We purchased a day pass at Reps and Sets while in town and were really impressed. The gym has a great variety of equipment and a dedicated space for powerlifting. Great spot for anyone passing through or looking for a solid place to lift.

my first ever gym was this place and i’m grateful enough to say it’s ran by the best owner. he’s an amazing person and will go out of his way for anyone. i definitely recommend going here for a comfortable and friendly environment. (check out the dance classes on monday and wednesday, they’re the best!!)

What can I say? If anyone needed to have a gym, it’s Albert. He makes the environment something special and that’s why we have the gym family we do. The equipment is great, and we have you covered from just getting a workout in, to boxing, to powerlifting. I’ve been with Reps for 4ish years now and I’ll be there as long as I’m still lifting!

The literal best gym in Bartow County. The gym family here is unmatched, the staff is so very kind, they have saunas and showers and it’s always well cleaned. I have made such success in my fitness journey here and I can’t recommend Reps enough!

Awesome gym, loads of equipment, lots of cardio options, free weights for days, clean bathrooms and showers, 2 saunas. Can’t say enough good things about this gym, it’s ownership and the community that works out here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They also offer personal training services and a wide variety of classes. They even have childcare!

Been lifting for years and this is by far the best place for me. From day one I have felt so welcomed and supported by the gym community at Reps and Sets. Great people!! Facility is always clean and well maintained. Excellent high-quality equipment for a range of training disciplines. My kid loves the childcare, and I feel great knowing he is safe and happy while mommy gets her workout in. Love this place! Come and join us — you won’t regret it!

I was in Cartersville for work and this gym was only like 15 minutes from my hotel. It had everything I needed to get a solid lifting session in. The front desk and other patrons were happy and helpful. Definitely some strong people getting their training in. If I’m ever back in the area I don’t have to look for somewhere again. And it was only $10 for a 1 day pass.

I am in love with every single thing about this place, and that is not even an exaggeration. I have been to many gyms in my life but Reps & Sets is home and it will be home for a long time to come. Albert has curated the best selection of equipment I have seen in a gym in this area. When you walk into Reps & Sets, the vibe hits you immediately. From the colors of the walls, to the music, to hearing Albert or his staff members greeting you, it's a whole experience from the start. The cardio selection is great. Treadmills to stair steppers, you have low impact or high intensity to choose from. When it comes to weight lifting, this place is perfect for anyone! The gym caters to anyone on any fitness journey. You have easy-to-use machines, dumbbells, barbells, smith machines, you name it. They have a powerlifting room set up for the big 3, for all the powerlifters. They cater to boxers with a set up out back for boxing. They also have saunas which is just another testament of how much they care for their members. Saunas are an incredibly underutilized recovery tool. I love that he has these for his members. The people there are really awesome too. I've made a few new friends and that community feeling is something that's very important to me. Reps & Sets has made me feel welcome from the start and they really care about you and your fitness/health. They have a lifetime member when it comes to me!

There is a ton of equipment for such a tight space. The other gym members are courteous and keep the facilty clean. The owner is a really cool dude that holds people accountable and cares about his gym. I couldn't reccomend more.

I travel a lot for work and needed a good place to exercise. My tenor at reps and sets was around 2 months (I think). The manager knows his stuff. He gave me the run down of the facility- Very down to earth- very no non sense. I was set up and ready to go in 8 minutes. When it came to me having to leave town and head back on the road, their office was closed due to the holidays and I needed to close my membership. They do not charge any money for you to close your account- you can have a membership and close it out whenever you decide to do so. I privately contacted the gym via their Facebook page and told them my situation- within a couple minutes they replied no problem your card will not be charged here forth and they welcomed my return in the future.

24 hour business. I've met people from all age groups as fellow members there. Clean facilities and lockers available. Good prices and no contracts. Come by and check it out sometime, You won't be disappointed !

Just joined and have been there to workout two days in a row. Very reasonable pricing. Friendly and helpful owner. No-nonsense gym with everything you need for a workout. Clean facilities. Open 24 hours too. Definitely a great experience so far and very convenient. Nice environment and courteous members. Glad I joined.
