I got a stroke 2 years ago and have been doing physical therapy since I have been out rehab. I started strength training with Keith in August and I have seen more results than I got from physical therapy. I strongly recommend stroke patients do strength training with Trufitness by Keith. If you are looking for a fitness trainer, I highly recommend tru fitness by Keith, I have been a member for about 2yrs, I find that the price is very reasonable, the gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment for
personal and group training , I have never had any scheduling issues, I find Keith to be extremely professional, he work with you to help you achieve your goals

This fitness center is highly recommended. I joined four months ago and I am happy with my results. We are provided with a meal plan which I barely follow, and yet I have seen improvement. Keith has design his daily workout to shock and confuse the hell out of your body. Everyone is super friendly and our trainer is a kid at heart. I am physically and mentally much better than 4 months ago.

I have been attending TruFitness since mid-year 2021. I absolutely love everything about this gym, the people and our trainer Keith. This is a family oriented gym environment where we not only receive that motivation and push from Keith yet we one another. Keith demonstrate a true mean of a trainer who cares! He ensures we are on top of our nutrition intake and we are working every part of our body! Although some days are harder than others, he never allows us to give up. If your looking for a gym family. I have been going here since Sept. 2021 4 days a week. I feel much better and seen inches go away...if I ate better I would see weight loss. This boot camp keeps you energized and keeps the weight off...inches have disappeared from my waist and thighs...which I'm so happy about...a "TRUE" bootcamp.
His kids agility class is good...my 14 year son has been going for years and love the workouts and how coach has his arms, back, and shoulders looking.. we moved 30 mins away and we still go faithfully.

Best decision I EVER made!

Working with my TRUFITNESSBYKEITH family is by far an experience for me. I started back in 2021 and I was afraid to start the dreaded journey of weight loss because I ALWAYS start a workout routine but I end up “burning out!” I haven’t looked back since and I can truly SEE my weight loss and he encourage us to PUSH beyond being TIRED, and “CANT” isn’t allowed during workouts at all 🤣🤣

I use to travel about 7 miles to get to the gym, before but I bought a home about 50 minutes away and I’m still DEDICATED and I make it my business to GET THERE regardless because I know KEITH will put his all into preparing the perfect routine together for us 7 days a week! We complain BEYOND measures, but I wouldn’t trade this EXPERIENCE for nothing in this world!

Great place to work on getting your body back in shape. His boxing classes are great and I go on weight days. I get a complete workout. His kids agility class is also great. My son has been with KLS Fitness since he was 7 or 8. He is now 14 and he loves going to Keith. If you want a great workout try KLS fitness
