I love going to the YWCO because everyone is so nice and friendly, my therapist is Tara she's a sweetheart, I've also worked with Ivy and she's nice too , the head therapist I can't think of her name right but she's always encouraging patients with a smile. On all my visits I've always left pleased but, my visit today was very unpleasant, As Tara was working with me Gayla came in all loud and rude talking at the therapists then she proceeded to pull the lane devider down in the area where we were working she demanded it be pulled over in our area it hit Tara in the head and while I'm floating on the spaghetti noodles I can't move out the way so water is just dripping all over me, I actually thought I was going to tip over because she wanted the therapists to stop what they were doing with us to help her put the devider in, she said she's training but we only had 10 minutes left she could've waited til we're finished. So I cut my time short and I just got out since she felt like what she was doing was more important than the patients. (Rude and Loud Gayla)

I have been going here for almost a year and a half and will happily continue. YWCO has everything I personally need for my workouts, friendly staff, and a consistent and regular crew of gym-goers that makes it feel like there is community. This is a small gym, but has a good variety of spaces and activities- even a walking trail. This place is charming, community-driven, and welcoming.

This YWCO is a really great facility for a variety of work outs, and especially for a variety of water/moisture therapies (pool, hot tub, steam bath, sauna, & showers-grooming for getting ready for the day) I found so very soothing. My professional travel schedule allows me only segmented times to join. This family & community friendly facility has been responsive with a variety of ways to join.

The kids and I have enjoyed our membership a lot. Having a pool year-round is amazing. I found the gym and pool to be not too busy. And we're looking forward to trying out some of the classes that are included. We met Coach Wayne. He's awesome.

They need to remove Basketball as an option from their website. You cant just scan and go to the gym it is always locked. You will be interrogated multiple times about using it everytime you ask to use it. Recently they just have been flat out refusing to open it even though the schedule shows it is available for use. Dont waste your money like I did.

I literally called ahead one day to save myself the trip to make sure it could be opened when I got there just to be told they would not be opening it.

Retro, mid-century aesthetic at this YMCA building. Excellent beginner Yoga class with Elizabeth Alder! Many attendees have been coming to her classes 10+years. As a novice, I worried about how I'd perform poses and keep up. But she created a friendly, non judgemental vibe!

Becky the instructor was extremely rude, she plainly throw me out of class pointing her finger to me , because I had not signed up, No one said to me I was supposed to sign up , besides two people had canceled there are better ways to communicate, Vivian, Jane , Pam, Jennifer, Charles are terrific instructors , swimming coaches, lifeguards are great , employees are great .

YWCO has a small but we'll maintained workout room with the usual machines. They also have a number of instructor led classes including water aerobics. There are a number of services they provide that I have never needed to use such as summer classes for children. I do appreciate that they honor Silver Sneakers.

Nice space with dance and exercise studios, an indoor pool and outdoor exercise trail. In my day, it ran a summer day camp at a nearby middle school. Some campers were also selected for sleepaway camp. We rotated through all three facilities. This building is near transit and other shopping but still somewhat secluded. Nice to see they are building out a bike network nearby.

My daughter loves YWCO Girls Club! Even though we live in a near by county, she has attended the extended day camp for the past 3 years. Ms. Gay and Ms. Bellamy are so supportive and offer encouragement to the young ladies. The camp has activities throughout the day to keep the young ladies entertained and engaged. My daughter loves art! They have guest speakers from all over the state to come in weekly to provide education and activities. The camp also has certified reading teachers. This camp is worth more than the money spent!
