First time experience was terrible. The employee didn’t even want to do the work to sign me up. He told another guy to just have me come in later. They NEVER answer the phone. Price is way too much, $25 for a piece of plastic. Cancellation is just ridiculous.

This is a very good gym. As cliche as that sounds its simplicity speaks volumes. If you’re starting your journey or trying to attain a certain goal, this is the gym to start that journey. Sorry I have to change my review on this location and is because I see many people working out with sandals and socks like they put their dirty feet's on the equipment and they don't clean it after used. I highly recommend a mandatory shoe before entering the gym. It is very unhealthy for others to put their face and head on benches after others put their dirty feet on it. I am thinking on moving to another gym if they don't implement this issues. Another thing is the music it is always the same old mix. Please put the sneakers mandatory signs in the door 🚪.

Joining Workout Anytime has been a fantastic experience! The gym is exceptionally clean, with staff frequently sanitizing and plenty of stations for members to wipe down equipment. Workout Anytime Locust Grove has been the best gym experience Ive ever had. I can always count on the gym being available at any hour any day. When I come in Im greeted by friendly staff who are always willing to answer any of my questions, from managing my membership to how to use a piece of equipment I may be unfamiliar with. The gym is always kept very clean and it has everything you need to get the work out in you’re looking for! I’d recommend it to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals.

Nice clean facility! Physically small, I get there around 8 or so at night and usually don't have to wait for equipment. Right sized. Only negative is there web app support. when I first signed up it did not take, came back the next day and the staff had to spend about 30 minutes getting it to work. Worked fine for a while but when I went back tonight I could not get in and when I asked to reset the password or for the username it said it sent emails but I never got them Otherwise great place. 7 months later. Randomly locked out and cannot log in on line to fix. Will quit tomorrow

I’m super disappointed in this club. I got hurt using their equipment. It was no big deal just a small cut and needed a first aid kit which was locked away after hours. I reached out to management twice to make one accessible and no one ever responded. You would think with the whole Covid thing that a first aid kit would be made available to prevent infections.

I am currently 5 months pregnant and was told by my physician that I must eliminate strenuous activity now due to my pregnancy. I called this location and spoke to Ryan Daniels who told me I could cancel but would still be charged for not providing 30 days notice. I was just billed 2 days ago and my next bill is not until 12/27. With this being a medical condition and ample notice, he rudely told me it doesn't not matter that I am not allowed to do physical activity. I asked for a corporate number and he told me to "Google it" I then asked for his manager's information and he gave me the email address of the owner who just happens to be his dad and said "yea try your luck with him" in a condescending tone of voice. I will never give another dime to this business and I encourage you not to either. God forbid you have a medical condition like child bearing lr anything else that prevents you from activity you will still be forced to pay. No other gym does business like this and Ryan is a poor choice to represent your franchise.

Honestly this place is amazing. The staff are very nice there’s not people who judge and people are very nice and keep to themselves but I’ll admit if you’re a girl just be careful. I did have an incident where the older man (not a staff) he was around in his 40’s-50’s keep in mind I’m only 16 (a minor) would not quit staring at me along with his friends who seem the same age as him and whispering to them and looking at me, but thankfully I go there with an adult so we always watch him when we go to make sure he doesn’t try anything weird. It just makes me very uncomfortable. So if you are a girl and you do go there alone just make sure you’re very aware of your surroundings and make sure you have something to keep you safe and also if anything makes you too uncomfortable go ask the staff for help because they are very nice and welcoming people and I’m sure they would absolutely walk you to your car or even kick the person out. Overall I love this gym they are very welcoming,nice,clean,and friendly!!!!

I joined this gym a year ago and had nothing but issues. The staff is unprofessional and when I mention to the young girl who was playing on her phone that the trash was over flowing out of the trash, she stated all you have to do is push it down with your hands. I said um not doing that and she said I'll do it. HELLO..its your job. I called twice to speak to the manager and he was always busy and I left a message and still never received a call. Now here we are quarantined and cannot use the gym and they are still charging ud.

Went this location today to get a gym membership and although the website and the brochure on the counter stated that with a 9.99 basic membership would have 24/7 access to gym. They said that was wrong and then the manager said they would have change that. I know these facilities are franchises and the website is corporately managed and brochures are also but according to other reviews this the only branch that doesn’t follow the corporate guidelines. All I wanted was a place close to home to get a workout that was a good deal but I guess advertisements are just away to get you in door. Needless to say they won’t be getting my money.

I live around the corner from Workout Anytime which makes it extremely convenient. It could use more equipment and the some of the TVs could be turned to CNN instead of always having one on FOX at least when I visit. The staff though turned to CNN when I asked them to. Heck I like CNN. Generally it is not crowded and it is easy to get a chance to lift on whichever piece of equipment you need to.

I give this place a 2 just because of location. It's get stuck on 155 or this. 😟I would actually prefer a 1.5 but that's not a thing. I've been a member here since they started building it. That was probably the last time it was clean. I've been to other locations and this place doesn't even come close. I have a allergy attack regularly from all the dust you can see and whatever the things are that me be lurking that I cant see. To top off the nasty the communication is horrible. They are too busy talking to each other and playing on their phones than paying attention to guest. I just found out their programs changed because I was nosy & listening to them chat. I've been paying an extra fee each month for a program they haven't offered since Feb '18. Is it too much to ask for them to do their job?

Workout Anytime in Locust Grove, GA may seem like a very convenient place to get fit. On the service they may seem great, it’s what happens behind closed doors that’s awful. If you are an employee at Workout Anytime, do not expect to be treated fairly. Management picks favorites and isn’t afraid to show who their favorites are. If an employee feels unsafe and as if their working in a hostile environment, don’t even bother bringing it up to the managers, nothing will be done to the other employees ganging up on one. After coming to management multiple times about how you’re being treated, they eventually will fire you (for no reason) so that you are not a problem anymore. If I could rate 0 stars I would! Because of this location, I will NEVER get a membership with any Workout Anytime. Do better! And treat your employees fairly!

I was at this location about 3 weeks ago and I found it rather warm because the doors will open. It's a little crowded in there but it gets the job done. See men's locker room did seem out of sorts and there were many locks left on lockers contrary to the number outside. We've been told many times before that's against gym policy. However I guess that does not apply at this location but I expect to update my review within the next 3 months.

Unprofessional, went in as normal for my Saturday workout with my husband, he gets stopped saying he need a key card which no one told me before then as I scanned my card the man tells me the membership has expired. So I said when, he tells me but then ask if my name was Bessie or Betty I say no. They ask me my name i told them then he says he can't find me in the system, he asked where did I sign up at I told him the one in mcdonough,ga so he says we'll you have to go over there to see what's wrong.When all he had to do was call to verify I wasn't lying. After driving across town I scan my key card to get into the gym it works perfectly scan it again asked Justin to check and see what the problem was NOTHING. He checked his computer and it showed where I had scanned into the locust Grove location so I asked him to call them, the lady says she wasn't trying to be rude and push us off but that's exactly what they did. After he gives her my key card number she says it's now ok BS. I've been going to this particular gym for months and to have people looking at you and talked to as if you have done something wrong is unacceptable. All this could have been avoided I haven't decided if I will cancel or not but will not be going back to the locust Grove location ever again the staff needs to understand if people are paying their money they need to do their jobs and try to help.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Do not sign a membership here unless you plan to stay forever. Management is so unhelpful. I am in college and can't go here anymore, but I couldn't get my membership cancelled on the phone? So I placed it on hold but they still charged me for the month of December, causing my account to overdraft, which I was also charged for. So I basically paid 70 dollars to not even be able to go to the gym when I tried many times to get it cancelled. Please, save yourself. This gym sucks anyway.
