Had the loveliest pop-up Bikram class with Karen this afternoon. Really like that this studio is very hot and all the teachers have good cues. Free easy parking and affordable classes.

It was a beautiful, challenging experience. The instructions for the pose were very detailed and mindful. There were also mirrors, a bathroom, a shower, and nice people to practice with. I enjoyed practicing with Cathy. She was very encouraging and clear about the steps to take with each pose. It gets HOT 🔥. Be prepared to sweat🌊

The only place to do 26 and 2 in Atlanta. Still Hot lives up to its name and everyone is wonderful. Highly recommend!

When I experienced Still Hot Yoga in Decatur , I first noticed that it wasn’t a traditional looking yoga studio! I love all the cool art around the lobby. My kinda spot because parking was easy and everyone was friendly. If you’re looking for the real deal Bikram yoga it’s the place, try a class out with Cleve. Great for beginners too, felt comfortable

I have been going to Still Hot Yoga everyday for the past 130 days so I certainly have an opinion on the place. I am a 53 year old male and I have practiced hot yoga three times in my life in three different parts of the country, NJ, LA, and GA. Still Hot Yoga by far was the best experience of them all. The owner Cleve, The Instructors, and all the students are cool as hell and very welcoming. Parking at the studio is plentiful and coming and going is super quick. The facilities are ideal and the instructors will make you want to come back. Get there early!

I have practiced Bikram Yoga regularly since 2002, more than 20 years. I have been to any number of Bikram Studios both in Georgia and California, where Bikram Yoga started. Still Hot Yoga in Decatur is my favorite yoga studio in Georgia. I value the consistency of instruction and the consistency of the temperature and humidity, and I value the culture and overall "feel" of the studio. the owner is very passionate about the yoga and is a regular practitioner himself (shout out to Cleve). I love the rubber floor (can't absorb moisture, never smells). I have never been disappointed when I go there. A good experience each and every time.

All these years, I've never left a review.
Hot yoga saved my life and my health when I started in 2018. My first class was with Cleve, who has an incredible story of his own and is a true inspiration. Since then, although I live far away, this has been the only hot yoga studio I trust and recommend to others. If you get the chance, take his class at least once and get to know him as well as the other instructors. Cleve even sent me videos so I can continue practice at home while pregnant.

This is the most authentic and hottest yoga studio in the state. Other "hot" yoga studios are warm. The pricing is reasonable even as the economy has changed. And if you're committed, they will work with you because it's about the practice and not the money. These are life-changing people.

Every class is my favorite class but the fun class they do like once a month where you can do all sort of different, elevated poses and learn from long-time yogis is a vibe. It's not super serious, but an opportunity for you to just chill for 2 hours in your practice.

This is a great studio and good people. I highly recommend you visit if you're local or from out of town.

I love Still Hot Yoga. I have been coming here over the last 7 years. I am not consistent because I travel a great deal and also live in Gwinnett County (about 45 min away). When I do come, I easily adjust to the hot yoga routine! I feel welcomed and comfortable all the time 💙💙

Incredibly friendly studio!! I was traveling and did a week at this studio and it was so amazing. The instructor was so kind and friendly and welcoming. When I got into class several people welcomed me to the studio and encouraged me since it had been a while since I’d done hot yoga. I took three classes and each time everyone was just so welcoming. I’ve been to a variety of hot yoga studios and it doesn’t always feel like this. The class itself was great! Instruction was clear and helpful. Perfect experience!!

First, let me say the studio does not smell as some of the other reviews have stated - lol. It smells like any other hot yoga studio I’ve ever been to. People wear minimal clothing however, no one was in their underwear 😂 And there certainly were not underwear all over the studio - interesting review. I took a class at the studio last night- The instructor was awesome- I like how he gently encouraged the class to push themselves, but also encouraged self-care and breaks as needed- I actually saw my toes in the mirror for the first time in bow! I’ll be practicing here for sure!

I’ve taken class here many times over the last five years and every experience has been phenomenal! The staff is friendly, the teachers are extremely knowledgeable, and the space is always clean, kept up and peaceful. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a hot yoga studio to check it out!

I have been practicing yoga at this studio for nearly 20 years. I could never say enough about the benefits of the practice, the devotion of the teachers or the caring community. But I can try! The practice itself is physically invigorating and mentally healing. The teachers are truly interested in helping each student develop their practice and are kind and caring human beings. The community at Still Hot Yoga is very special. First time practitioners as well as old-timers like myself are welcomed warmly into the fold. I am so grateful to be part of this nurturing community. I cannot imagine a more welcoming place.

I actually came by to check this place out since I am new to the area. I stopped by after one of the class sessions this past weekend and decided to not even go inside. People looked happy enough leaving but the smell of the studio was not something I was looking for. I have done hot yoga other places and yes there can be a smell but this was something else. Guess I will keep looking for a place in Atlanta.

The disgusting smell alone made me want to vomit. Then to find underwear laying about everywhere. Extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. I would recommend doing yoga in a literal dump before going here. Highly do not recommend this studio.

How I love this studio! I’ve been practicing Bikram yoga for nearly 20 years - this is far and away the best hot room in Atlanta. The community these incredible group of teachers have built over the years is really something special. We’re so lucky to have such a great space to sweat… and heal.

I have been practicing bikram/hot yoga for nearly 20 years in many different locations and this is by far my favorite studio - the staff, the classes and community are incredible. The studio has all new flooring (no longer carpet) that is fantastic for hot yoga and the owner/staff pay a lot of attention to keeping the studio really clean. It is such a welcoming, supportive community. I have had many sport-related injuries over the years and I attribute much of my recovery to practicing at this studio and the extra attention the teachers have given me during my practice to help me with healing from my injuries. Practicing hot yoga can take some time to get used to - but well worth the dedication. I cannot thank the staff at SHY for all they have done for me over the years - definitely a life changer!

I took the beginning Bikram class. The only reason I give three stars is due to the structure of the class. For example I like to pray/set an intention during Ujjayi Pranayama and I was told I could not close my eyes. I went to drink water and was told I could not until a water break was announced. I prefer a practice where listening to your body is more important than listening to the instructor. Another example is when I took too long to stand up from a forward fold and the instructor said if you're not moving with the class what's the point in coming to the class 😲. Hopefully on my next visit I can find a class that is a bit more liberal and respects yoga as a practice for listening to your own body above all else. The heat and humidity levels were perfect.

Update: I just saw a response from the owner that starts with "This wouldn't be the format you would want in yoga". I practiced 10 years before taking this class and many years since. This IS the format I AS AN INDIVIDUAL want in a yoga class. For all those that like the structure I described please enjoy. For all those that don't, please keep looking. You will find a good yoga home. I have found great places in pretty much every places I've lived :)

I’m really more about spreading positive energy, it’s rare I feel compelled to write anything negative but this place needs help.
A week ago I went for the first time, even drove out of the way.
My first impression was not great, a number of individuals hanging out on the balcony in their underwear- outside.

I walked the 2 flights of stairs ( no accessibility for my partner in a wheelchair) and I had to step over a number of the underwear people to get to the door. Weird. Immediately, I paused because the awful aroma outside the door. I was feet away and stopped in my tracks it was so repulsive. I’ve been to hot yoga, a lot actually and I’ve never smelt this sour and thick of a smell.
I left, never went in. Couldn’t.

I called to tell someone at still hot but never received a returned call.

At one point in time, I considered trying what this business offers. I have several chronic conditions for which I know yoga is incredibly beneficial, and how convenient: I receive regular therapeutic massage and healing acupuncture with Josh one door down at Ascendant Therapy. When I arrived for my first ever appointment with him years ago, nothing looked out of the ordinary upon pulling up to the office building.

Over time though, what has become the norm is to arrive and see and smell a bunch of sweaty yoga patrons in various states of lounge on the landing, sometimes even shirtless and laying out on the bare cement. Time it right (or, really, WRONG) and you're going to ascend the stairs into the shared walk area to a sour smell, pungent sweat mixed with all that exhaled hot breath because the doors seem to be perpetually open. I can only imagine what it's like inside. Is this normal? Why would anyone do yoga in steamy BO heat? I don't want to know what kind of curry you had because it's vaporizing out of your pores. It reminds me of a quote I read once about how when you smell something, you are essentially tasting microdroplets of whatever it is you "smell".

While this ongoing experience has generally turned me off from my early curiosity about hot yoga, I would probably be willing to try it somewhere known for better hygiene and circulation offerings, maybe in California or even just a little further down the road in Midtown. And maybe the owner of this location is working on getting a better air filtration system. If you plan to check them out, maybe inquire to see if they've installed their upgrade yet.

This is an amazing studio. Extremely hot with great temperature regulation, even on a cold Atlanta winter day (cold by Houston standards). The instructor, Nandra Thompson, ran a very tight and focused class with perfection. I felt very welcome, even though I was just here for the day for work. If I ever end up back in Atlanta, I will definitely visit again. Price for a drop-in class was very reasonable, also.

One of the best decisions I've ever made for myself was to venture into Bikram yoga and I feel so grateful that I was introduced to the community at Still Hot. This practice has transformed my life on all levels, and the teachers are all excellent in their own unique ways. The people are supportive and welcoming of all types - no matter where you are on your yoga journey. They push you without being pushy and show a very genuine interest in you becoming the best version of your self possible. They're always looking for ways to make their offerings better, ie. changing the flooring from carpet to rubber, adding new fans, upgrading water fountains, etc. They also rent mats and towels which is great if you wanna catch a last minute class and don't have your gear with you. Highly recommend this studio.

I mean I don't want to be too negative but it was not a great studio. Its a hot class yet there is carpet in the room ( I have never seen that before). The yoga room smelled awful. Felt like a bateria haven. The room was filled to the brim with people, so I guess some people don't mind or like the cheap prices. But it was not my vibe at all.

This is an excellent Bikram studio with amazing teachers and friendly, supportive students. The teachers truly are passionate about yoga and helping their students improve in their practice. I have been going to Still Hot Yoga for 4 years and my practice has improved dramatically with the help from the teachers. There is a beautiful community of students at this studio that is unlike any studio I've practiced at previously. Everyone is friendly and welcoming to newcomers. This studio feels like home to anyone who practices there. I highly recommend this studio to anyone new to Bikram or whose been practicing for years. Thank you to Cleve and all of the teachers for all the hard work and dedication you put in to the studio and your students.

Anyone with a curiosity towards Hot Yoga...or Bikram style, to be more specific, should make it a point to try Still Hot Yoga in Decatur. I have attended the 60 min "Hot Fix" on thursday nights for about 6 months.

Everything is right about this studio. Great Facilities, huge "old school showers". The heat / humidity is perfectly maintained, the cueing and "dialogue" is on point, and the energy is so positive and technical. Although some of the most physically demanding sessions i've experienced (believe it or not, the 60 min can be much more intense than the 90 min class), the attention to correct alignment has made this practice sustainable and highly enjoyable for me.

I can't vouch for every instructor, as my experience has been limited to Rue and Clive. I've been to several Bikram studios and I can say that Still Hot has been my favorite place to practice Bikram by far. Again, great facilities and even better instructors.

No need to try another studio, SHY is the best Bikram in Atlanta. The studio is Bikram oriented although they offer Vinyasa and other specialty classes... the heat & humidity are well thought out and always set to the correct temperature. Then there are ceiling tiles with printed sky/clouds that enrich the shavasana's...and they dim the lights in between classes so you can always arrive "on your mat" ready to work thru the magic that Bikram delivers. The instructors/management make the experience better for everyone from beginners, intermediates, and the seasoned yogi's. I can't even recommend one instructor over the other because each one has their own personality but deliver during the practice and your body & mind expand in directions that you never thought possible! Amazing & Beautiful experience! Namaste!
