This gym is the real deal for anyone serious about improving the health of mind, body, and spirit. The coaching staff is incredible — they’re not just there to count reps, but to help you truly move better. During one of my recent workouts, a coach pulled me aside after class to give personal feedback on my overhead squats, suggesting lighter weight so I could focus on form. That kind of attention to detail and care for proper technique is exactly what sets this place apart.
The camaraderie between coaches and fellow athletes is second to none. Everyone pushes each other to grow while keeping the environment positive and encouraging. It’s one of the highlights of my day — which says a lot for a 5 AM workout! If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and help you become the best version of yourself, this is it.

Craig made it an all around excellent experience. He started the class promptly at 5am, efficiently covering the plan for the workout as well as the announcements for the gym. It was evident that Craig put thoughtful preparation into ensuring the class would flow smoothly and seamlessly. He was methodical in demonstrating & describing each workout and then coordinating groups to maximize efficiency for each to do the given movement in the time allotted. Water breaks were inserted at good intervals and length - sometimes coaches will say “get water as you need it” but it is easy to forget so that aspect was certainly appreciated. Throughout the workout Craig was scanning the gym and giving pointers where needed as well as positive reinforcement. Overall, Craig’s coaching made it the perfect environment to get a great workout and have fun doing it - Thanks Craig!

Great coaches and programming. Good modification options. The coaches make corrections to form vs allowing you to hurt yourself. Not fake. Provide genuine encouragement and critique. CF Kaneohe also takes Active and Fit (USAA, Kaiser etc) to help reduce the cost of membership. This place is a great investment especially as we age or if you are post-op recovery … they will help tailor for that.

Today we first worked on a one max rep deadlift and Coach Sean does such an excellent job on explaining and breaking down each movement. It helped me with my form and saving my back. Lauren was great! Demonstrated everything perfectly, made my first CrossFit experience tolerable. I more strength train but she made it easy to adjust. I would only recommend adding more into the workout. Out of the hour class we worked out for 13mins and then warmed up a lot and practiced a lot of the exercises. So maybe add more into the workout or up the numbers maybe even do another round/set. Lauren was great though, very friendly not as “cultish” as I imagined a CrossFit coach would be. 😂

I would like to say Ive had a terrible experience. I tried signing up for classes Stephanie was super rude and unprofessional. Members were running up and down the driveway cars are coming in and out super dangerous.Place looks scary and ghetto it's located in a warehouse where other businesses are not fit for gym

I have done the nutrition program, personal training, and group training/regular classes and not a complaint about any. My main focus in my fitness journey was changing my understanding of micros/macros, and the nutrition program did just that and kept me accountable (lost 10+lbs so far - and you’d be surprised that you often need MORE protein in your diet to aid in weight loss!). In addition, the people are kind and explain things very well, especially with the more advanced motions. Happy I found CrossFit Kaneohe!

I am three months in and absolutely love everything about it! There is plenty of space which is hard to come by for a gym on the island and the people are truly the best. The coaches are very welcoming and the other members are great too. Everyone shows up to put in the work and there isn’t any judgement that follows. I will be leaving the island next fall and I am already sad about it. 10/10 would 100% recommend. You will feel at home in no time!

I came here on the recommendation of someone that lost a bunch of weight doing the program. Everyone has been really helpful and supportive. I haven't done any sort of workout in years and they've worked with me and made my experience 100% positive. The workouts are tough, but they've said just show up and let them figure out what i can and can't do. So that's what I'm doing.

Great gym! You'll want to go to Crossfit Kaneohe every day. Workouts are fun, challenging and scalable for all fitness levels. I liked that every session includes a step by step instruction and practice breakdown of the more difficult and complex movements. So everyone gets time in the beginning to practice what to recruit for, say, muscle ups or toes to bar, even if you have to scale it down for the actual workout. This really helped me progress just in the month that I was there. The people are truly friendly and welcoming. Owner Stephanie Grams runs a tight ship, and has also established a nice community culture. Recently from PA, I also love that the coaches often don't wear shoes here. I guess it's Hawaii after all. :)

Crossfit kaneohe is a little gem in the crossfit world. Here you will find the true meeting of Ohana. I have never in my life felt more welcomed or respected. Its a little piece left how crossfit use to be. Just like this little island it stays behind in times, a place in the world where you really feel the love around you. There is some competitive aspect to this gym, but it equally contributes to the ones who are not. I really love there programing does not kill you everyday. I ended up breaking my ankle and its going on a year of this injury healing. It’s really easy to changed my workouts to what i need. I Know some other boxes does not like that to much. I really appreciate crossfit kaneohe keeping my happy place and my love for crossfit. Finding the right box is not always so easy.

CrossFit Kaneohe (CFK) has become a staple in my life that is so much more than just fitness. I'm almost at 1yr. of membership and not only have I been achieving my goal to stick to fitness for my health but I've made lifelong meaningful friendships with the people at CFK. The inspiration and motivation from members drives each and everyone, and the amount of support inside and outside of "the box" is unmatched. You may have thought you were just getting a "gym" membership but it is so much more, not to mention you get an added bonus of an accountability coach, the owner herself, Coach Steph, will reach out if you haven't been around and check in with you. That in itself speaks volumes as you aren't just a number! I can go on and on about the benefits but really you have to come and experience it for yourself.

After living in Europe for 2 years and subsisting on a diet comprised, almost entirely, of beer and pretzels I needed a reset---both in my diet and in my workouts. After seeing a Facebook post for a 6-week meal plan challenge, I signed up. The meal plan is tailored to each individual based on weight and body fat %. It's a strict eating plan in terms of WHAT you can eat but is easy-to-follow and the coaches are always available to answer any questions & provide suggestions. All of the Crossfit Kaneohe coaches are fantastic and each workout can be modified to accommodate all levels, from beginner to advanced. Best CrossFit center ever. I felt welcome from the moment I was walking up the drive way. I was looking to get back in shape, they help me get there with a very clean and healthy meal plan. I need someone to keep me on track and motivate me and Coach Stephnie and the rest of the coaching staff did just that and also lead by example. After years of not training or lifting, this CrossFit center help me to feel comfortable again and loose weight along the way. I’m truly glad I chose to go there, best training facility and coaching staff on the island. I promise once you attend it’ll be hard to leave because everyone is really supportive and friendly and you become part of a family there. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

For a few months I was looking for a change in my workout routine, which basically consisted of just gym equipment and hiking...but didn’t get the results I wanted. So I decided to inquire at CrossFit Kaneohe and met with the coaches Bucky and Steph, and enrolled in the 6 week challenge. The coaches were so helpful and knowledgeable in giving me a specific meal plan, grocery list, and the motivation I needed in the gym. The workouts here will be different than anything you’ve done before, and can be scaled to your fitness level. I dropped 10 lbs and lost 2% body fat, and toned up within the 6 weeks (I didn’t have much to lose from the beginning to begin with). If you’re serious about seeing results this is the place to go! Such a friendly and highly motivated community!

I enrolled in the 6 week challenge, excited but petrified because I'm older (43), fatter, and slower than most of the people I saw there... 6 weeks later, I'm still older, fatter, and slower than the rest of them, but I'm thinner and faster than I was 6 weeks ago... Way more confident too. I lost 16 pounds and I followed the program... 3 classes per week and ate off the meal plan only. No supplements. I think I could have lost more had I not done the bare minimum and maybe added some quality supplements.
The gym/box itself is great. They have everything needed to engage in the workouts. The people at the gym are motivating, kind, welcoming, and never judgmental. The coaches are incredible... They take time to explain every movement so no one feels lost. They know how to help you scale the exercises just in case a movement is too advanced. They push and praise you regardless if you're doing a scaled movement or the the regular. The workouts are hard, but they are in short bursts and always include a warm up and usually some stretching after.
If I can do it... You can. You're not too fat, too slow, or too out of shape. Everything is made to fit your ability level mixed with what is needed to help you progress. I finally realized that if I want to look and perform like the athletes at the gym, I have to train like them and eventually I will reach my own peak level of fitness.

This gym isn’t just about the workout your instructors actual care about what you’re doing outside the gym with your eating habits. They are incredibly invested in your journey and want you to be successful. The workouts will fulfill your fitness goals but it’s the people, everyone in this gym cares that your on the right path that you’re pushing yourself. I was in no shape in my mind that I could actually do CrossFit but after finding CrossFit Kaneohe they erased ALL THOSE FEARS. They guide you, push you and genuinely want the best for you! Massive facility with a lot of great equipment. On our visit we met a few of the members and a guy called Jo who were all amazing. However, our first impressions of the place weren't too great as one staff member appeared indifferent to our existence and another seemed annoyed that my wife and I were asking him whether we could drop in for their open gym.

Great place to work out, wonderful members and the best coach ever! They definitely push you to be stronger @ every work out. The best part about it is the scaling of the WOD's. CrossFit Kaneohe is my happy place when I'm stressed at work. Totally recommend.

Love it! Made the switch to this gym over a year ago, and I am glad I did! Schedule options make it easier for me to fit in a class in the day, including my favorite, the 5am! So you know these coaches are dedicated when they are willing to hold classes at crazy hours. Really enjoy the atmosphere at the gym, the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging and there is plenty of equipment options for scaling, etc. Recommend!

This gym has a great community and all the members are positive and fun to work out with. The classes are more enjoyable since you like the people next to you. It's a smaller gym but the coaches are really good at making the most of the space. There is plenty of equipment for all the classes and most of the equipment is it very good shape. I definitely recommend coming here whether you are new to CrossFit or a veteran CrossFitter.

I am truly a happier and healthier person with CF Kaneohe in my life. They're always welcoming, encouraging, and friendly. I've been coming here for over a year now and I remember how intimidating I was to start Crossfit; it was unnecessary. I visit Hawaii a couple times a year and I always go to Crossfit Kaneohe. The people and coaches there are always very welcoming and kind. I also love coming here when I am in town because it is always a great workout to burn off all that good food I eat while at home!
