I was so impressed with this exercise place. I love that you can work out, make progress in just 20 minutes, 2 times a week. the coaches are very motivating. Having been a serious weight lifter in my younger years I was skeptical of this program. Iβm now a big big fan. The coaches are attentive so itβs safe , the technology is tailored to ensure you make steady progress in gaining strength and the results are amazing. This program is for any age. The owner Rob takes a personal interest in all the clients. The coaches are professional and equipped to motivate and encourage. Facility and environment is clean and inviting. I recommend EC highly.

It's only been a few weeks, but am loving the program. The 20 minute work out gets me home before 7 AM to start my day. The target on screen in front of me, at each station, keeps progress front and center. The one on one coaching during each session keeps me motivated. The short, but intense, 20 minute program keeps it possible. And the good kind of burn during and the wobbly limbs after keep it real.
For those concerned with getting back into a gym post pandemic, the machines are wiped down and coaches wear masks.
Rob, Justin, and Terez are all wonderful coaches with their own unique style. Rotating coaches gives me a different perspective on form and technique allowing for well rounded instruction.
Oh and I love the texting platform for all communication. It's easy, convenient, and the team is responsive.

I would recommend The Exercise Coach to everybody and anybody looking for an efficient full body workout! The fact that each workout is only 20 minutes is amazing and easy to stay motivated for. After each workout, I always felt like I had pushed myself to my full maximum and really felt and saw the difference. The Excerbotic equipment is so easy to use and tracks your progress so you can see how much youβve improved from each workout. But the staff is what really sets this place apart. Rob, Chaplin and DβAngelo are the best! They were ALWAYS welcoming, friendly and engaging, making each workout the best it can be. I was never one to enjoy working out or going to the gym, but The Exercise Coach is unlike any gym out there.

Loved everything about this work out process! Location was convenient, the space was always clean and welcoming, the trainers were great! Loved getting to work with Chaplin and D'Angelo - I've never felt so strong after a workout program, definitely the most consistent and best-resulted excersize routine I've ever been a part of. I loved that it's just 20 minutes of all you got, and then you're done for the day! The exerbototics is easy to pick up; it's easy to follow and improve for each work out. Rob was a professional and organized manager, these guys know what's up! If I didn't move, I'd absolutely still be working out here.

The trainers are great. I feel very safe going there. I see them clean all of the equipment both before and after I use it. Everyone wears masks and only one client trains at a time in the facility. What I love about The Exercise Coach is the results. I wanted to get stronger and fitter and this fits the bill. The personal attention is great to ensure that you're optimizing the exercises and the computer feedback tells you exactly what you need to do. I've definitely gained muscle definition and strength. There's nutritional support if you want it. While it's a quick visit, you're working hard the whole time. This is something you should try if you're spending a lot of time working out and not getting results. The coaches care about your success and optimize the programs to "shake it up." This is a great environment. The coaches are all very supportive! It truly is 20 minutes - 2 times a week and you will get stronger! The program changes regularly (amount of reps and/or weight) so you are constantly challenged. Muscles are fatigued but I never feel soreness for days after. I love it and would suggest you try their trial lessons to see if it works for you.

I'll be honest, when they told me I could get a COMPLETE total body workout in 20 minutes, I was like, "yeah, right!" Well, let's just say reality set in within the first 5 minutes!!! With my traditional resistance training and weightlifting, I rarely focus on the eccentric or time under tension, so this was the most my body's been challenged in quite some time. Gotta give a big shoutout to Rob, Jen and Chaplin for an amazing and invigorating workout. Plus, I got some nutritional tips from Jen to help me reach my fitness goals even faster ;-)

So, I have been a practicing Physical Therapist almost two decades as well as owner of an Outpatient Private Practice. Most impressive high-tech fitness studio with patented technology & computerized equipment is incredible. My session with the Exercise Coach lasted about 20 min and was able to specifically target upper and lower body problem areas. More importantly, the coach was able to do that one on one, safely protecting all my joints while taking the guessing out by utilizing constant real time data as I was working out. I would highly recommend my any of my clients, family, friends continue their fitness goals with the Exercise Coach. It's Worth It!

Love the exercise coach!! A different way to train and get in shape. Only 20 minutes but I feel the burn and get a great workout. Rob, Jen and Chaplin are awesome. Before I signed up I had joined other gyms but never went. I was skeptical about what kind of workout you could to in 20 minutes and if i would see results. I feel stronger through this program. I knew I needed a strength training workout routine. I hit the age for knee pain and back & neck tightness. Medical doctors told me I needed to strengthen the muscles. I tried Exercise Coach because I never felt comfortable figuring out the machines at the gym. At EC the Coaches get you in the correct position, watch your form for each rep and encourage best effort at each workout. I am in my 60s and feeling stronger than I have for many years. I was mainly looking to get back my overall strength for tennis and came across T.E.C. PERFECT place post physical therapy with their state of the art machines. They can change range of motions to accommodate surgeries like mine. Slow reps are safe. I never had a gym or studio focus sooooo much on safety!

I've been working out for many years ie..football bodybuilding etc...Things to mention about this gym and its perks. You don't have to be the most knowledgeable or your fitness level doesn't matter. Your target goals are personalized to you with their computers. Finally.you dont have to be the most detailed person or technological individual etc these machine offer you feedback during your workouts etc. This is very helpful trust me go check it out and see for yourself. As a physical therapist, I was extremely impressed with the high tech fitness equipment. I love the fact that the session is one on one. This assures that I myself or the client is performing the exercises correctly which will decrease the chance of injuries. It was also easy on my joints and by finding my maximum ability it kept me in a safe zone. After only 20 minutes I really felt like I had a good work out . The greatest part for me is that it keeps your data which takes the guessing game out on how you are progressing. I definitely recommend this fitness center and will reconmmend my clients continue their exercises program with the Exercise Coach.

I love to workout and give new places a try. I heard about this 20 min workout and was kind of skeptical honestly... Each machine took my muscles to failure and did it slowly AND safely. The "right" intensity interval training at the end of the 20 min wiped me out. I'm actually still amazed at this concept and what I accomplished in 20 min!

What a challenging yet rewarding session today. 20 minutes fit right into my schedule. Chaplin and Rob were so helpful training be today. They pushed me to work harder while ensuring I was positioned correctly, controlling my breathing, and completing each exercise. Time to recover to be ready for the next session in a couple days. As an ex athlete I was a bit skeptical that this workout would be sufficient enough to get the most out of me. Well I was wrong!! 20 minutes of sustained efficient muscle activity left me feeling like I'd done my usual hour and 15 minute workout at a regular gym.
