Joined Woodstock location less than 2 weeks ago with my girlfriend — both of us paying members decided to visit another gym. We were never told about a “mandatory scan” policy. Instead of a simple reminder, managers Matt & Tina locked both our memberships and said the only way back in was to pay $25 each. Tina even said I could owe $400+ in “trespassing fees” for past visits, despite never once being warned. No conversation. No courtesy. Just pay or get out.

I spoke with Tina directly and explained my situation. After hearing me out, she admitted she simply didn’t want to allow people like us back into their gyms — even though it was their own staff actions that frustrated and provoked me. This is not just poor customer service, it’s vindictive behavior and clearly targeting paying members instead of resolving issues fairly.

When a gym treats paying members like walking ATMs and threatens hundreds in surprise “fees,” then admits to intentionally keeping certain people out, that’s not fitness — that’s predatory. New members beware: this location doesn’t build relationships, it builds invoices and grudges. Don't recommend coming to all there three locations. Even though the gyms are well taken care of they treat new members poorly.

This gym has everything you need and is brand new. Loved the clean bathrooms and equipment. This is the only location in GA from peachtree city, tyrone, woodstock, kennesaw & town center, marietta south, marietta, Smyrna over the past 4 years that has asked for my ID. Then he said I’ll have to show it every time I come until I get it fixed. I guess when i changed over from premium to standard my picture was lost, but this hasn’t been a problem anywhere else since staffed or not, even with the also brand new gym. Makes sense that I thought someone kept checking on me while i was using the bathroom since he was checking for me to come out and approach me over it. I still haven’t made the picture update since I’m usually at work or busy during the gym I used as my home 4 years ago when I lived there, but I won’t stop here if I’m in the area. Not that big of a deal, but I would prefer to drive a few miles and not be bothered over it.

Just noticed a poor review here from “Lou” that stated some kinda garbage about this location possibly not honoring your membership if you signed up at a different location? Maybe I misread - but I signed up at a different location before this one opened, but have been going here since it opened since it’s a bit closer to my home and never encountered any such issue - the staff (owner included) have always been extremely nice and respectful and incredibly professional and helpful. This is actually probably one of the absolutely cleanest and nicest WOA I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to almost every one in the metro. lol I love this location and come to it almost daily.

Just noticed that a man named Andrew claimed the owners were racist towards him and yelled slurs at him. I witnessed them asking him to leave after they found that others were using his pass and also brewing COFFEE in the bathroom. He was completely unhinged and very aggressive towards the workers, and later the owner before her husband stepped in. They have gym goers from all races and walks of life and the rest of us have had ZERO ISSUES. Andrew, you’re not mentally stable and I’d love to see you being a baseless suite on racism to a gym that has great diversity and cameras documenting the whole interaction. You were asked to leave after becoming verbally combative when the owners business confronted you and asked you to stop letting other guests use your card.

Stopped into to inquire about the new location and did a walk thru with Andrew very nice guy. Went to ask about pricing price was higher then quoted at other locations. Was rudely confronted by the owner telling me that if I signed up at another location for a membership that gives access to all locations he would rudely ban me from his location. Then his wife or whoever chimed in about me putting wear and tear on her gym and me not paying them for that. I was in the gym business for years some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Don't sell memberships that gives you access to other locations if you are not gonna honor the agreement. Plus you can't use most of the amenities after 7 at 24/7 gym. Despart place with bad customer service avoid.
