If youβre thinking of leg warmers and leotards - think again! The workouts are ever-changing, challenging, and most importantly they are fun! The instructors create a welcoming, supportive environment no matter your skill level. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I like to say this place is like Cheers. Not only is the vibe welcoming and fun, but you truly feel the instructors are happy to see you. The group atmosphere is not competitive, and always fun no matter your experience level. When I started I couldn't stand from the floor without assistance, and now I am the strongest I have ever been. I have so much appreciation for this place and it's wonderful people!

Workouts can be fun! This is a friendly, safe, kind environment to get a high-energy, well rounded workout, including cardio and weight/resistance. Focus is on form and fun, with both high and low impact options available. The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming and the routines are easy to learn (even for the uncoordinated like me) but effective.. Rated E for everyone!

I love Jazzercising at Powder Springs Jazzercise! I've found I feel so much better mentally and physically after a class. The environment is fun - like dancing! I love the special classes with a fun theme; you're literally dancing the calories away! The instructors are very encouraging - there's no judgement. The classes can be modified to fit any fitness level. I love the variety of classes focusing on strength, balance, cardio and stretching. Every class is a full body workout for sure! The music is fantastic and the classes allow you to challenge yourself but they are still so fun!! Highly recommend.
