Absolutely gorgeous space and fantastic instructor. I really enjoyed the class and can't wait to try another class.
They provide mats and students should bring their own socks. This studio is on the second floor above the dentist and requires a staircase to enter. The stretch class I took would be accessible to all abilities.

I love this studio! I have been coming for a few months now and am so pleased with the strength I’ve built up. I also love the novice ballet classes- I had zero prior experience but always admired ballet so was excited to find a place to try it!
Rachel gives great guidance and explains things in a way that is personalized and easy to understand. She genuinely cares for her clients. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Rachel is incredible! She takes the time to truly understand you and your body to help you get the most out of her class and the workout. This is unlike any other barre class I’ve taken. It’s her own style and I love it. She will give you the smallest move and somehow make you sweat. I can’t recommend this place enough!
