I really love this gym, the atmosphere is always energetic and motivating. The people and workers are really nice, I had an encounter with one of the workers, I think her name was Kate, she gave me run down of the gym and really showed a positive attitude while doing it.

This gym helped me so much during my ACL surgery. This gym has every basic machine you need to help you grow any muscle group you need. The staff is very nice except for kate. Never talk to her.

I started going to this location back in 2017 and left this facility because the staff (at the time) were very unfriendly and rude. A lot of members felt the same and also left due to the judgement/attitude that was experienced while in the facility. It was talked about a lot amongst members before I decided it was best to part ways.

I recently re-joined this location back in January 2025. Jared Stanley is the reason why my fiancé and I LOVE this gym. He is always welcoming us with a warm smile and asking us how we are. He is very personable and super caring. He always has a positive attitude and offers the best advice and/or encouragement. He is very informative and always takes time to explain what events are going on. I'd never thought I'd say that my opinion of this gym would change, but it definitely has. I've had a few interactions with other members of the gym which were not bad. However, I do have to say that Jared has a deep love for what he does. You can tell it with any interaction he has with the members, whether it is with us or others around us.

I always tell people to go check out the gym and ask for Jared!

The gym itself is amazing. I have never met the staff and my only issue isn't on them. A 24/7 gym cleanliness is in part the members responsible, and the fact that the members and users of the facility refused to pickup after themselves is sad because the owners of this workout anytime offer more equipment than any of the other chains I have been to, and I have checked into 5 different gym since joining. So to the owners, thank you for and amazing setup. To the members and users, respect urself and other and leave it cleaner than u found it.

Have been a member since this facility opened and loved it under the old management! Always had friendly staff to open the tanning beds for us! Under new management the facility is no longer staffed for the people that come early mornings so we do not have access to the tanning beds which we pay for! The men’s bathroom is always nasty seems like it never gets clean! A lot of pads are cracked and broken and have not been replaced in months! Equipment hasn’t been updated or new equipment added in years! Seems the new management is more interested in collecting revenue instead of investing back into the facility!

I have been dealing with billing issues. Had a freeze put on the account and was told that if I had medical issues after three months that I could cancel my membership and after three months, I was still having medical issues and when I went to cancel membership, I have not had that done. My account is in collections. I have done my part and my account went into collections and I was told basically it’s my fault. Well I did my part I had called went in didn’t get calls back nor did the messages get to the right person. Then when I spoke to the general manager Jalin I had told him what he originally said about if I was having ongoing medical issues that he would cancel out the account and he said no I asked for something else and he changed the subject. It seemed like it was always something and then they wanted more stuff for me, but I’d given them what they asked for and I felt very intimidated by him , and now I’m going through the fact that my account is still in collections. I even went and got another note stating that I’ve been under medical care for months and this man wants money instead of holding up what he said originally

I give this place a 5 star review because of personal trainer coach Ken B. His ability to encourage you and push you at the same time keeps you coming back for more. His knowledge and ability to work with all different types of ages, weight loss needs, and strength building can not be matched. He genuinely cares about each person he works with. I have never enjoyed working out or exercising but I go everyday of the week now. I'm so glad I was able to sign up for personal training sessions with him. I know following his wisdom and direction my life will be changed forever. It has already started. We are blessed to have him here in Calhoun. You should come see him. He's worth it.

When I first moved to Calhoun, I wanted to find a gym that had the same fitness values as me and worked with my work schedule. I found workout anytime. Just the initial introduction from Jaylen gave me even more reason to join. Although not knowing how long I would be there, he made me feel like home. Along with Coach Ken and the rest of the team. They will motivate you and push you to keep going. The classes that they are incorporating now on Saturdays are the BEST HIT classes I have ever been too. Coach Ken targets muscle that I never knew I had. So if you’re looking for a gym to join, I suggest you try this gym. I can say I am officially TEAM CALHOUN and always will be no matter where my job relocates me to.

My husband and I have started to visit on a regular basis. We are an older couple just looking to keep physically active at least three times a week and do our 30 minute treadmill and bike routine. Place is really trash the staff is not friendly, not clean, and too small. I had a silver sneakers and it expired and I went in the gym with my brother who has a premium membership and they called me later and was like due to policy u can either come to gym and sort it out or we’ll call the cops well I got there and he’s like u don’t have to do anything just if u keep coming we will call them and im like I can’t just come with my brother as a guest and he said no, stay away from this place

Had to change my review to a one-star from a five-star. The club charged me a $39 fee even though my basic membership is FREE through Silver and Fit. When I cancelled my membership, they continued to charge me the $10/month additional fee that I was paying for the "Premium" membership.

Updateing my review because my husband and I no longer go here. It just wasn't the gym for us. But when we went to cancel our membership they put it on a 3 month hold instead. They told us at the end of the three month hold period if we didn't come in again we wouldn't be charged. Now, almost six months later of not going, we get charged out of the blue. When we went in hopes of getting it taken care of, they refused to refund us, and the manager wouldn't even talk to us. Very displeased and won't ever go here again.

I love this gym! This is the second gym I’ve joined and it’s by far my favorite. They have so many options as far as workout equipment. Not to mention the amazing massage chair and the tanning beds.
