Triple E has been amazing for my daughter. The core values are in alignment with the ones we instill in her at home. The positive reinforcement, love, support, and work ethic has helped her to understand her greatness. She has become more confident as a gymnast and as an academic student. She has made life long friends and takes her love for gymnastics to a new level. Not only does she receive intense professional gymnastics training that will open doors of opportunities for her, she receives dance conditioning and a specialized nutrition and workout plan.

My daughter started gymnastics here when she was just four years old, and it’s been a truly positive and empowering experience ever since. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and truly passionate about helping each child grow—not just in skill, but in confidence too.

Our experience at this gym was disappointing. My 3-year-old daughter is active, and the coach lacked patience, expecting her to follow directions without proper guidance. The coach frequently yelled at her, never rewarded her like the other kids (except once in three months), and even questioned my parenting, insisting I should discipline her differently. I was not allowed to observe classes, and my daughter made no progress due to the harsh approach. When I told her she wouldn’t be returning, she said she didn’t like Coach Tosca because she was mean to her.

While Coach Tosca seems to care, she has little patience for toddlers. If your child is energetic, this is not the place for them. I switched my daughter to karate, where they help her focus without yelling or harsh discipline.

I do not recommend this place to anyone with small children. The instructor has no patience and constantly yells at my niece. They need better instructors that know how to coach children. I had to remove my niece from the program because she kept telling me that the instructor was mean to her!

My Daughter has been attending Triple "E" Kids and under the Tulage of Coach Tosca for 4 years now. My child has not only became a leader but a pillar within her own community. With the leadership instilled from coach, my daughter has been able to mentor and assist her peers. This is a sure testament to the skills and defined intellectual knowledge learned from Coach Tosca. Hard work, decipline, dedication and willingness to pass on whatever knowledge that was shared. Triple "E" is more than just gymnastics and cheer. My daughter has been apart if the TEK family since she was 4 years old and is about to be 10 in September. The coaches believe in their gymnastics and push them to be the best at every event. I would recommend this gym and give it nothing less then 5 stars.

My daughter has been a part of TEK Gym since she was about 7 years old, she is now 12 and since then her skills have skyrocketed. Because of Coach Tosca and her coaches my daughter is heading to the Junior Olympics!!

Triple E kids has been such a blessing. My youngest daughter started attending last year. We’ve watched her grow, mature, and learn to be disciplined. Coach Tosca is amazing and you can feel the love she has for her student athletes. We had the experience of attending an end of the year program. It was so amazing my 2nd daughter will now be joining Triple E. I can’t wait to watch both of my children build and improve in their skills. To add onto all of this Coach Tosca knows how to win! If you are looking for an amazing gym for your child, I would definitely recommend. 10 stars!!!!

Coming out of Black History Month, I would love to be able to recommend this black owned “business” (and I use this term loosely). My experience here has shown me that they will give anyone a business license- and common sense is not all that common. While robbing you with one hand , they emotionally damage the very kids they are “coaching” by threatening to remove children from the team regularly with no grounds to do so. They act on emotion and think it’s ok to make changes to fit their personal needs while remaining inflexible regarding others “contractual” obligations. BE WARE! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

I apologize to this gym for “Adrianne Leslie’s”review as unprofessional. My child has been attending this amazing respectful facility for a year now. Person with false name Adrianne drop off my child. She was annoyed when she was corrected for forgetting to bring a cap since my daughter has beads in her hair. She admit she was told two times prior to make sure she had one. Today she was asked to actually obtain one so she can participate. She followed up with a fake name and unprofessional review shortly after this occurred.

I am embarrassed that she left this review. I hope it doesn’t affect this very nice place my child enjoys attending.
