COVID-19 forced us into a nationwide quarantine, which stopped us from doing things we love, like going to the gym. However, that did not stop Mark, the trainer, from adapting to the new norm. He made the transition to an online platform where we can still get personalized training and motivation from a distance. We get live coaching and still get the feel of being around others to help us stay motivated. This is the best and most motivating work out facility ever! Mark Valenti is the ultimate coach and the entire environment of a group setting is highly motivating and entertaining. Mark is the best personal trainer I have ever seen! He truly cares about the health and progression of his students. It literally leaves you looking forward and yearning to go back, which is unusual. (When talking about working out) Seeing the results of the team members is mind blowing. The work outs are highly challenging and most importantly, FUN!!!! It goes beyond that though, into nutrition. I highly recommend!

This was my first time doing a group workout. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised at how many challenging exercises can be done with bands, kettle weights, medicine balls, partners and just your own resistance! Every workout Mark sets out stations and upon arrival I am excited to learn what exercises we will be doing. It is like Christmas morning every workout! I worked out 6 days a week for 4 weeks straight in my intro program and was initially concerned it would be too much but Mark does an amazing job of mixing up the workouts without overstressing the body. I really enjoy and look forward to the variety of exercises each day. Working out in a group has an energy that keeps you looking forward to the next day’s session. Mark does an amazing job of varying the workouts. He focuses on form first and provides modifications as needed. He always ensures we are challenged and provides continual feedback as we perform the exercises. Mark also provides motivational, educational support, recipes and so much more throughout the program which is invaluable. I think anyone who might be a little unsure of a group program or a workout program in general should consider the Meltdown Transformation. You get what you put into it but you won’t be disappointed with Mark or the program!

I join The Meltdown Transformation Studio about six months ago which was one of the best decision I've made. If you're looking for a great workout and results then this is the place to come and get it. Trainer Mark has great daily workout plans which he makes very challenging. In the six months working out with him I can see the changing in myself. I also like the Challengers with a meal plan he offer which the last one I participated in was Little Black Dress and I lost 8 pounds of Body fat and lost 7.75 inches. Just don't take my word come join us you will love it.....

As a mother and full time employee, I had an extremely hard time staying motivated and making myself workout. I started working out a little over 2 months ago with Mark's guidance and a great group of girls and have already lost 25 lbs. It has honestly been the best and a life changing experience. In the past, I tried going to the gym on my own and eating healthier but nothing stuck. However, at Meltdown Transformation Mark pushes and encourages you to push beyond what you think your capable of thru a series of circuit training/weight lifting and provides you with online learning and a diet plan that's easy to follow. I have already seen so many changes and I know it's just the beginning. I look forward to my morning workouts Mon- Fri. Mark is a wonderful trainer and person! He energizes and inspires the entire group to keep pushing forward and harder. I will admit to being very sore at times but it was okay because the great changes in my body and stamina were occurring. I had to stop going only due to a family situation but hope to be able to join again soon. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is ready to put in some hard work to see and feel fantastic results!
