I've been coming to Sweat Society for a year now, and I truly love everything about it. It's a small, family-style gym where you feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable from day one.

So far my experience with Sweat Society has been great! 2 classes in and with a current unlimited pass for 4 weeks, I couldnβt resist. Both Sharlene and Mary have been amazing and I canβt wait to see how my body feels over time! Great environment, great people, and so much fun.

I started RH Boot Camp back in March. Hands down, the best decision I have made when it comes to taking care of myself and getting back into working out. The work outs are challenging but doable. The atmosphere is inviting, the coaches are fun, encouraging and just tough enough! I am happier, healthier and stronger because of RH Boot Camp!

I have been going to this gym for about a year and a half and I am so impressed with the entire experience. I have lost weight, gained muscle, lost body fat, lowered my BMI, improved my eating habits, and the list goes on. For the first time in my life, I have abs and biceps and triceps. Love RH BootCamp! Even when I'm tired, I look forward to The Family', even at 6 a.m. We come first. The dedication was amazing during quarantine..They didn't allow us to have excuses to NOT exercise and used another avenue. I've been going to Richmond Hill bootcamp for about 2ish years. They work with you through everything! I had surgery and was out for 6 weeks, they text and checked up on me often. They treat their members like family. When it comes down to working out now, they play no GAMES! They will push you to your limit with a smile.

The trainers truly meet you where you are on your journey. I just found out last week that one of the bones around my knee is broken. To be honest, I was so upset when the doctor told me that I stopped absorbing the info. She told me no more tap and low to zero Impact workouts π³π³π³. That night when I pulled it together, I messaged all of the coaches and told them what was going on. Their response made my
heart know that I was right where God needed me to be. They have been so amazingly supportive!
Additionally, they have those big, thick mats that the cheerleaders use of the gym floor so that is amazing, too. On this journey, Iβve lost 50 pounds so far. I have so
much more to go, BUT
