My husband and I really enjoy our experience at The Exercise Coach! From the very beginning, the onboarding process stood outโit was smooth, informative, and made us feel confident about getting started. The people there are friendly, professional, and genuinely encouraging, which makes such a difference. One thing I really appreciate is that the trainers are always ready when we arrive. Thereโs no waiting around for them to finish with someone elseโtheyโre focused and prepared, which makes each session efficient and respectful of our time. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to ensure consistency when couples sign up for one-on-one training. Ideally, each person should have their own dedicated trainer during the session, rather than sharing one between the two. This would help maintain the individualized feel. Overall, itโs been a great experience and weโre glad we chose this studio!

This is the place to be! From the moment I had my consultation, to my first session this place felt like home. I love that you get in 20 mins and then your out! Even though it's only 20 mins I feel like I have worked out for an hr. You get a good workout in without having to put so much stress on your body. I attend the Suwanee GA location and the staff here is amazing!

The Exercise Coach formula has been very effective and helpful for me. And the Suwanee location's staff do an outstanding job. Cheri (my coach) has been so encouraging, while also looking for me, setting a pace that keeps me from injury, while helping me improve my strength. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to learn more about strength training!
