Thinking of canceling my membership. When I first started coming the gym was always clean and I frequently saw staff cleaning areas, including equipment. Now all I ever see is them sitting behind the desk or on their phones at the table. Meanwhile there has been blood droplets on the floor in one of the women’s bathroom stalls for 5 days. If the floor isn’t being mopped, you can bet the showers and toilets are being properly cleaned either, let alone the equipment.

Planet Fitness is trying to go woke. They’re allowing men in the women’s restroom now. Women deserve to feel safe at the gym! We cancelled our membership at PF due to this woke policy. When we told the girl at the counter why we cancelled, she only responded with “Sorry”. It’s pitiful the world we live in now.

Littering is tacky enough…but imagine not caring enough about your community or work to throw your garbage out in the parking lot of your place of employment. 7pm on sat the young light skin black female driving the silver ford suv cleans her floor mats out and dumps all her trash in the parking lot. Manager is trying to come up with an payment plan with me on something I didn’t make and also trying to talk to me like I’m liar and I’m stupid like someone put ur information in and u don’t know it and trying to tell me what I did instead of listening!!! Locations in any city I travel too. Gyms are open 24 hours 5 days a week. The staff work hard to keep the equipment and facility nice and clean. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Nice place to workout and you can't beat the price, $10 monthly membership for 1 person and $25 monthly membership to bring someone with you. Great deal

Very enjoyable when the black lady is working here she is very sweet late at night but tonight I experienced nobody in here didn’t see anybody for about 30 minutes and I still don’t black guy is working. DO NOT sign up for a membership. Its false advertisement that says no contract. I started a membership yesterday went in and exercised, no problem. Went back today and found out that they canceled my membership. I went to the front desk to see what was going on only for them to tell me i owed over $300 for past membership from a few years ago. They say that on top of that, they also added an additional $10 a month for the membership due to non payment for the membership that was SUPPOSED to have been canceled. Now here we are 2 years later, they finally tell me that you have to go into the gym in person to cancel membership. Why isn't that mentioned when you are signing up?

The staff at Planet Fitness in Perry are very friendly and helpful. Kelly and Hunter at the front desk always greet you and make you feel welcome. The facility is always clean; and the equipment is well maintained and looks new. The trainer Alex is so full of energy and excitement that it builds you up as well. He encourages me and inspires me to try new things and mix up my workout to get the optimal benefit. He listens when I have a concern about an exercise and shows me an alternative to make my workout safe. I feel very comfortable and supported working out at PF in Perry, GA.

Visited this location while on a trip using my black card membership. It is certainly different from my home gym, but did like the differences. I did like that some of the machines had rep counters, and that they also were setup in such a way that you had to do it correctly in order for it to count it. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was as well. Although it appeared small on the outside, the layout was done quite well and felt roomy on the inside.
