I signed up through class pass and this was going to be my second class. No where does it say they LOCK THE DOOR if you’re late? I was running one minute behind schedule this morning and in no way did I think I was going to get locked out. Very hard start to the morning tbh. I get this for safety reasons but I was banging on the door and ringing the door bell for 10 minutes. If studios do this they really should put up a notice on the website or on the door so I know I’m not welcome anymore.

Best decision so far for me in 2017, I was looking for just the right work out and Pure Barre was exactly what I was looking for. Challenging you bet, rewarding absolutely! I simply love the work out and look forward to each class at the studio, Lauren M Frame grew up here in the Cumming Area so she has roots here, she has an amazing staff including instructors that I would put up against any others teaching these classes, they are all so good. I could not imagine there could be any better out there. For anyone looking for a great way to spend 55 minutes and actually feel good about it then give PB a try and hopefully you give the Cumming Studio a try with the staff Lauren has surrounded herself with there are a lot of happy ladies coming and going, a feel good workout. Needless to say I am on board.

I enjoy this studio and classes a lot! When the music is right and the energy is good, it is such a positive space to come and work out and leave feeling accomplished and reinvigorated. Caroline is always so attentive to little adjustments I can make to improve my technique to make my Classic classes even better, and Maddie is so encouraging when I start to feel tired in an Empower class. I love the little pure barre community I have found and enjoy the 50 minutes I get to shut off my brain and work out my body!

Attended my first class for free and loved it. I will be back for a membership. Men don’t be intimidated by being the only male in the class. You will improve your balance, flexibility, and core strength (aka your beer gut guys 😉). Their classes are super inexpensive too.

Friendly ladies and great workouts! I love how the teachers talk you through and encourage you. My new favorite workout!! I thought I was only going to go for a couple months but I can't get enough of Barre class! I'll be there for a long time!

This is one of my favorite studios! I have been to a bunch through class pass across Atlanta but this is first time I felt a sense of community while having fun sweating hard! The teachers are very supportive. There are different challenges / fitness goals / health activities.
The place is super clean especially during Covid. Based on personal preference, you just have to wear mask in front or manage social distance because the space is small after workout given number of people.

I love this studio! I hesitantly joined in search of a workout for my body and mind and this turned out to be a great fit! I always feel so good after a class (even if I have to take little breaks here and there) and I love how supportive the community are. You always feel like you’re being challenged but in the best way. I love every coach I’ve taken a class with and they’re always so encouraging! It’s a feel good workout all the way around and I definitely recommend!

I just finished my 4th class and I am sore, but a good sore. During the classes, I sometimes have to take a tiny break (for instance if some of my muscles are on fire). However, my goal is to not take any tiny "breaks" in a couple weeks, because I know that is REALLY when everything is working and strengthening my core and whatever muscle group is shaking like a noodle (again, in a good way!) I'm not as sore (AS sore) as I was after my first class, but that means I need to keep pushing myself and follow the instructions and do "a little bit more" each time ... raise my leg a little higher, do the slow exercises a little slower, hold the hand weights a little longer, hold the tucks better, etc.! I really enjoy this class, the instructors and the participants so much. I highly recommend trying a class ... you'll be glad you did!

This studio is fantastic! The instructors are very friendly, helpful and supportive. Lauren the owner truly loves her job and you can definitely tell! She pours so much into making the studio a great environment. The workouts are challenging in a good way. It’s low impact which makes a difference. I definitely recommend this studio!

I have a pretty colorful fitness history and the classic class kicked my butt! Specifically, my gluteus medius. But it wasn’t intimidating. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. My calves are sore, my entire core and the front of my neck. Deserves at least a 5⭐️ review. Thank you!

After our free trial class, my boyfriend and I decided to enroll for a month! So much fun and such a great workout. I never worked out on my own, so coming to a class was perfect motivation for me. I was initially worried that I was going to feel awkward and feel like all eyes were on me since it was my first time.. but no, everyone was super nice and all of the instructors gave clear instructions and helped me when I was trying to figure out the different poses. Already feeling the progress.

I took my first barre class on Tuesday...I was so impressed! The owner, Lauren, is incredible! Mary, the instructor, is awesome! They were patient and took the time to review things, explain what to expect and really suggested that I focus on enjoying the class. Movements were small, but long holds. Legs trembled, but recovered. 2 days later, core is still feeling the burn. What an incredible class...loved it. Sign me up for the unlimited monthly classes!
