The bathrooms where dirty especially the men's restroom. My husband went into it and one of the showers smelled so foul he almost puked. On top of it all the showers would not run hot water. The equipment is in good order but the bathroom needs a redo on cleaning. Maybe even a update on plumbing and lights.

Hrs of operation are horrible!!! Jesup ,Brunswick,Hinesville all close at 10pm on Friday so why does Waycross close at 9pm on Friday why is that when we all pay the same amount for membership! Im not even going to get in to it when I have been a member since 2011 when i was Guaranteed 24 hrs access!

Rudest location I’ve ever been to. Literally turned lights out while I was working out. Never have I been to a location where you were ran off before your workout was over and I have been to quite a few locations over the southeast region. I love the convenience of planet fitness the 24/7 availability makes it definitely worth paying 26 dollars a month. You can't go wrong not to mention you can bring a friend that's awesome. Also the staff are very polite and courteous amd they have a very clean facilty that is managed well. I love the availability of the tanning bed and to.finisb it off with an almost organsmic massage. What more could you ask for?

For the most part, being here has usually been very pleasant. I love the workout machines, the weights, I like the mirror on the wall where the weights are. I love bringing someone with me every time I go lol I just can't seem to be comfortable enough to enjoy it when I'm there alone. I love the tanning beds and the massage chairs are pretty neat. Just wish I could take my husband back there he would loove the chairs!! But you can't bring guests back there with you! I don't understand why not tho. I'm a black card guest my husband is the one who pays for it for me so he's the one giving them the money yet he can't even go back there at all 😒 behind those other doors is such a calm, soothing atmosphere. It relaxes me and makes me want to meditate lol. Where they do that at? I only have one picture and it was taken 02/28/2024 😓 don't have one of me and my husband sry ☹️

If you're a PF member then you already know about the huge swing in quality and cleanliness from site to site. Case by case - No continuity. Most are bad and a few aren't fit to house the vermin living there - Filthy. Inept employees further contribute to the disappointment and sadness. Can we really expect anything else for 10bux a month? What business model failure sees no need to raise prices for over 20years???
Even so, you can find a few locations worth joining. The Waycross site is one of the few that is seemingly managed/operated genuinely and the results show. Clean and spacious with a welcoming small town feel. Real appreciation for this location. Thank you for the reliability.

I don’t usually have any complaints with this gym. Today as I walked up to the counter to get my usual massage chair there were 2 young girls obviously flirting with the boy working. When I asked for my chair I walked in the massage room, and 2 men were in the chairs. Either the boy didn’t notice, or the men didn’t care their time was up.

I originally rated it a 3 but personally out of all the gym around here (pierce/ware county) they have the most equipment. I do feel like they're "judgment free zone) motto is kinda debatable since they're lunker alarm, which might I say is the dumbest thing I've ever seen as a lifter, but what's writtin on the alarm kinda is judgmental towards bodybuilders which I take offense to it because I don't see the issue with building my body to max. But it's all how you view fitness.

Visited 3/12/23 at 1015am and the staff was NOT welcoming at all...when I mentioned it was our 1st time visting this location they both looked at me like🤷🏾‍♀️ so I just walked off. This location is small and the machines seems like they're stacked on top of one another😖 The facility was super clean and I love that the cleaning supplies has its own compartment over the trash can vs hanging on the side of the trash can as the Hinesville location has theirs. While most gyms have the childcare watch and only at certain times in early morning and late afternoon, this gym does not have childcare watch. However, it's bigger than most with more room, an abundance of exercise machines and equipment, and the employees are kind and helpful. The rest room door (cracks) are too big where people can see you sitting on the toilet, but other then that it's nice. Whole facility is extremely clean.
