Great place to go, good people, really great equipment. The infrared bed and water massage bed are so good for your aches and pains, that even if you aren't a real work out type those alone are worth the membership. Being around that environment also can get ya doing a bit of walking, and that alone is worth the price of membership.

Not recommended. New facility and it's clean but equipment and work out space is extremely crammed. There is no yoga or stretching area except for a very limited size area in the back. I did not use spa or tanning services. Membership- be extremely careful of their contract. It is difficult to cancel. Payments are not handled by the location so if you experience any billing issues- it is IMPOSSIBLE to resolve. Good luck if you come across any staff that gives you incorrect information, you'll be on the hook for their mistake. If I could give negative stars I would.

My husband & I joined in 2/2025 & we love that they're open 24/7, especially since my husband works night shift & can go before &/or after work. They have great amenities, including tanning, red light therapy, massage chairs & a sauna that are all included in your monthly price too! Highly recommend!

Just visited your gym earlier today. I'm from out of town and just visiting...and as a long time gym rat who's been to many around the country, I have to say Workout Anytime is way at the top. I was incredibly impressed with how clean the gym was and I loved the machines. Very user-friendly and again clean. I also need to point out that the manager Jennee(I'm sorry but I'm probably misspelling her name) could not have been more personable and welcoming. She's a real asset to the owners of the gym.

Summarized: mistakes with payment processing and sharing people’s info

The facility is nice but customer service sucks. I added 1 card info for one time use (then use different card). They said they removed the card info but charged it a few months later. The amount was their yearly fee but I already paid my yearly fee. They won’t refund this unauthorized charge. The manager hung up on me yesterday before removing the card info.
They contacted me today and finally removed it (after I had contacted corporate yesterday).
I don’t trust them with my information at all anymore! This is the second time I’ve had issues with this location.
They also reached out to me regarding someone else’s membership (I’m not on their account and they’re not on mine, I happen to know the person). They are terrible at safeguarding people’s information!

I LOVE this place!! The staff is incredible…friendly, easygoing, knowledgeable…they’re all ready to help you learn, grow and meet your goals, whatever those are. I was fortunate enough to have gone to Workout Anytime Hartwell for the grand opening. It was very organized. The owners took time explaining all the activities that were included in memberships. I joined workout anytime in Hartwell when it first opened. I can honestly say best decision ever. The staff is amazing, the manager Jenee is always willing to help if I have any questions or concerns she always has the answers. I asked about a personal trainer within a short time Tucker called me willing to work with me. I totally recommend Workout Anytime.

The gym itself isn’t bad but I have been charged three times in the past month. I was charged $35 on the first of November then $35 on the 25th of november. Just yesterday for some reason I was charged $50 dollars and I do not understand why. I have tried to get into contact with their support team and I cannot get a hold of anyone.

You sign up for a rate of $29.99 which you are charged on the 23rd of every month then turn around n they charge your card $49.99 2 weeks later. Can’t ever get anyone on the one. BEWARE
