The equipment is very clean and the owner is very nice. The highlight of the gym however, is the trainer Jr. Very funny and makes you feel comfortable working out. Very motivational and patient. I’d been afraid to workout in public for a long time but Jr provides a safe space. Highly recommended

For anyone that does not like crowded gyms, this is the one for you. I was perfered to join here and to sign up with Jr. for a personal trainer. I have zero complaints, Jr. Definitely has a well known reputation. He definitely showed me different techniques into building muscles while burning fat. For all truck drivers that wants to be in shape and never have to worry about passing the dot physical. Come get your membership and see Jr., he definitely will get you right. After my first few sessions I've noticed I have more energy and strength now. I highly recommend Jr. for your personal trainer. He definitely will work around your schedule. Definitely worth every penny

Have been a member of the gym for over a year and have visited multiple locations. It was a great choice when selecting a gym. I use to be a member of planet fitness but switched to workout anytime due to issues I had at planet fitness. Staff has been great at workout anytime . Had a payment issue before with the location, but spoke with Marc who got it resolved. Toni has been a great help when it comes to any questions I might have. I did personal training with Junior and it was great. I lost over 100 pounds during my year doing personal training. Training really helped me with my workout journey!! A great thing about workout anytime are the locations are 24/7 even on holidays. They have been great for my workout journey!!

This gym has really gone down in the evenings. My daughter and I stop going because of the A/C but she has informed me that it’s back working. But the unprofessionalism has to stop my daughter and I were approached by Ethan a pretty fit young man who told us he will train us and we believe him…But when my daughter came back to the gym she not only saw him training a couple times but she heard him admit to a group of guys he is not being certified. What kind of establishment has an uncertified trainer. Do yall think about the liability of that? Question why do yall let staff members workout on the clock? t
This is why it’s a mess in there and we have to use soaked rags to swipe equipment.

I’ve been a member for years and it seems the quality / management has gone downhill within the past few years. For several weeks, there’s been no AC which causes the gym to get extremely hot and uncomfortable. This is a safety and health concern. Very disappointed this has been going on for weeks and the AC is still broken!! Please use the money that members pay monthly to fix the AC and improve the quality of the gym!!!

VERY dirty and not as well kept as other WOA locations. I have been coming here off and on for 6 months (ONLY because I work around the corner) but the water filter have NEVER been changed. That's disgusting. The bathroom is HORRIBLE. They have 2 shower stalls but only 1 shower curtain. Go elsewhere if possible.

They made a nasty phone call with no regard for my work schedule. I’m now filling a corporate complaint. Calling me does not “scare” me into removing my review. It only prompted this review.

I can only imagine what they will respond with now. I wonder if I’ll get another nasty call.

I’ve been a member for years and the gym seems to go through waves of properly managing the cleanliness of the gym to barely cleaning the gym. It seems they are back in the wave of bare minimum cleanliness. I can barely get in a stretch on the yoga mats before several centipedes make their way to the mat. The amount of dead bugs, live centipedes, and spiders is ridiculous. I understand that is it summer time so a recommendation would be to vacuum and other cleaning duties twice a day at minimum. The morning staff and the closing staff, since it is a 24 hour gym. Nighttime and early gym goers should get to train in a clean gym just as the daytime gym goers. If twice is day is already being done then perhaps additional services may be necessary such as pest control. Aside from that the staff currently seems nice.

Despite being a member since 2018 i was wrongly accused of training at this facility and ultimately banned because of the manager. The manager is disgusting and disrespectful individual to say the least and instead of taking the time to actually have a conversation he immediately became combative and accusative. I used to highly recommend this gym but if these individuals are going to be hired and employed with no sense of customer service and etiquette I would highly recommend to stay away from this gym. There are many bigger and better facilities that treat long time members with much more respect. If I could give it 0 stars I certainly would.

In response to the owners post. I was never “warned” about outside training and my outside job should never be taken into consideration when conducting a business where I actually pay money to come and workout myself. All in all bad business practices run rampant in 2024 especially with black businesses who expect you to bend over backwards to accommodate lack luster customer service and management

I honestly want to believe that the staff aren’t the problem here. As my first time getting a gym membership, I do not recommend this place. The day I signed up, I was not informed of any other memberships and was ultimately given the premium membership, which I later find out. Three days after signing up for the gym, I emailed/called the gym to have my membership cancelled. I requested a refund as I had never entered the gym other than the day I went to sign up, mind you I only had the membership for 3 days. The company refused to give me my refund(stating they never charged me, even though I provided a screenshot of the payment that had processed)… and To top it off they are now sending me emails and text msgs stating I still owe what is next months membership... Like I said before I had the membership for 3 days and cancelled. They kept my first payment even though they claim they did not receive it and now they are still asking for more money. I completely do not like that and this really makes the company seem like they’re money hungry…..(Update: Kelsey has reached out and has resolved my concerns/issue. I do appreciate they have helped me out. In the future, I do hope that they make the cancellation process more simple, as I believe it shouldn’t be a hassle to try to cancel a membership.)

They put you through so much stress when you want to cancel your membership. In other gyms you can just walk up to the front desk and cancel your memebership but with this gym you have to send an email to abc fitness and they only reply sometimes. Then I had to call the customer care and he asked me to create an account on their website so that I can request a cancellation. This is just terrible.

My wife and I heard about the facility and went by to check it out and join, since it’s 5 minutes from our house-the staff not only COMPLETELY ignored us, didn’t open the door to potential new customers, so we gave up and left. BEWARE! Do not put your keys on the key wheel in the front while working out. Somebody stole my keys. The workers tried to help but to no avail, the owner pretty much said it was noting he could do. I had to pay $347 for a locksmith. I’ve been a member at this gym since it opened. Not sure if i will keep my membership because i don’t know if my keys were taken on purpose so i don’t know if it’s safe to continue at this gym.

UPDATE: the person who STOLE my keys brought them back today after a week of having them. You guys won’t give me a name to help me out. So to you, the owner my keys were not lost they were taken! How are you going to rectify this situation bc no one is helping me. After missing work and spending hundreds of dollars bc you have thieves at your gym.

Gross..bathrooms don’t work. It smells like old grease; since there is an American deli next door, I’m assuming that’s where the smell is coming from. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Machines are dusty and in desperate need of maintenance. The staff is kind and the only reason this received 2 stars and not 1. During covid the gym was not safe and in result the owner charged monthly membership fees. I wrote the owner and called to ask what would be done about this matter this is illegal I was even polite in hope's to come to an intelligent resolve! .The gym was closed while I had an active membership. The owner was childish and never replied. HE WAS NEVER THERE AND STAFF HARDLY ANSWERED PHONES. The owner attempted to hire an attorney for the debt to collect. I showed proof of correspondence and the debt was dropped. However this snake is still trying to collect fees again and illegally! I have now reached out to my attorney about this petty matter. DON'T SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT TAKE AWAY FROM Their own Community .. ESPECIALLY THEIR OWN!!! Posting picture of correspondence and timestamp along with proof in description. Also the owner admitted on a post a year ago that they were closed I will also give that information to my attorney.

Very clean facility! Coach Dee is great. I love how she explains every reason for her course of action with clients. I thought I would be pressured to do a full work out the first day. Great location. This was my first time here due to arriving at the Stockbridge location and being unable to access the gym. Very glad this gym was not far from my home location. Extremely clean gym. They have adequate spray bottles necessary to wipe down equipment after usage. Members also respect each other's space in this gym which is a big one for me as I do alot of circuit training. All in all a very good location and quiet gym.

Pro: This location is pretty decent for the most part. Spacious and provides more equipment options than some of the other nearby locations. Con: Since Covid I can say that I was disappointed to see no requirements or any signage indicating masks to be worn as majority of the people don’t wear masks. The use of shared rags still being used is very unsanitary. These rags are used to wipe sweat from equipment. The same rags all day and night. And at least once a week there is a strong sewage smell that comes from the restrooms.

I went late to avoid a crowd. At 9pm on a Friday there were about 4 of us. I brought my own wipes to wipe off gym equipment. They have disinfectant and rags but the rags were soaking wet. It was as though they had been used all day and never replaced with clean dry ones. Not good at all especially now.

I was considering joining this establishment since I just moved close to this location. Fast forward to my visit of the location. The staff member didn't even attempt to show me around the gym or explain anything about the place so I really can't speak on that. The only thing I got from her is what their staffing hours were if I want to utilize the 7 day trial pass and those are already posted on the door. Great environment. Awesome training staff. Classes are energetic... They really understand how to workout. They have a body scanner that tells me all of my measurements on a receipt. Very Informative! I still say this is the biggest Workout Anytime in the area... The staff is always cleaning. The owner seems cool. Other than a sauna, this place is still great overall. Very convenient. In and out, no fuss workout! I usually go grocery shopping at Walmart afterwards.

Seems ok if you want to pay for every little thing. Join the gym and pay for classes seperate and training seperate. Seems like a "trainers" gym where no one will help you unless you pay, pay, pay! Then they offered a "free" 6 week challenge which is not free... it's $399 for a single person and you have the opportunity to get your money back after 6 weeks if you manage to lose 20 pounds in that time? The average person can not lose that amount of weight safely in a month and a half and that price does not included use of the gym. You can only go to the CHALLENGE CLASSES 3 times a week and thats it. Its a set up! Staff seems nice but I dont think this is the gym for me
