I walk into Breathe Yoga and immediately feel a sense of calm. The studio has a warm, welcoming energy, and the instructors greet me with genuine kindness. Each class is thoughtfully led challenging enough to help me grow, yet still grounding and accessible.
The space is clean, peaceful, and beautifully arranged, creating the perfect environment to tune out stress and reconnect with my breath. Every time I leave, I feel lighter, clearer, and deeply refreshed.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of practice, Breathe Yoga feels like a place where you can truly show up as yourself. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, uplifting yoga experience.

I had ZERO yoga experience before coming here and I wasn't sure if this would be my cup of tea. I was so wrong! With so many different classes and instructors. No classes feel the same, and there's something for everyone. In my case, I recently became a mother and needed a safe and non-judgmental place for a workout. After almost two months, I can truly say that I feel stronger inside and out! Some of the classes are so high-paced - I leave the studio sweating! It’s a friendly atmosphere and did I mention that they have a lot of cool events here and the view of the mountains? I recently joined a live music event and I felt so grateful that I finally signed up! Just do it, you will thank yourself later.

I am a new member to Breathe and new to the island, and the studio has offered me the chance to meet new people and continue my barre journey. Building community is a high priority for the studio, as well as mindful and engaging workouts. They offer a variety of classes through multiple attentive instructors with different teaching styles. Breathe Yoga + Barre is such a great place to be a part of, with such wonderful instructors and community! I’m not really a mellow workout so was a little hesitant in the beginning. However, I found my groove with the Barre, Cardio Barre, and Pelvic Floor & Core classes! These are SO intense (but in a good way), I’ve only been going for about a month and a half to classes and have already noticed a difference in my strength, stamina, and physique! It’s so great that all the staff there connect with each member personally, they even greet me by name, and check in regularly on how I’m doing. Parking can be a little challenging during the daytime weekday classes due to lot restrctions, but I take the classes after 5pm on weekdays and the weekend classes so it’s never been a problem for me. I highly recommend taking classes and joining Breathe Kāneʻohe!

I’ve been going to this studio 3 times a week for the past month! Their intro offer of unlimited classes for 2 weeks was really awesome for beginners like me, i got to try classes and see which ones I liked the most, which led me to getting a membership with them.
Since then I’ve joined classes under Samantha, Erin, Hope & Shannon every single one of them has been amazing! They are all very kind, encouraging, and attentive. They take their time to give guidance to do movements correctly. As a first-timer to barre, & yoga that meant a lot. it made me feel supported instead of intimidated.
The energy of the instructors is contagious, and they genuinely seem excited to have you in class.
Overall, the studio feels like more than just a workout space,it’s a real community. I always leave class feeling stronger, healthier, and happier. I couldn’t recommend Breathe Barre Oahu enough!

This place went downhill fast after a key instructor left. The once warm, uplifting vibe has turned cold and unwelcoming. Classes feel mechanical, staff seem checked out, and the energy is just… off. It’s honestly uncomfortable now, The staff seem indifferent, the classes lack any real care, and the whole environment feels wrong. It’s shocking how quickly the energy turned negative I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymore.

I felt so welcome from the first second I stepped into the studio on my first day of my 2-week trial! Breathe Yoga + Barre is everything you want in a yoga studio. I had been wanting to try Breathe for a while after moving to Kaneohe and once I finally had a break in a busy work schedule I looked them up and saw they were running a promotional deal that was 14 days of unlimited classes for $14. It was such an insanely good deal (it felt illegal) I had to jump on it immediately and I'm so glad I did! It was the best way to experience each class and each teacher. All of the teachers are just fantastic; very knowledgable and you can clearly tell they how much they love their practice, space and community. The space is super clean and the cold towel that smells like eucalyptus and/or lavender they hand you after sweating through barre is life changing. 10/10 do recommend!

My experience with Breathe Yoga and Barre has been nothing short of stellar! Let me tell you why. First, no pressure. There are no heavy-handed sales tactics to join. There are no mirrors for people to watch others or feel watched. Secondly, Everyone is KIND and welcoming. I love the layout and set up for classes with the needed (& provided) mats, blocks, bolsters, balls, and blankets. After each class, everything is sanitized. Harmony and Jasmen are my fave instructors. Third, when I went off-island for an extended summer vacay, they hit pause on my membership so I wouldn’t pay while away! How cool is that courtesy?! Next, I ADORE Jasmen’s singing bowls routine which resonates deeply through me at the end of her Breathe and Restore classes. Finally, I realized that I wasn’t honoring myself when I told myself it was too expensive. No, it’s not too expensive. That’s only true if you never go or attend sporadically. I didn’t choose the least expensive plan because I wanted to go more often! So, listen to me when I say this: YOU ARE WORTH THIS INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF!

I honestly love that i started going and taking the classes. It started with just trying something new and now i am hooked. Everyone is super nice and helpful! The classes has helped me figure out what i needed to balance out work and looking out for myself. I have seen a major difference in my posture after a week of consistently showing up(3x/week). I have back issues so it’s a major win for me to see changes. I have been loving showing up to classes it has never felt like a burden compared to going to the gym.

For Mothers Day I received the most incredible gift ever - an annual membership to Breathe Yoga + Barre! My sweet husband was listening and understood that my yoga practice that had been suspended for 10 years was essential to my everyday physical, emotional, and spiritual heath.
For anyone out there that thinks they can’t do it, this team of accomplished professionals are here to guide you at the level you are on without judgement or competition.
There are many classes to choose from and a user friendly app that allows full control over your own scheduling, along with updates, special events, and details about the various instructors. Much appreciated!
We recently attended a special yoga retreat that was a full day of spa-quality treatments and learning for heart, mind, and soul, mixed with movement and my favorite: AERIAL yoga.

Found a little gem in kaneohe. Very calming ambience with so many different class options and with lots of props. The best part is the instructors. They offer different variations of poses and intensity that make you feel comfortable and capable. I'm in the beginning stages of restarting my fitness journey and this was definitely the best choice to keep me motivated and accountable. The later night/early weekend claases are so convenient, gives me time to focus on self-care after work and kids' activities. Highly recommend the Breathe, Restore, and Barre classes.

Breathe studio has been instrumental to my recovery from rotator cuff tendinitis and frozen shoulder. I work long hours, and they (Harmony) have been so supportive and flexible with my schedule. I love going to classes at Breathe. Here are some of my favorite things:
1. Location
Conveniently located in the heart of Kaneohe just across from Jack-in-the-box/Times area. And there's lots of parking in the little garage! I've always found a spot when going to a class.
2. Classes Options
There are a variety of classes offered here including Barre, Sculpt, Core+Pelvic Floor, and more. I enjoy the more intense workout classes rather than the more yoga-inspired ones but I have yet to try the less intense ones 😅
There are also a variety of times you can choose for each day. There are morning classes which I like going to on my days off or evening classes which are great for after work
3. Breathe App
I also love that they have an app! It makes choosing and signing up for a class sooo easy. You can see the schedule for each day as well as how full the classes are getting.
Overall, I love that I get to go to a place where I'm surrounded by people who are working towards similar goals- our health and strength. I struggle with pushing myself in hard workouts when I'm alone but in classes, just being around this community pushes me to keep going! If you're on the fence, just try it out. They are so willing to work with you no matter where you're starting from or situation. 💙
Also! They provide all equipment like weights, mats, bands, etc. I mean, they've thought of everything to make it easy to show up for yourself.

Breathe is an exceptional studio on the WIndward side.
Their instructors are so helpful, motivating and enthusiastic about their craft. I also love that they are thoughtful in offering a variety of classes so that I can find what I need and vary the types of classes I attend during the week for a well-rounded experience. Sculpt and cardio-barre are great for a little higher intensity. Yoga, barre and pelvic floor classes are also a must for strength, breath and restoring your body. Breathe will allow you to work on all the different little, yet important, muscles in your body.
They have all the equipment that you need, so donʻt worry about bringing anything. Parking is super-easy. I also love that you can book your class and that they keep track of numbers so everyone has room to feel comfortable.

I’ve been coming here for about two months now and have enjoyed all the classes I have been able to register for. They have a great app that’s easy to use where you can see their full schedule and sign up for classes. All the instructors have been so kind and helpful. Christina is amazing and her classes are always a great work out. Sammi is another favorite and I love her energy and enthusiasm. The studio is a great location and parking is free. I absolutely love this studio! My very damaged leg is finally getting the care it needs. I can finally workout hard and not be in bed for 3 days recovering after. They cater to all ability types, all ages and body types. Every single series of exercises has multiple adjustments for multiple ability types/needs. They also have new and fun series every few days, so it's never boring.
I definitely suggest the series that have a restore component in it to people with injuries or issues; the restore is the magic that doesn't keep the pain around.

I just moved to Kaneohe from Kailua and this gym has been THE BEST. This gym is so welcoming and accepting to all body types and fitness levels. Christina has found literally the perfect instructors for every single class. They are all so passionate and wonderful people. On top of their normal fitness classes they’re always planning all different kinds of fun events - next week they’re having live jazz music during a yoga class and a sound bath.
If you’re thinking about giving this gym a try just do it! I highly recommend it here 💙✨

I have not exercise in years. A friend of mine gave me a 10 day pass to try. I loved it so much that I signed up for a one year membership. Classes are small so you don’t feel overwhelmed. You can choose the times that best fits your schedule. The instructors make you feel very, very comfortable. They are the greatest!

I have seen this studio around Kaneohe and thought I’d give it a try after a friend told me she was going to join. I was hesitant going in because I have never worked out in forever and I have never taken barre before. My first class I believe was barre, but there are many classes to choose from. The vibe is very positive when you walk through the door. I love that I literally bring water and a towel to wipe off and EVERYTHING else is provided. During the workout, there’s constant encouragement from the instructor and they walk around adjusting and making corrections. I’ve probably been doing this for a month and I feel stronger. Also I receive compliments from my husband as he notices a difference in tone too.

This studio focuses on the pelvic floor. A key issue in a lot of people, especially women. In a matter of weeks, their workout methods have reduced my lower back pain along with other problems that come along with a weak pelvic floor. A bonus is that the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and skillful in all that they do. Would highly recommend being a member here.

Love this studio! I just started going to classes here, but I love the variety of yoga, barre, sculpt, and pelvic floor / core classes. And I love that pelvic floor is emphasized in every class. I also love how friendly the community is at this studio. I recently started attending Breathe Barre + Yoga studio by chance. A friend had started with their introductory special and offered me a free guest pass. From the very first class I’ve been hooked! My experience has been nothing short of amazing. As a woman in my 40s, the experience has allowed to release stress while gaining strength and flexibility, but without the intensity of high-impact workouts. Don’t get me wrong, the classes can be tough! And you sweat! But the instructors here are all so incredible and attentive; you can immediately sense their genuine care for each individual. Every class I have taken has helped me focus more on my physical well-being. My favorite part is the post workout stretches, which often include a refreshing cold towel to help you cool down and prepare for the rest of your day or evening. Thank you to all the wonderful instructors for creating such a supportive and rejuvenating environment!

I love these workouts. I’ve never said those words in my life. The instructors are clear and engaged and take you right to that brink of “I’m unable to go on” and then it’s over. It is just a perfectly time necessity in life. I haven’t felt this good in decades. I’m 56yr and I’m feeling flexible and strong and centered. Worth the time, the energy and the price.

There are many aspects I love about Breathe: kind and motivating instructors, membership options, variety of classes, the app, and the sweet community.
Before Breathe I had never previously done "Barre" and since joining this studio it quickly turned into one of my favorite classes, the burn is unreal and achieved in every class!
I originally intended to attend 1x a week but after my 2 week intro I wanted to go every day, the variety of classes cater to my every mood and what my body is feeling. I love the "Breathe" classes for recovery from running, and "Sculpt" as my main energy release. I can't wait to try an Aerial class!
My two favorite things: functional movements integrated into classes (I love "weird" movements that take balance and focus) and smaller class sizes (I cannot relax and tune into my body when mat-to-mat with others).
Highly recommend and very thankful to have this studio in Kaneʻohe!

I tried the unlimited pass for 2 weeks. Even though I didn’t get to use the pass for its full potential, I did enjoy my brief time here. The instructors were great and so welcoming. The location can’t be beat - especially in the heart of Kaneohe. And there are membership options to choose from, depending on what you’re looking for. Ultimately, it was a hard decision, but I ended not signing up for a membership because the classes were limited. It is a small studio and classes are usually offered in the mornings or late afternoon. My schedule doesn't align and I wish there were early morning or mid-day classes to accommodate other schedules.

I’ve always been intimidated by group classes, but Breathe put all those fears to rest. They’re so kind and accommodating, with all ages, fitness levels, and body types totally welcomed. I love the convenient Kaneohe location, and I love their two-week trial deal that lets you try all the different classes before picking what’s best for you. Super easy to book a class online (or to cancel if something comes up). The barre classes are tough but you feel amazing afterwards. Only wish I had joined earlier!

Community feel with a variety of classes to fit any goals and fitness style! I used to do a lot of HIIT and contact sports, so I wasn't sure about a yoga/Barre gym at first, but I utilized a discounted trial period and realized that I NEEDED this to supplement my ongoing sports/training and discovered a different, but fun kind of burn in the Barre and sculpt classes. Plus, it's a lot more fun to do yoga in a group than at home alone sometimes.

My first experience trying Yoga ever and I Love it! I came to Breathe to learn how to stretch & breathe properly. It has helped me gain strength & balance that I use to cross train for other activities I do. I signed up with a special they were having where I could take unlimited classes for a month. ( Highly recommend). I downloaded the Breathe Yoga + Barre app which allowed me to sign up for classes. The app also shares a little about each class & the instuctor. I was able to try a good mix of classes that included their breathe, strength & release, Aerial, & Barre classes. The studio also offers many community events that are FREE for all members. I got to try the Salsa class which was a really FUN workout! I love that all equipment is provided if you are like me a first time yogi and donʻt own a mat. All you need to bring is a water bottle.

Absolutely love this place!! The owner, Christina, is extremely fast with responses and so on top of it! She’s been so accommodating with putting my account on hold/freeze, very timely responses, very kind, and helpful! And of course not to mention the incredible instructors. They are all so kind and wonderful to work with - I look forward to my sessions every time. I love that they offer aerial yoga classes too, those are my favorite. I have taken a variety of classes by all wonderful teachers. Christina and all her staff have been nothing but awesome. I already feel more flexible and there's other guys in here too. Guys if you think Yoga is easy then try it, if you don't push to get the stretch then it's easy. If you push you will walk out more flexible but spent because it is a work out. Thank you Christina and staff for all your kindness and awesome personality!! It's actually been more fun than I thought it would be!!!! I will keep coming it's been good for my sciatica, it has helped with flexibility a lot.

Breathe Yoga and Barre has exceeded my expectations in a place for self care. The instructors are supportive and helpful, the owner has always been on point with communication and registration, and their app makes it really easy to add or withdraw a class without hassle.
The combination of yoga and barre has been a life saver in strengthening my back and hips following the lack of movement during the pandemic and I am always pleasantly surprised with the relief from pain that I have received.

I was so excited to find such a great studio so close to my house, and have also visited the Kailua location on occasion. All of the teachers are wonderful and have rocking playlists. Breathe Yoga + Barre is simply a safe haven for you to be yourself. It is a no judgment zone and, as students, we learn to calm that inner negative self-talk and set positive intentions for our practice and for ourselves. The instructors are all so caring, helpful, encouraging and very intuitive. They totally meet you where you are and provide that gentle nudge when needed. What I love best about Breathe Yoga is that I don’t have to be an expert in yoga, know all the poses, or be perfectly fit. I can come as I am and do as much or as little as I can. But at Breathe the instructors are SO knowledgeable and engaged with helping achieve deep stretches and restorative poses for my injuries, it provides unparalleled support and healing that I haven’t found elsewhere. I was a 3X a week paddler but over the past few years I been having
issues with my knees, hips and feet. Suspicious it was all related to unbalanced muscular weakness, I considered yoga to help. Living in Kaneohe I searched for something close and found Breathe Yoga and Barre. I’ve been going along with paddling and finally feel balanced. I appreciate how you are encouraged to go at your own pace. I’ve never felt inadequate when having some challenging moments and at 57 I’m not even the youngest in the class! My balance is better, and no issues with my feet, knees or hips! No more tossing and turning at night. I feel these classes are improving the quality of my life. What a great new studio! It’s an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful space with a lot of heart and community feeling. We did a drop in flow class ($24) and left feeling challenged and teenager fixed. The space is clean, organized, and large, and our instructor was so knowledgeable and kept the class moving. It was hard but went by fast, as we were encouraged and supported the whole time. Definitely will be back!
