I came here for 3 years and every time I came here I loved it and had fun. I made new friends that I am still friends with. My teacher was Mrs. Emily and the year it got closed I was going to try out for the team, every day I was so happy. Even when I broke my middle finger they understudy let me have my moments and after like 2 weeks I was back to doing back handsprings. This place was like my 2nd home.

This gym is wonderful while you're attending their classes. My daughter loved her coaches and learned a lot of skills while she attended tumbling and gymnastic's. Class sizes we're small and allowed the coaches to focus on the girls. The reason for my 2 star rating is due to their lack of a response for 3 WEEKS! My husband received an assignment to Italy, so we had to pull my daughter out of her classes. I requested that they prorate the month and cancel any future withdrawals from my account. I have emailed 3 times and called to leave 2 voicemails. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement what so ever. Even if you can not do a pro-rated refund, at least acknowledge that you have received my request. It is very unprofessional and frustrating. I guess I will have to spend my time going to the facility to get someone to actually acknowledge me. Not pleased AT ALL!
