We love TGA! We spent 2 years in our small hometown gym and were spinning our wheels. We were ready to move to a gym that was serious but still fun with gymnastics! We moved to TGA and my daughter has progressed so much in two years. We drive an hour twice a week so she can train here at TGA and it’s worth every mile! I love watching my daughter perfecting new skills that her amazing coaches have taught her! We are so happy at TGA, y’all come try it out!

I have not a single cross word nor less than positive experience I can report regarding Tift. We live approximately 100 miles from TGA, but finding the right club fit for my now level 8 gymnast was paramount. The first day she visited, she as adamant about making TGA her gymnastics home.

My gymnast has been training and competing with TGA for over 2 years now. I am confident that she is training in a safe environment where her emotional wellbeing, as well as skill attainment and mastery, are equally prioritized. For me TGA is well worth the drive. The head coach, Ben, is encouraging, attentive, and level-headed. He is approachable, willing to speak with parents, and is very knowledgeable about the sport. Support for peers and teammates is strongly encouraged and the girls hold each other up even on the hardest of days. The only question I have about TGA is how I can manage to get Ben to our hometown when my gymnast has her signing day in 2025. :-)

Come on and try TGA! Your child will thrive and you will enjoy watching them blossom and take off in the sport of gymnastics.

As a gymnast, training here was an environment where young me first started grasping responsibility, time management, and work ethic. Though I have parted from club gymnastics, I still practice as a high school gymnast and coach team gymnastics here. I’ve been with TGA for about 10 years now! I started doing gymnastics here in 2013 when it first opened and excelled as a gymnast. After parting from gymnastics in 2018, I continued to be a part of TGA family by coaching what I love. I have learned many things by being a gymnast and coach at TGA. As a military family, it is always a challenge to find the right places to land. We were so very lucky to have found Tift Gymnastics Academy. Our daughter loves her coaches and teammates. The hour drive that we make (each way) is way is WELL WORTH IT! We have seen so much growth in her skill level this last year and look forward to watching her progress in the years following. TGA is an amazing gym!

I used to go to the gym when I was a little kid and they taught me great morals that I’ve put into my own life currently. When I was old enough to drive I started working as a coach and it is one of the best job experiences I’ve had. They treat you very well like a family and you bond so much with the little ones. I loved teaching the kids how to do gymnastics moves just to see their faces light up with excitement. The parents are great and everything is just overall a great environment.

I would not recommend this gym. When my granddaughter went there she did not learn anything. When I stayed to watch, the girl teaching her class only went through the motions. Did not see any real teaching going on at this gym. I feel like if they saw potential in your ability you were treated really great. But all it did for my granddaughter was lower her self esteem. I never saw anyone put forth any effort to encourage her.

Best decision we’ve made for our daughter. We have been with TGA for 6 years now. I have seen her grow and learn so many skills, including self-esteem. This is the only place I would send my kids for gymnastics/tumbling. The coaches are trained very well on safety. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has kids! Kids nights on Friday nights are also a must do so you can get a date night every once in a while!

CONSISTENCY. In the sport of Gymnastics, gymnasts MUST be able to have consistency not only with their coaches, but also in routines, conditioning, and training.
RESPECT. Coaches must respect each gymnast and their learning style to better connect with them; this gains respect from the gymnast...especially when the coach pushes them to do their best to reach their full potential.
INSPIRATIONAL. Coaches at TGA are always aspiring to learn more and train better for their gymnasts.
But to me, FAITH AND INTEGRITY are what really set this TEAM GYM apart from any other. The faithfulness of the owners to put GOD ahead of any decisons they make, making prayer at practice and before Gymnastic Meets honorable, and teaching the gymnasts humility, are some of the best skills gymnasts could learn... Gymnasts will use these physical and life skills they learn for the rest of their lives...whether in Gymnastics, another sport, or in dealing with people always trying to tear you down. TGA strives to be it's Best...in all areas.
Our family is Thankful for their Leadership in these rare Qualities!!! Our Team Girl has moved up several levels...but each move was based on her ability to be ready for that level, not to go up levels before she could accomplish her goals. If a gymnast gets too far above their abilities, it can get them hurt or discourage them altogether. GREAT GYM!

I am fairly new to the coaching staff at TGA, and they have made me feel more at home than my former employer. They welcomed me with open arms the very first day. They have also helped me improve with my coaching abilities and techniques. They are constantly working to improve the coaching techniques of all the coaches in an effort to teach the children in the best way possible. The work environment is absolutely magnificent and you will ALWAYS have a smile on your face when entering and leaving. I have never left work without a smile on my face and that is something I cherish in this new experience. Ben and Christina are two of the sweetest and most loving people in Tift County and I truly can't thank them enough for taking me in to the TGA family.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT TGA! The coaches and staff are courteous, organized & the gym is operated with great integrity. TGA coaching staff provides knowledgeable instruction for gymnasts of all ages and difficulty levels, from tots all the way up to a TEAM of Level 10 gymnasts! The facility is amazing; plenty of quality equipment...CLEAN and spacious. But most of all, I love the true Christian environment that has taught my daughter great values that will carry her through the rest of her life. Kids are taught RESPECT and that there is no I in TEAM!!! After 9 years of experience, I will have to say this is the best gymnastics experience we have ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can't begin to say enough positive things about TGA. My daughter has been there a little over a year, and she has thrived. When we first began with TGA, we were coming from another local gym. I had researched proper gymnastics training and knew my daughter wasn't receiving it at the other place. I was unsure about TGA because it was new, but from the moment I stepped foot in the door, I knew I was in the right place. My daughter was given individualized attention, received correct instruction, and eventually won state vault champion. I am so thankful for TGA not only for their physical training with my daughter, but their spiritual training as well. Every decision is prayed over, and the team members pray each evening at the conclusion of practice. If you are looking for an amazing place, not only for your child's gymnastics training, also for their character training, this is the place for you!

My kid loves TGA! The coaches are great with the kids and it's a family oriented atmosphere. They took my son with no experience and have transformed him into a little gymnast. He is much stronger and athletic. He has also exccelled in other sports due to the workouts and training they put him through. I highly recommend TGA to any parent who is looking to get their child involved in athletics. They also have a great kids night program thats my son loves. It also gives parents a break one weekend night with the comfort knowing their kiddos are in good hands and will have fun.
