THE best gym around. In just the couple years that I've been a part of this community, it's been the best experience. From the trainers to the nutrition coaches, they're great at making every single client feel welcomed no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. I've been working with the nutrition team since the beginning and the accountability is there. My relationship with food and the gym in general has improve so much since being a part of thevfit. I’ve been going to The V Fit for around 12 months now and can’t say enough good things about this gym. If you want to work out in an environment that will push you to be a better version of yourself everyday this is the gym for you. The coaches are genuine and provide great feedback to help you improve. From adjustments to your form, encourage you to give it your all or cheering you on during an WOD. Each coach goes out of there way to make you feel seen, heard and cared for.

I started The V- Premier Fitness back in Sept 2021. I was very hesitant on joining a CrossFit gym due to my fitness level. Since joining I’m so glad I made decision to join cause Archie, all of the trainers and class members are amazing. All the workouts are challenging and can be modified based on fitness level. So you don’t have to worry about how heavy some people are going as long as you’re challenging & pushing yourself. That’s all that really matters! I got started with V Fit because I needed a place that worked well with my schedule along with somewhere I didn't have to think what my workout should be...instead a place where the workouts were already curated, different each day and focused.

Where do I begin? I’ve been with the V for 4 years and have made countless friends that are as close as family. This gym is unlike any other community I’ve been a part of. Every member would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. No one thinks they are better than anyone else. The dedicated coaches and unending knowledge of fitness is un matched. The VFit is the truth, just when I thought I could not push pass my plateau on my weight loss journey. Getting a little discouraged but didn’t give up I was riding pass VFit and it was like a light shined on the building. Joining the VFit family has been amazing and so motivating. The nutrition coaching that comes along with the program is great. I learned the importance of adding good carbohydrates into my meals, setting attainable goals helps me to stay on target. You can tell they are a team of coaches that loves what they enjoying helping others reach their goals and main a healthy life. I don’t feel like just a membership number I honestly feel like I have connected with genuine family who cares about my health and weight goals as much as I do. The daily encouragement, the CrossFit sessions, with Q and Negil, the nutrition sessions and meal planning ideas and the keeping up my biometrics monthly with my ladies Roshaun and Joy. 😊 Archie gave me the best advice and that was trust the process, Take it one day at a time, all I keep hearing him say is this is a lifestyle change, it’s ok you will get to your goal.
The whole team is so encouraging, motivating, nice and definitely make you feel like you have been knowing them a long time even it’s your first day because that’s exactly what I experienced on my first day.
It’s not often we take time to share the good experiences, the way VFit has changed my mindset and has given me a new focus to get back up. I must share and hopefully this will motivate others to go ahead and start, in the words of Coach Archie “Trust the process” it definitely works. I will share I started in November and even with small hurdles I still have a Big Win in my biometrics from lbs, inches, waists being down several numbers.

I’ve been a member of this gym for years now, and what I love most is the community. No matter what my goals are—and they’ve changed over time—the coaches and members truly get behind me and support me every step of the way. Sometimes, they even join in on the goals I set, so I never feel like I’m doing it alone.

I've been a member of The V for 11 months now, and I couldn't be more impressed with the overall experience. The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a wide range of equipment for all fitness levels.

What really stands out, though, is the coaching staff. The coaches/ trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about your progress. They are always friendly and quick to assist with any questions. Beginning with Archie's, "it would be an honor to assist with achieving your fitness and nutritional goals" persona; it trickles down to all of V Fit's staff. I've consistently participated in the CrossFit classes which are both fun and challenging.

Lastly and most importantly is the incredible sense of community. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly faces and people who genuinely care about each other's progress. The members here are supportive and motivating, and it feels more like a group of friends than a typical gym. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone encourages each other, and the trainers make it a point to help you reach your goals without any judgment.

I really enjoy the gym and the accountability by all of the coaches. I always feel comfortable when I go and I know that they have my best interest in mind.

The class times work well with my schedule whether it's early mornings or late nights. After about a month I signed on with a nutrition coach and I am extremely pleased. Their approach is geared toward results through forming habits rather than immediate changes.

I've been using the personal training services here for over a month now, and i wanted to take the time to share my experiences in hopes i can help others.

A few things relevant to my experience here. I am retired from the military. During my service we had access to great fitness and nutrition coaching. I also sustained quite a few injuries that have presented some challenges to working out. Since late Spring of 2024 i have been searching for a good personal trainer and have tried several gyms and trainers.

I have had a range of experiences before finding V premier that left me frustrated and unhappy, and i won't list the long complaints here. I wish that i had messaged these guys months earlier.

When i messaged them via the google link requesting more information/a callback, i received a text and call literally before i had time to finish the email. They were incredibly responsive and flexible. On my initial visit i met with Nigel and we discussed goals and expectations, concerns, and specific points for what i was looking for. Nigel was incredibly meticulous in his note taking. I didn't realize this at the time, but his commitment and skill at getting feedback and incorporating it throughout our sessions started here. He was able to get a good picture of what i was looking for even when i didn't know how to express it clearly. During our workout sessions this became very evident as he has been asking for feedback in different ways to ensure nothing was off, even if i was too inexperienced to realize it.

I have never felt better about working out, because every single day has felt tailored to help me get to my goals. My fears of wasting efforts, performing exercises incorrectly and causing injuries, or following the wrong information from online sources is gone. I can show up and put in all the effort and know that it is being well used. (On that note, Nigel has packed more progress and results in to 30 minute sessions than i used to get from 60 minutes a day in the military). I can't speak highly enough of the quality of knowledge and expertise here.

Aside from my personal training sessions, i've witnessed many people coming in for group class and one of the recurring themes is that everyone leaves with the same satisfied smile that i leave with-It's nice knowing that the effort you put in was well spent and not just frustration with no results. I've seen people of all ages in here too, so i wouldn't let that get in the way. There are many others here on the staff, and they have all been great. The nutrition coaching was approachable and actually easy to understand. I'm a plumber now and have a hectic schedule and don't always have consistent access to a kitchen for lunch, but we're still able to start working on a realistic plan to make sure the meals i'm eating are helping towards my goals and not leaving me feeling like i'm on a deployment diet. There's also a huge background here that is reminiscent of physical therapy, in the sense that when an issue or concern is brought up (Like tight shoulders, or knee pain), solutions and a plan are offered to help address each problem.

Specifically for those of you looking for strength training, Nigel is incredibly knowledgeable. He is paying attention to every rep that is completed, taking notes and making sure that my progress is guided seamlessly between sessions and weeks. I am not exaggerating when i say that the effort given at this gym is all directly applied to progress.

I would recommend these guy to anyone looking for experienced and knowledgeable trainers. And i've tried half a dozen gyms and training programs in the last year. It's been a transformative experience.

We made it through our on-ramp classes with Archie (who skillfully “scaled” the workouts to my level) and never looked back. This summer I took the nutrition and fitness challenge at VFit. This was an incredible experience for me. The gym has a friendly/family atmosphere. I have never really worked out, but everyone from the staff to the other participants in the class were extremely supportive and encouraging. I always thought working out/being fit meant you had to be exercising two to three hours or more per day. I discovered that being healthy is moving daily, eating a balanced diet, getting adequate sleep, and consuming enough water. This place loves to treat you link family. All trainers are very knowledgeable and able to help in any way possible. They are able to manipulate workouts to you personally if you have any disadvantages and are very patient and understanding. 10/10 would always recommend

I love every experience I have when I walk into the gym. The atmosphere is so friendly you feel like you’re walking into not only a gym but a community. I have seen so many results since coming here, and the trainers are so attentive during the boot camp classes I take. I’ve come in injured and could still exercise safely with their helpful modifications. Everyone is so motivating, even the other people in the class. The Vfit always goes the extra mile for everyone who enters the gym. So thankful for this place and I always look forward to working out and having a good time.

Awesome place to achieve your goals while meeting supportive friends! I’ve been here for about 4 months and the results are already visible. I dodged group fitness for years and The V Premier Fitness changed my perception! I look forward to the daily challenges with the 6 am crew! Great way to start your day! I went to this gym for 6 months before moving out of town. It was my first time trying CrossFit. I always felt that my safety was a priority. I was able to progress at my own pace while also being motivated to push myself by the coaches. Everyone was very welcoming and I never felt like the “odd one out” as a new member. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, The V is a great place to do it!!

Great gym and coaches! Being new to CrossFit, I wasn’t sure if it would be something I’d stick with but the coaches and atmosphere are amazing. The coaches are accommodating, always paying attention to everyone and correcting form when needed, and are very patient. They’re encouraging but don’t push you to a point where it’s too much for you. The others who attend the classes/gym are welcoming and motivating. And the hours are very convenient. It has become my favorite part of the day. I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

This gym is the best! I started here with zero experience, hated all exercise, and had low confidence in my abilities. I am very new at this gym. I just finished the 5 class introduction (known as the onramp in crossfit) and have completed my first two workouts. Let me begin by saying this is more than just some class you take on occasion.
(I have another gym membership, but the gym has always been very intimidating to me. I would jump on a treadmill or elliptical, but I never ventured near the weights. Anytime I I tried one of their group classes I felt lost and a bit like they just did not care.)
I went searching for something different. I could tell by my first meeting that The V was different. Archie was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and explaind the format of crossfit and how it was scalable for people at all fitness levels. Then he asked about my goals and what I was looking to accomplish, and we talked about how crossfit could benifit me, and help me reach my goals. Everyone is extremely welcoming and eager to help. I do not feel like the "new kid". The workouts are challenging and no joke. It is exhilarating and exhausting all at the same time. I am doing things I never thought I would do, like lifting weights, and burpees. They have definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, and so far I am loving it

I'll be honest. I was a traditional gym rat until I decided to try this style of exercise. I have never been so challenged or felt this good with traditional exercise. This place has the best trainers and the best patrons who all support each other from beginning to end. It's really like a family and because of that, I can't go back to a boring gym. The bonding, the excitement, the grit, the grime and the satisfaction are all packaged nicely at this place!

So I am in week 2 and loving it. I take the 6 am yoga on Mondays and Fridays and 8 am on Saturdays. Nicole is a great teacher. She provides alternatives when needed and pushes you through each exercise.
My husband goes to crossfit. He loves the gym. There is a wonderful simplicity to the set up with none of the pretentiousness of most gyms. People are here to work out and get fit, not waste time trying to look good. We are both looking forward to experiencing more.
