I have been going twice a week for almost 2 years now, and really notice a difference in muscle tone and overall strength. I love that it only takes 20 minutes which goes by so fast. The trainers are great, especially Riley who is super knowledgeable and goes out of his way to personalize and deliver a positive workout experience.

Have been going to Exercise Coach for almost 2 years. I am much stronger and feel great after every workout. I am 67, I need this strength training to keep my bones and muscle from deteriorating. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and motivating. Only 20 minutes,twice a week. I love it

When I read their 'guarantee' - '20 minutes; twice a week', I was surprised and thought it was a gimmick. But, once I started training with Riley, the manager at The Exercise Coach, Peachtree Corners, I realized they meant every word of what they said. I have been doing this for 2 months now and can already feel the results. The Exercise Coach provides a scientific and safe method for us to exercise and achieve results almost immediately. Riley is an excellent coach - always smiling, encouraging but persistent, always pushing me to the next level. He is committed to our success, and embodies all the good traits of a good coach.

I was impressed by the Exercise Coach concept and local staff. Riley was fantastic, taking extra time to go through the program with me and tailoring it to my fitness level and personal interests. As a personal trainer, I've worked out in a lot of gyms. I had never seen a concept like this before, so was intrigued to try it out.
The philosophy here is time under tension for each muscle group while using there isokinetic machines. This means that the machine itself moves at a constant speed regardless of how hard you push/pull. The machines are able to measure your force output so you are challenged to apply the right amount of force at the right time, creating a nice mind-muscle connection. There is immediate feedback on a screen in front of you, keeping you engaged for every rep.
This is a fairly different way to train than a traditional gym. Because the machine moves regardless of how hard you push/pull, it can be an incredibly safe way to train. The programming is preset based on your strength curves, so it can be highly effective as well.
I can't say I will ultimately train this way forever (it requires there specialized machines), but it is definitely worth checking out. The workouts provide a full body workout in relatively little time. I don't think you could get a much safer and more efficient full body workout than this. Would recommend for anyone looking to start a new program or wanting to try something different. Ask for Riley too. He is the manager and was fantastic!

I really enjoy coming here, usually twice a week. Very clean and accessible facility. Coaches Riley, Justus and Sydney are all excellent; knowledgeable, friendly and helpfulβ¦really a pleasure to work with. I wish the scheduling was a little different though- just a five minute break between one client and the next would be so helpful. If one person arrives even two minutes late, it throws everything off. Just my two cents!! But may be worth a try?!

An excellent place for a work out. Machines are top notch. The place is clean. Great one-on-one attention. The staff is excellent. A special shout out to Riley Nasrallah. He is knowledgeable, personable and attentive. If the other work out places are too overwhelming for you I highly recommend you check out The Exercise Coach.

I absolutely LOVE working out here! To be able to get a full body, heavy weights workout in 20 minutes is incredible. Add in that it's only twice a week, wonderful one on one trainers, AND it gives amazing results...I could not be happier!!
Angel, Sydney, and Justus are the trainers I primarily work with. Each of them are wonderful. They all are very conscious of safety and making sure that the amount of weight, the correct body position/form etc is utilized. I always look forward to coming to my session. And I've never said that about a workout before.
The facilities are so clean and it's really nice not to have to deal with crowds or noise. For any that think 20 min. twice a week can't give real results, let me tell you it does. I've been coming a few months and with just the working out I've dropped two pant sizes! I'm stronger than I've been in decades. (I'm 56) Walking up and down stairs is no longer hard. And I can finally keep up with my teenager at her activities (they involve a lot of walking.)
Sorry for the long review. But I love this place and hope this will encourage people to come try the two free workouts.
