Gym reviews are always so subjective. I enjoyed this facility when it was my daily gym before moving. At times it could use some cleaning, but for the most part it was acceptable. Good variety of machines and free-weights. I always went late in the evening (9-10p) and it was never too busy.

Set up an appointment to become member and get a tour. Once I got there, there was no staff present to help me with anything at my appointment time. I waited 15 minutes and then left a voicemail. I was never given a call back.

I been a member for almost a year, visit this location 2-3 day per week, the facility is dirty, when I said dirty is an understatement. Toilets are growing pink mold, the floor where the free weights are located is dusty to the point of you can see balls of dust same as the ceiling fans, the music very very loud can’t even hear my own music.

Was interested in becoming a member waited at the facility for about 20 mins but there was no staff there to help me I asked the members that was there working out if they saw a staff member and they all said no I’m here now and still no staff member has shown up it’s Monday July 15th 1:45 pm in the afternoon I’ve been here for over 30 minutes now how can you expect to grow your membership if no staff is on site during staff hours wish I could give negative stars
Edit: so I went grocery shopping at the Kroger next door got some gas and decided to stop back by to see if there was a staff member there and what do I see an elderly gentleman looks to be around 70 trying to get in the door and he cannot he is standing outside of the door in this 90 degree temp this is unacceptable it is now 3:08 PM

Visited the facility and trap musicon speakers was loud. I asked the person on duty to turn it down a bit so I could have a conversation on phone and he advised that I step outside. I'm a member of fitness 2020 planet fitness and this organization. Never have I been treated so rudely. I came to Stockbridge and have no issues..... Months later MUSIC STILL TOO LOUD

I signed up here only to use the tanning bed. I went on 3 different occasions in the first month to use the tanning bed and was never able to because no one was ever there to give me access. All 3 times was between 11am and 1 pm doing business hours. Complete waist of my time to commute and not get service I pay for. I tried to call 7-8 times over a 3 month period to cancel and no one ever answers the phone, nor can you leave a message for a call back (voice mailbox is always full). So I quite paying. How ever they do not fail to send you to collections for a account I have been trying to call and cancel for 4 months for the service they offer but fail to give. I paid $350 for service I could not use, nor speak to someone about canceling. Would never recommend this place.

The crowd is low, all the equipment seems newer, and the televisions have Sports Center or ESPN on it so the treadmills task is not daunting.

Music is WAY too loud. Loud enough to where you can't hear yourself think.

If equipment breaks, expect it to be out of use for at least 6 months, and that is not an exaggeration at all. And when they do finally fix it, it won't be done correctly.

The fountain is moldy. Don't use it.

I've reached out about these issues more times than I can count, and have never heard back.

These are specific to this McDonough location. All the other Workout Anytime's I've been to across Atlanta have been great.

This anytime facility is more spacious than the others I have experienced. It has enough equipment to get in a good workout. Enough space that you don't feel crowded when there's more than 5 people in the gym. The facility is clean. My only gripe is not having more disposable cleaning wipes. I don't care to use the clothes provided because I am not sure how long they have been out or used. And i think an additional waste basket in a central area of the gym.

Not my normal location but it’s a nice place to get in a quick workout. Members seem to be good people.

It was ok until I decided to cancel. That's when the issues started. They say it's month to month and you can cancel at anytime, however, trying to cancel is a nightmare. I moved and could no longer make the trip to this gym. I actually thought about going back but now they are trying to get $200 out of me because they claim I didn't cancel in writing. smh. This gym is a joke and I guess they need the money. I'll never go back.

Unsafe practices such as bolting large equipment into the floor within the squat rack for people to maneuver around while loading and unloading heavy squats. Personal trainers are inconsiderate of anyone in the g who isn't their client and often make gym goers wait on weight benches etc while they have clients perform exercises that don't even really require the benches. Heavy lifters are shunned by staff for "slamming weights" while doing things like controlled drops during the last few inches of a deadlift. However, staff picks and choses which clients they do this with. Two other lifters were performing the exact same kind of deadlift and the same staffer said nothing at all to them. Not to mention how unsafe it is to lower slowly at the very end of the range once your pulling well over 359 punds. Staff with no exercise physiology background shouldn't be left to enforce "rules" about how people perform lifts. Complaints to corporate about unsafe things such as objects bolted into the floor inside the only squat rack in the gym go unanswered. This gym is poorly managed with the gym owner making decisions that risk lifters safety. If you're a heavy lifter or strength athlete go somewhere else as safety and accessibility aren't a priority there. If you like cardio and having a few machines availableailable sometimes it might do, but even then that purple gym might be your best and cheaper bet.

I was a member at one point but when new management took over a few years ago, the owner was attitude disgusting towards me. It seems like it's a silent cattiness against women or they think they're better than other women. So I quit the membership 2 years. later I reapply for a convenience. As soon as I walk in the combativeness of the representative was heightened by her attitude and her short response. So I will quickly end my membership because I will not give money to any institution that has such customer service. If this place a negative 4 just because of the representative

Buyer BEWARE this company will rob you blind in fees. I was approached and agreed to 10.00 a month. Unfortunately my doctor put a stop to my going to a gym this is because of my health I tried to cancel this contract. Trying to cancel is worst than pulling teeth they have me the run around. After spending several hours on the phone with ABC FINANCIAL AND WORK OUT ANYTIME I was told they would refund 19.90 in which is not a charge I was charged. The agreement is from last year .....They re enrolled me ha ha ha this way they continue to steal from ok you. A total of 354.
00 for a one year 10.00 a month membership. I was told to go to the gym I opened the account at and they could refund my money since the contract was up in May.Once at the store Jess the (girl who claimed to be the manager ) Vaguely listened to me and tried to tell me I hadn't called that store less then 1 hour before I arrived until I hit the re dial on my phone and it was their number. She then told me instead of helping me resolve this I needed to pay yet another 10.00 to Cancel .......PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!

Small, clean, intimate gym, if you go during rush hour it's difficult to have much variety due to the size of the place however it will accommodate all your needs for late night workouts .

The gym itself is mediocre. If you're not a hardcore fitness junkie, it'll work just fine. It's the staff you should prepare yourself for. When it came to cancelling my membership (because I moved away where there weren't any branches), is where the major problems arrive. My last day there, I asked the person at the desk if I could cancel, she said of course. I signed a paper, sent an email to the separate company that deals with their finances, and they replied no problem also. Fast forward a month and I noticed I was charged again. I sent an email to both companies and received an email from Workout McDonoughs location, specifically Ayanna Cruver. She said that I couldn't cancel for another two months. I found it curious because I had gotten the OK from two other people, one of them being one of her employees. Then everyone completely ghosted on me. I got charged two more months and when I could "finally cancel", all of a sudden, they both replied saying that my membership was finally OK to cancel (no duh, I also got charged an extra 50 bucks)

Just be warned, the cancellation process could be VASTLY improved. Hopefully this review makes them rethink the process .

I will not bore you with all the great details and I'll just get to the negatives. The bathroom is under construction and it is disappointing to arrive at this location and find that is under construction but that problem will be relieved. Lord knows they have had issues with the sewage system but I think it's a landlord issue and not the problem of workout anytime. Secondly, well I consider there customer service to be rated as a B+ getting to a would be very easy "A" if all staff will be reminded that there is a Public Image that needs to be projected at all times when on site.

Not a of equipment (one flat bench, one incline bench, one squat rack, minimal space for deadlifts), but not a lot of people there even at peak times. Memberships for $15 a month (unlimited access to weights, 3 guests a month). They've also got a premium membership for 2 people at $35 which gets you access to a tanning bed and weird water massage bed.

24/7 is a lie. This past week it's been hard to get in and now my key and about 4 other peoples keys dont work. This door beeps then its just like sealed. Won't budge and no one else has been able to get in. We started coming for the 24/7 gig but it's not.
