Took my first SCLPT reformer class today, and it was the best reformer class i’ve ever taken! The instructor, Julianna, was very positive, welcoming, and intentional with her class. She utilized the whole machine, and engaged your full body. Additionally, she provided good demonstrations and variations to make the movements more challenging. Great music! The studio was clean and classy. Will be back soon!

SCLPT is the BEST Pilates place I’ve been to! I always have felt so welcomed and at home at SCLPT. It truly is my happy place in Athens and my favorite part of my day! The instructors are so nice and they genuinely want to get to know you! They always have fun treats + decorations for occasions and holidays which is so special. It is also awesome having the two different class options mat pilates (heated) + reformer pilates. I always got such an amazing workout and the studio is gorgeous too. 🩷

SCLPT is the best Pilates business in Athens! It’s the most affordable, and you can choose between heated mat and reformer Pilates! Both classes are included in the membership! I love the instructors and the classes are fun and challenging!
