For others it maybe good but it is a pain. I canceled a month before my renewal only to find out it didn’t go through and not I have to pay annual. I’m just beyond tired with their system messing up on me. The gym is nice but all of the tv screens in the middle are not great. I feel like I’m in Fahrenheit 451.

Please enforce some rules around equipment usage. The smith machines are all in use at night, usually by people taking 30 minutes or more on them and stopping for 5-10 mins between sets to play with their phones.

Planet fitness has a very positive atmosphere with all the equipment that you will need. In addition to equipment, during non-Covid periods. They also offer the ultimate package that is very affordable which allows you access to any planet fitness nationwide, free access to a Hydro or chair massage, personal training, and 24 hour access during non-Covid periods. You cannot beat the value of all of it for the price that they charge! I love planet fitness!

I was just told that the planet fitness free day pass offered on the website if you download the app and go through the steps is not valid. I don't know if this is true for the company this location I was just told yeah the free day pass is no longer honored. There is 30 minutes left in the day before they close if this is something that is honored it would have been a great profit margin because I'm trying to find a better priced place that LA fitness and didn't have much time but LA is closed earlier and slightly farther from my home. You just lost a potential customer.

The Planet Fitness near Stone Mountain has a myriad of fitness options. The staff are patient and friendly. The customers seem to be from all age ranges and are courteous and respectful. The equipment is new and kept clean. The massage chairs, aqua massage and relaxation room are terrific. The parking lot is large. Great experience so far!

Unfortunately I lower and lower my rating of this establishment every few weeks due to slow repairs and up keeping , showers have had 2 months of cold water now from July to September and still not fixed , hooks broken machines need attention and locker doors need bumper stickers and repairs
I am now deciding if I should leave this location , fortunately there are many options in this area

Gym layout and equpiment is good. Staff however not so much. Ive been using my cash app account for over 7months now which was set up for auto draft. I recently closed the account bc I lost the card. Long story short I went to update the card see if I could make the 1 time payment like on app and see if they could waive the 15 late bc again it was closed. I was trying to explain to the guy Isaiah the situation that it was the fact I closed the account due to losing it but kept trying to tell me no bc the reason it was late was bc they dont take cash app. Bro how did I become a member then ? How has my account been active for over 7 months?They may tell you we cant use cash app but the app we signed up on definitely will let you and so will the auto pay feature. Futhermore you wasted all that time to explain something didnt matter bc the new card I was trying to update with is a known brick and mortar bank. So who cares about cash app I wasnt even trying to continue with a cash app account.Now im not even sure if I want to return bc no one should have to deal with some clown with his head up his rear!

I haven’t necessarily been to this gym, but I’ve had a subscription for two months. They are the worst company to ever give your information to. They will not allow you to cancel your membership over the phone. You have to go in person or write them an email. they will try and charge your card over and over until they finally use direct debit to steal your money while your card is locked, I wish to God I never gave this company my account and routing number most god-awful experience I have ever been through in my life!!!!

Daisha the manager doesn’t know what she’s doing ,as far as giving correct info the guest. I was referred to ABC about my account because the money was there and was never taken out yet I have been charged late fees. Daisha said cash app does that and it’s a company issue . If it’s a company issue then why are you only taking off one fee? And when explaining this to me , the solution was “ oh you can pay in increments to settle the balance “. The balance is not the issue, I don’t mind paying . The late fees are the issue . I shouldn’t be responsible for late fees if the money was in the account and your company has an issue with cash app cards.

I’m so happy I never worked there part time like I originally wanted to do.
I heard she’s also dating the employees and won’t hire people who seem like they may be a threat . But anyway, PLEASE GET YOUR MANAGER TOGETHER PF. Why didn't you all tell me about the renovations? I am still in shock. This center is fully updated with new machines, technology and a new feng shui, if you will. The machines are placed in a way that allows everyone privacy and increases your focus. Simply amazing. The staff was also super knowledgeable about the Angel full body machine and totally open to teach me all about it.
