The billing issue at this gym is ridiculous. There is no simple or direct way to pay your bill, and the moment your payment due date passes, they immediately slap a $20 late fee on your account. I never had a problem with the gym itself, but this billing system is the reason I’m canceling my membership. I don’t have time for money hungry companies that make paying a bill harder than it needs to be.

The gym itself is fine. I have issues with billing....I only went 2.5 months because of billing issues... I use the exact same card to pay but when it's time to pay the next month I get a message problem with my card . Go figure plus the app would say no payment due at this time then I get a late fee tack on... I give up

Im Part of the 5 am crowd , the front desk is always nice and upbeat. Place is clean and organized and consistently getting cleaned by the staff . They’re progressively adding more and more equipment so that’s nice ! And the parking lot has cameras which is key for safety so early in the AM

Tried it today. Was working out a worker tells me I can't have my bag. I have to put in locker. What? No gym bag. This is the stupidest thing I ever heard. Total workout was 5 minutes. Not good.

I am very impressed with the quality of the equipment and space of the surroundings area. And the employees are very helpful and positive about the job. they do for the people who come to work out! The upgrades to the womens bathroom are great. The air quality for workouts also great, nice and cool for intense cardio. This gym gives small town community with warm and friendly staff. You have to come and experience it for yourself. 10 star review!

Brand New Gym. Just opened in the old Big Lots spot behind Popeyes. Its amazing seeing how they transformed the space. The staff is amazing even as they are still being trained. Black Card lounge has everything and just got the comfy loungers put in this week. Just FYI: No 30 min circuit area.

This new Planet Fitness location is amazing. Super clean, plenty of space, and just an all-around great atmosphere. The A/C is nice and cool, which makes a huge difference during workouts. The two gentlemen working overnight at the front desk are incredibly kind and friendly, and they make everyone feel welcome. They create such a positive vibe and their customer service is top-notch. I just wish this location was 24/7 on the weekends - please consider updating your hours!
