Allyson is simply the best!! I have been taking her pole dancing classes for about 6 months and it is the highlight of my week! Allyson is so kind, calm, and inclusive of everyone and really breaks the moves down so you understand. She is so encouraging and so much fun! I can't recommend her business enough! She's also a fabulous aerial instructor!

Allyson is such a sweet, patient, and knowledgeable pole instructor. She teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced pole, but also does private lessons, personal training, aerial silks/lyra, yoga, aerial yoga and so much more. A renaissance woman if there ever was one! She does it all. The hustle is real in this one. Her studio is clean and her classes are small so she can really give you the proper attention you need to hone your skill. She is attentive to her student's physical abilities and comfort level and will break down moves into digestible chunks. Pole can be daunting and she's very conscientious of that, so I've been very grateful for her friendliness and professionalism. Additionally, she absolutely cares for your safety and will make sure you are doing things correctly so you don't get hurt. Her studio welcomes people of all skills levels and backgrounds. I highly recommend you check out her upcoming classes, but act fast because they do fill up quick!

I took pole classes at The Aerial Nomad for around six months before I had to move, but I really wish I had found it sooner!

Allyson is an experienced instructor who puts a LOT of effort into her curriculum for all of her classes and private lessons. She takes into consideration all students' strengths and weaknesses, and works to improve each person's skills. She has also created a safe, encouraging environment that is positive and uplifting, which truly means a lot when you're in pole attire and aren't used to showing that much skin.

Perhaps most important is the care she puts into the safety in her classes. Allyson never allows a student to do a move that will put them at risk of injury, and slowly builds up to more challenging moves. She has gracefully navigated running her small business in a pandemic, adjusting her schedule and class sizes to comply with COVID-19 safety regulations and adding extra cleaning measures.

I could go on, but hopefully you get the point. If you're thinking about taking a class with Allyson, DO IT! :)
