I dropped in for a class with David during a visit to Atlanta. I really appreciated and enjoyed the way he leads the class by talking through the transitions to each pose. It was very helpful for me as a beginner.

First time coming to the studio on a class pass and it just so happens to be international yoga day. David and Ruthann were very informative with the information I was interested in. Would love to come back and see what a second time is like. The class I took was well rounded with classical yoga asanas moving into a great peak pose with ruthanne. Her guidance as a teacher seemed appropriate and skilled!
