This place is very un kept
Dirty things have not been kept up, tanning bed acrylic cracked hair and other debris inside with the bulbs. They leave the task of having the last person clean it which is a joke there was bodily fluids where you would sit down the upper acrylic was a mess!!! Would not recommend this place at this time.

Baylon is an incredible trainer who has truly made a difference in my life. After being hospitalized, I lost all my strength and was left struggling with basic daily tasks some days, even getting out of bed felt impossible. I’ve had trainers in the past, but none came close to the level of care, dedication, and understanding that Baylon provides.

With serious medical issues and taking over 10 medications daily just to stay alive, every day is a battle for me. Baylon has not only helped me rebuild my strength physically but has also given me hope for a better future. His patience and encouragement have made this tough journey a bit easier, and I’m already seeing improvement.

Instead of reading reviews, go into the gym and you will notice the bathrooms are unkempt and smell horrible, the gym equipment stays broken and is not ever updated. This gym also likes to charge people twice in one month and hires incompetent employees such as Baylon who is completely unhelpful. I gave him an opportunity to resolve the issue and he decided to refuse to do anything about it. I am not surprised this place runs through employees. It went downhill after Wesley Juncker left and others followed him out the door. He clearly made the right decision in leaving this poor excuse of a gym. If you need a gym worth going to, there are multiple in the area who not only hire competent and helpful employees but have a clean gym with equipment that doesn’t stay broken and will not overcharge your account. Most of their 5 star reviews are from them begging people to leave them however, visit this location and you will see it is not worth your time. This gym will be hearing from my attorney regarding the wrongful charge twice in one month. You are better off going to anytime fitness for a good 24/7 gym or any of the other gyms who know what they are doing. Just visit this location and you will understand this is not just a disgruntled member review but the gym and its staff are incompetent at the Suwanee location

This gym is has everything I need and it’s also 24 hours which is makes this gym even better. You can always get your workout done with little waiting around. I’ve been going here since 2015 before I knew how to do anything gym related. Good people here and management has always been very kind and considerate! I’ve lost my key twice and they have replaced it free of charge just because I’ve been such a loyal member 😇 always love the amount of sports I can watch and the facilities are always clean and smells like fruity pebbles here maybe that’s just me. I’ve also have used my membership at the Destin Florida location so the perk of being able to go to any location is pretty cool at no extra cost. Probably gonna go here forever unless I move somewhere without a 24/7

Moving from Sandy Springs to Lawrenceville was an adjustment.  Reason why I keep coming to this gym is the staff is very  personalable, genuine,  and friendly. Kayla my personal trainer is the best. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried SOOO many times to get started working out at a bunch of different places but failed every single time. After signing up at this gym with the idea that I’d probably end up being a silent investor, Jeff (manager) reached out to me. Once I got there, I saw how great this place is. Deb greets every person with an amazing smile and full of joy. She’s the best! Kayla is a fun, outgoing person who will not let you slack! Jeff is a great motivator who will push you while encouraging you. This awesome team will make sure you get your money’s worth while creating a FUN atmosphere. They truly care about your fitness journey. I just completed 6 months of personal training with Jeff, and signed up for another 6. In just 6 months, I saw huge changes in my body and strength, and I’m fully comfortable using each machine- completing (and exceeding) the goals I wanted when I first signed up. I feel so much more confident in myself, and these people saved my physical and mental health. These next few months, I stated my new goals, and I’m truly confident that they will be achieved.
It’s a rare thing when a group of people (and gym) seriously change your life. This is a gym with any equipment you need, while keeping a family atmosphere. It’s amazing to see how they will greet each person, remembering their names, and encouraging a life changing experience. Cannot recommend this place enough!
