UPDATING MY REVIEW - I called to cancel and was sent to a call center that appears to be outsourced. I pay monthly and have been a member for about 1.5 years but have not gone in a few months. Cancelling was very difficult. I had to give a "30 day notice" and could not cancel immediately, even though I verified multiple times I wanted to cancel and did not want to freeze the account. This means I will be charged for yet another month of services, even though I have no intention of using the gym during this time. The cancelation notice is also confusing. It says I have a Total Due to Cancel... Is that an additional payment ON TOP of the monthly fee that will be auto drafted from my account later this month? Very frustrating.

Workout Anytime is always clean and well maintained. I always feel welcome and there is plenty of equipment.

I was told I have to come in to cancel my membership. I did. Drove back into a town I don’t live in anymore. Then I was handed a card and a number and told to create an account … to cancel my membership. This should be illegal. Planet Fitness all the way. So glad I switched over. Your equipment is also subpar. Your female associate was incredibly rude when I asked why I couldn’t cancel it in the store. I felt very judged as well. I shouldn’t have to tell you why I’m canceling. It’s my money.

20 May 20, 2025, this day the gym and other days ago the air conditioning was set very high that the gym was very cold and we are not going to sit in the gym, we are going to sweat a little and not relax with the cold weather please if you can solve that, it is so ugly to sweat and feel the cold sweat when you stay still for a while

Do not get a membership here. They’ll gladly take your money but if you try to cancel your account, you have to cancel thru a seperate company. They want a letter from your doctor as to what your physical impairment is for the cancelation and they want $99 plus another monthly payment to cancel.

Absolutely the best gym in our area. The staff is so helpful and so kind. I use their professional trainer, Hannah and let me just say, she is AMAZING!!! She has transformed my body from flabby to lean. I am amazed at the transformation. I have been going to her for 6 weeks. I have dropped a pants size. My arms, legs and gluts have built muscle and toned. She is extremely knowledgeable of my needs and works hard to give me a workout that fits my goals. Atmosphere is great, some equipment could be upgraded, the only downside is the staff hours on the website are not correct so if you need to tan, good luck!
Recommend that the hours be changed to adequately reflect when the staff is there.
Maybe closing the tanning beds 30-40 minutes before the staff leaves since they get upset if you try to tan within 30-40 minutes of them closing.

This location is extremely unprofessional when it comes to managing your membership. My husband had a membership through this location for five months. He was passing through town, joined, and actively used a closer location. When trying to cancel the membership over the phone, we were advised he must come in person to cancel, yet upon showing up in person he was told not only can they not cancel it, but that he would have to do it online and pay a $99 fee to do so (a contract that was apparently issued in the fine print, but was not mentioned verbally). Clearly this company cares way more about making money than being honest with their customers. The "manager" he spoke with in person was extremely rude, as well. We have had great experiences with other locations over the years.

I highly recommend working with Abi as a personal trainer! I started working with him last December and he has helped me make incredible progress towards my fitness goals. I do not like going to the gym! At all! BUT I meet with Abi (trainer at 24/7) and I have a great time!!! I actually look forward to going in. He listens to me and works hard to adapt my program to my mind set. Which is challenging 🤣. We discuss diets and ways to be motivated. Everyone at the gym is very nice and welcoming.
