This studio is an oasis tucked in an alley, providing such a welcoming, intimate (& affordable) space to practice...glad I could find it! I attended 2 classes when in town for work, and plan to regularly attend whenever I'm back next. Such a strong community vibe and amazing teachers. Can’t wait to return!

When I first arrived there I noticed Erics lush black dog. Eric came out to ask if I was waiting for the next class. Then the dog became a little more friendlier. At first I thought I was going to be the only one at Erics event. Then Erics energetic friends came and introduced themselves. After the Yoga class which was so intense. Erics friend made popcorn and brung out the ginger kombucha and the coconut oil, turmeric, and pepper popcorn yummy. All in all Eric his friends and his dog made me feel welcome in their organic environment

This class was just what I needed to stretch and relax during a very busy vacation. Eric was a very good yoga instructor.

I attended Eric's class this week and it was excellent. The studio is conveniently located and very clean and beautiful. I loved the feeling of the cork floors. The class was appropriate for more skilled students as well as beginners and he had a mix of both in the class. Eric is an excellent teacher. This is the second class I have taken with him and I will attend again. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
