First impressions were not good. No greeting when entering. Low lighting and very cramped feeling. AC air ducts looked dirty and the building smelled musky almost like mildew. Equipment had noticeable wear with no signs of proper repairs. Would NOT recommend this gym or paying any such fees for this state of a so called “gym”.

Warning for Anyone Trying to Register at This Gym

I strongly advise against signing up at this gym.

I moved from Georgia to New York in 2023 and assumed my gym membership had been canceled because I stopped using the debit card I originally signed up with. However, the gym continued charging my account, first $25 per month, then it increased to $35 monthly. These charges kept coming, but I didn’t initially realize they were from the gym.

Two months ago, I contacted my bank to stop all payments related to the membership since I no longer go to the gym and no longer live in Georgia. While the bank blocked the charges at first, the gym somehow found a way to charge my account again.

I called the gym this morning to ask them to stop charging me, explaining that I no longer live in Georgia and haven’t used the facility. The woman I spoke with, who claimed to be the owner, was extremely rude. She insisted that I had to come in person to cancel the membership. I explained that I now live out of state, but she said there was nothing she could do. When I told her I would not pay for services I’m not using, she said she would report my name and abruptly ended the call.

This is a fraudulent business practice. I will be pursuing this matter through the proper channels. It makes no sense to require someone to travel across states just to cancel a gym membership.

Once again, this is not a gym I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic gym with great staff. Had a membership for 7 months, and never once have had a complaint. Easy to sign up, affordable, a wide range of cardio equipment and lifting equipment. Everything was maintained very well, as well as always clean. Highly recommend for beginner and advanced lifters!

I joined this gym to workout without a crowd and found it to be a great location. I started to receive billing issues after 4 months on joining the gym. I was told the payment was 20.00 flat rate and that was it. I was then charged a 23.50 late fee eventhough the payment was received only a few days after it was due. I then asked to cancel my account in which I was told I would not be charged a yearly gym fee because I joined in June of 2023 so it was halfway through the year. I was told I would be charged in Jan 2024. In Nov of 2023 I decided to cancel my membership and was told my membership was canceled. I was then charged the yearly gym utilization fee for only using the gym for 5 months and charged for both December and January then told I needed to submit a cancelation email. None of this was explained to me when joining. Sucks because this gym is a great location but the miscommunication is disheartening. I would recommend this gym to anyone because the staff are very friendly but the billing practices are not so great. I did enjoy my short time here you can workout in peace and not worry about waiting for equipment.

My teenage son recently started going to this gym. When I went to sign him up, Kayla was working the front desk and she was very friendly and professional. She thoroughly explained all of the paperwork and the gym in general. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is quite helpful. I might get my own membership soon (if my son doesn't mind 😉) Highly recommend supporting this family owned gym!

Our neighborhood gym shut down without notice. We visited 4 gyms who offer Silver Sneakers. One visit to sign up and we knew we had found a new gym home.
After 2 weeks, I am convinced the staff is amazing, the equipment is plentiful and well maintained and the facility is the cleanest we have found.

I can't Canced Membership. Last year December. I was told no more money will come out of my account. And what do you know $43 came out of my account. I spoke to the owner she didn't listen at all to nothing I had to say. And pretty much told me there is nothing she can do and I'm not getting my money back. Instead of holding her associates accountable for their mistakes. She basically made me pay for their mistakes literally. Don't do it.

I came to Hiram for a week and a half to visit family during the holidays. I emailed various area gyms to find out if a short term membership was possible so that I could work out during my visit. Donna was the only one who took the time to respond to all my questions, giving me my options and pricing. That same personal attention is what I received from the staff when I went to register. The price was great for the short term membership. The gym had all the equipment I needed, and the atmosphere was great. I was able to work out without people coming up and trying to sell you training or services. Great gym.

Super small gym, congested. Always waiting for machines. Only has one free weight squat rack. has only 1 stall in the males room and one urinal. Only good thing about the gym is it has potential to be better. Has another side of the gym only being used every now and then could be used to expand the gym for the good. But the gym has no vision for real weight lifters

This place is amazing! I love the atmosphere. The owner literally greets you as you walk in the door. I wouldn't want to go to a "big box" gym. This place is friendly and there is no judgemental people contrary to what the commercials for the main stream gyms say. If you like to go to gym for regular workout, muscle condition or building like me. This gym met all those expectations for me. I love to lift weights, this gym has all those requirements for me( squat rack, lot of plates, dumbbells, and yes Smith machine (2 of them). Also 24/7 access for a very reasonable price. Everyone here is friendly from staffs to members. I recently moved from Spokane Washington to Ga, found this awesome gym on google map with great reviews. 10/10.

Great Gym, can get a little crowded a peak times but still usually able to get a good workout in without waiting too long for equipment. Some of the treadmills could use repair or replacement. Overall though it is a good gym with a good selection of equipment and friendly staff. Additionally, the 24 hours access is convenient for those with weird schedules, or just people that like to go during off peak hours.

I attend GHC in Paulding county and my school pays for my membership during the school year, but this gym is so amazing I pay for it out of pocket during the summer.

The gym is clean, up to date and stylish. I love the staff they are very friendly, supportive and engaged. They offer kick boxing next door for a discount if you are a memeber of the gym! They also offer personal trainers. The gym is family owned, which is why they treat everyone like family.

They take your fitness and business seriously with loving and compassionate hearts. It doesn't matter if you're new to the workout life, a veteran or in between. They have something for all body types and age groups. Please check them out you won't be disappointed! 😁💜💪🏾.
