Great experience, I love this place.So glad we have aPF in Tifton Ga.One of the many reasons I appreciate my Black card membership is like one trip I took to Vegas and I had a late flight ✈️ I didn't want to pay for the room another day when I wasn't going to be there that night. So I scheduled and excursion then went to a PF in Vegas showered got dressed and went and caught my plane. I was so appreciative to not just have my local access but to be able to access PF all over.

Yes I want to leave a review for planet fitness. I was a member for only 4 days and I had to cancel my membership because of personal reasons. First off they lied it was only supposed to be a dollar for that month. And $16 a month. They charged me $3. And when I canceled they told me I didn't know any money and everything was fine. And then today they take out 31.20 out of my account. It will not give it back. This place is a rip-off. Not only that it wasn't even supposed to cost anything on trial basis. They lied. Then I try to say 31.20 late fee. But I only been a member for 4 days. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. It's wrong. To lie to people.false advertisement n take money wen they not suppose to.

Edited since hours changed:
Absolutely disappointed with the hour change. The whole point of going to planet fitness is all the locations that are 24/7. Now it closes at 9 on week days and 7 on weekends. It really sucks for people like me who are working super long hours. You don’t always get off early enough to make it. Then to top it off they upped the price by 5$ a month. So to be clear you increased the price for less service. I probably will be changing to another gym now since they’re almost the same price and they are actually 24/7.

I shower at PF all around America. To put it nicely, it's always an adventure. If I'm very lucky, a good one.

But this one, THIS ONE, has the best showers of them all. They are truly private. They have room to turn around without banging an elbow on the wall. There is a dry place to undress and leave your things that is inside the stall. There is a place to sit. The water is hot!

Please, for all that is holy, make new PF facilities like this one. Please.

This PF was great. Very highly recommended.

I've been to several across the country and this one was one of the nicest and cleanest. The men's restroom didn't smell like urine and there weren't a bunch of hairs, which I can't say for other PF locations. Also, I really like their shower setup, with each shower having its own dedicated changing area.

The equipment was all very clean and well maintained. The layout of the different sections was nice. There was an upstairs area I didn't take the chance to explore. The music wasn't too loud or overbearing. The staff seemed pretty friendly. Overall, the atmosphere was really comfortable. I don't get the hate for PF in general, but this one is one of the best.

just moved down to Tifton about a month ago, and joined this gym. two weeks i been attending Monday through Friday, my third week, it just so happens i start encountering problems with the general manager for no good reason. granted i have broken the phone policy my second week, i took accountability and action by stepping out the building. But suddenly i start having repetitive “billing issues” and being told i could not work out, and that the computers not working delaying my time there meanwhile my bank accounts telling me the transactions pending. i got tired of the harassment and brought my guardian to help me sort out the issue when the general manager told us they’ll just cancel my membership for having an issue, simply trying to sort things out. i come in every week, respectful just doing my workout peacefully, now because of the position Miranda’s in i can’t even attend let alone paid for a two months no refund. her reasoning was i brought a non member in to verbally abuse her, never took place. then cancelled my cousins membership. no good reason. Miranda need to learn some professionalism and respect.

The manager here had a problem with my cousin first incident I understand she was on her phone and she left the premises. She understand that didn’t follow rules. Today it was another incident where she went into women’s locker room and came out hang up the phone the General Manager (Miranda) approach her and said she can’t be on phone in lobby it happened before and I’m going cancel your membership. We came back with her grandma to see with the issue was, wasn’t hostile nothing. She felt intimated and ask her to leave premises because she a non member. Then perceive to call me tell me my membership was canceled too since I was there. She didn’t even want to resolve the issue and immediately ask us to leave my aunt wasn’t hostile or rude. I’ve never had an experience like this back home.

Machines were clean. Floor was clean. Bathroom and showers were very clean. Staff in the morning is where things go down. They weren't the nicest and really didn't want to be bothered. And the biggest thing was the wallpaper above the doors coming into the gym is peeled back and full.of black mold. I saw mold coming through in a few places. The gym is full of enough germs. This is a huge health issue especially for older people and those with lung issues. As of 3/18/24 the wallpaper still isn't fixed and not allowed to take a picture per the rude manager.

I was just recently here. Didn’t make it into the facility. As an active duty service member, visiting home, I would’ve imagined a little bit of grace but sadly the woman on staff was quite strict. A little rude, but definitely policy enforcer. Even with the gym being almost completely empty. I wouldn’t recommend going to this gym unless your membership is PAID and the name in the ID matches the membership card you’re scanning because if not that would be a wasted trip. Didn’t get the “homey” feel when I walked in either. Actually felt a little intimidated. There are 2 other gyms in the area, I’d suggest trying those before going to this one.

I do not recommend coming to this gym. The only thing they got going for them is the place is clean. The employees are very rude. I would like to start by saying I chose Planet Fitness because the location in Escondido California 1256 Auto Park Way, was very nice and welcoming and really sold themselves to me. Unfortunately, I am a traveling professional and my contract there ended so I returned home to Tifton Ga for a while. I was told that I could use any Planet Fitness anywhere in the United States. Another Plus! Long story short I transferred my Membership to my home planet Fitness in Tifton. I went there to work out. I began my workout shortly after I was approached by (I will refer to her as Kerian)
Karen: Excuse me but we don't allow video recording.
Me: Really?
Karen: It's policy.
Me: OK (I proceed to work out.)
I didn't want to make a scene but 1st of all why did you assume I was recording? My phone was facing me not you! There was no one else in the area I was in. Anyway, after I finished my workout but not before I researched and found out that it was a general rule of all Planet Fitness that you could definitely record your workouts.
Me: I just want to talk to you about your no-recording policy. How was I supposed to know that this location doesn't allow recording? You should have it posted so that everyone can see and be treated the same.
Keren: Yeah, you can google it look on the website
Me: Yeah I did and it says here that it is definitely allowed. Show her on my phone
Karen: Well it's a policy here.
Me: do you have that in writing because it isn't anywhere in my contract?
Karen: NO it's just how we do things I am the general manager.
Me: OK then I turn and leave.
I called Cooperate they told me that no matter the location the GENERAL RULE FOR ALL PLANET FITNESS recording personal videos are allowed as long as no other members were included in the video. This was obviously racist. They were supposed to get back in touch but never did. This was 9/23/23 today 10/13/23 I went to work out at a Jacksonville FL location and my app has been deactivated Unbeknownst to me they canceled my membership that day 9/23 for a policy violation. Retaliation at its finest. Took my money on 9/17 canceled my membership on 9/23 and is refusing to give me back any money. Even the guy at the Florida location said they were treating me dirty. I just wanted it to be known that I have experienced racism at Tifton Planet Fitness and they took my money. I just want you to know PF that God is keeping score. I called back to Planet Fitness headquarters and let them know about them canceling my membership and they advised that there is nothing they can do.

Gym is always clean and plenty of access to all the machines. I go early in the morning and sometimes there’s only 10 or 12 people in the whole building. Great staff and very easy to work with. For just a little over $10 a month it is hard to be for any senior to get some work out or cardio.

I recently made going to the gym a consistent part of my schedule. It hasn't been an easy change, but the friendly staff makes it an enjoyable experience to look forward to. One employee in particular that always brightens my day is Mason. He always greets me when I walk in and tells me to have a good day when I'm walking out the door. I travel a lot and as a result I visit a lot of PF locations. This planet fitness is one of the very best I have ever been to. It is very large for a city this size and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The bathrooms were extremely clean and I was impressed with the size. The showers are very big and have their own private dressing areas. The equipment all seemed to be in great shape and plenty of tv’s that all worked as well. The parking area is large and has plenty of room even at peak times. I wish all PF locations were as well thought out as this one. Great job.

Passing through Tifton, thought I would get in a quick workout. This club is great!!!!! It was non on a Friday, fortunate for me it wasn't crowded. The men's locker room was the best I've seen. The shower and change area were comparable to a hotel. Kudos!!!!

Such a poor experience the bathrooms were clean and so was the gym but the AREA MANAGER gave us the worst day, See? I travel alot for work and I happened to stop by last week I worked out and thought this gym was good then left town to NC and got back today after a week and I happen to be by the same gym it was late at night and we slept overnight due to working out late and knocking out so tired. We are members today the AREA MANAGER HARRASSED US to the point where she drove her car right by ours and started screaming that we couldn't sleep overnight again to which we responded okay no problem we won't and she left without saying anything else, we started to get ready to leave and she called the cops on us to make us leave. We already were leaving!!jesus the cops had no idea what to do or say they asked us POLITELY to leave even tho we are members and it was day time. Our mistake was sleeping overnight and I get that but when you travel the country from coast to coast and see a big gym with more than 50 open spots and THERE ARE NO NO OVERNIGHT SIGNS you think is okay to take a nap and not get HARRASSED. The area manager HARRASSED us and deserves to be told this is not okay this isn't a way to treat members she could have asked us POLITELY to leave not call the cops on us.
