Fantastic gym! Completely remodeled. Heath put me on a training routine for weight loss, which I need & now I’m a regular (3/wk). Only 15 min from my house in jackson. I’m 61 and feel better than I have in decades. 👍

So this place is not only a place I love to go to, but it is my happy place. It is always clean, staff is always friendly and not to mention very helpful. I always thought working out was complicated and I knew so little about the equipment. This gym has no judgement and doesn’t mind showing you how to use something and the correct way of doing it. And the nice tanning beds is also a treat. It’s the only gym my husband will let me go to alone because he knows it is safe for me.
