going paperless in the bathrooms so maybe that money can be pooled to better treadmills. Apart from that, pf is my go-to for about over a decade now.
