I was entering into the gym when I say the floor was cleaning and everything was just clean a girl named celena had greeted me at the door . She held the door open for me. As well as I watched her finish clean the lobby as I was working out she was really cleaning . I was happy to see that some people still do their jobs. They need to keep her . I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll probably be transferring.

Every time I walk into Planet Fitness, Maddie and Chyna are at the membership counter with a smile and great energy. They make the first impression of the gym a positive one. Maddie is always welcoming and helpful, making sure things run smoothly for members. Chyna goes above and beyond by re-racking weights and keeping the space organized, which makes a huge difference in creating a clean and safe workout environment.

Serious Complaint – Inappropriate Employee Conduct

I am outraged by what I’ve witnessed at this Planet Fitness location. On three separate visits, I saw two employees standing outside smoking marijuana. One of them, identified by his nametag as William, and another shorter Hispanic male with a beard.

Even more disturbing, this same man has approached my daughter on two occasions asking for her phone number, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I reported this to the manager, and I have text messages proving my outreach, yet nothing has been done.

This location feels unsafe, unprofessional, and poorly managed. It is clear that management has no concern for member safety or proper employee conduct. This is disgraceful, and immediate action needs to be taken.

I had a pleasant visit for two days straight. Chyna and nia were very social and friendly. William kept the place perfectly clean. Equipment worked well showers and locker areas were perfect,
My only issue was after I did my two and a half mile walk I used the black card room as a place to allow my heart rate to go down while watching tick tocks or YouTubes, I had pulled the chair over towards the electrical outlet so I could charge my phone during this time and that's when Twowaki(spllng???) and faith came in. He had questioned me if I had been the one to move the chair and I told him I did and he turned to his colleague faith and ask can we have that there and she then replied we can't do that we are having an inspection and we can't have anything out of order..

My thing is I would have gladly put the chair back once I was done, and regardless of an inspection or not you would think that corporate would love to see their Black card members using their lounge comfortably. I wasn't bothering anybody I wasn't in anybody's way I just moved the chair closer to the outlet which I would have put back like I did the day before. The rudeness and the rolling of the eyes that little faith gave me was just beyond me and the guy just gave off vibes as if he was better than me. They told me to go charge my phone up in the front at the main lobby area but I do pay my black card membership. What they don't know is that sometimes I do gig work such as mystery shopping and planet fitness happens to be one of my shops. I go cross country to do this I never really leave live reviews like this however the managers there are rude and unapproachable and it seems like they took their job past their head instead of thinking about what corporate really wants.. happy visitors.

I prefer this PF in the northern ATL region. They have updated equipment like the isolated chest press, hack squat, and tons of smith machines. I visited this location around 7am on a Wednesday and Thursday and it was slow enough to get on any equipment I wanted.

I’ve been going to this location because of Nando he has the best customer service I’ve ever seen out of all the other locations. He’s very attentive to the upkeep and follows planet fitness protocols respectfully. Thanks to him I can enjoy my workouts. He needs to get recognized for his dedication to planet fitness.

I saw a Staff in glasses who didn't work during work time and was working out at the gym, and I saw him say hello only to a young, pretty girl. He is a bespectacled employee with a lot of beard and a strong curly hair. He was a young white man staff.
The black man who shifts with this white staff in the morning also has a lot of beard and is tall, but I've seen him who has such a tendency to greet pretty young women by pretending to know them first, and ignore male members by not pretending to know.

There's a young white male employee who works every Saturday until the gym closes, and he glares at me as if he's dissatisfied with me. He's wearing silver Nike shoes and has long hair and a lot of tattoos. To be honest, I don't know why the manager hired him.

Pay attention guys:
I've been a member here for 6 months. What I haven't been able to go often is that I'm not comfortable working out here. There are surveillance cameras everywhere in the gym, and the staff members pretend to be cleaning and watch us. When I came to the gym, I felt unwelcome, and I couldn't go to the gym often because I was uncomfortable, so I only made donations to the gym. However, anyway the equipment is cleaner and more various than other Planet branches and the size of the gym is big, so it's really good. But what I've learned over the past 6 months is that there aren't many healthy people who are in good shape. If you really want to build muscles and get better body shape, I recommend you to leave the membership here.
Group class is very important because we work out with people, motivate to each other and socialize together , but we don't have that here. It's a hard place to make friends and get motivation.

Buyer Beware. This is a franchise location, not a corporate location, so they have their own policies. I am a black card member which gives me access to all planet fitness locations. Since this location is not my home location and I travel a lot, I was told that it's $5 per visit after 10 visits. Even their signage says "Use of Any Planet Fitness Worldwide." Misleading advertising. Others have complained about this policy as well. Taking my business to LA Fitness.

Owner response. Thank you. This is a shame and honestly not okay with the lack of professionalism locking down. The shopping center needs to take responsibility and clean up and tighten up on security. Planet Fitness corporate is a disappointment and some staff at different locations questionable and honestly it hurts the owners business. Thank you for reaching out but I feel like this was done on purpose. I feel like some staff treat certain people differently.

Trash everywhere, get approached constantly at your car. Great service from a couple and a couple are questionable. People don't clean up after themselves and they just shut lights off and lock doors. Investing in other gyms, happily. I have also been approached by staff about thirst trap pics bs... and approached by another woman in the shower with several available who took my property. The only time to enjoy your time at the gym is with management and people you trust. Cory you guys have been the best...

We travel the country and use Planet Fitness to shower. There are not many other clubs that make you sign in on a sheet of paper because this isn't our "home" gym. This is not a common practice whatsoever. You have a whole digital database, why do we have to sign in? I'll never understand this. People can just scribble the info and you double check all of this online. Won't be back. Showers are small, hot water doesn't last long (probably very intentional), and it's definitely soon to be gross in the locker rooms. Avoid if you use planet fitnesses to shower. You may be denied.

This location is becoming my favorite 😍! The showers are extremely clean, and I like the overall equipment layout. There is a gentleman named Chris, who works here, who lights up the place! He is very welcoming as you enter, and you will always find him helping a guest who has any questions. 👏🏾👍🏾

I came in with a confused messy situation going on with my app and trying to log in to be able to access a gym. “Chrysantheum Ellis” was a HUGE & GREAT help to me!
