Loved this place! Was traveling through and it was a highlight of the trip. The space is very hot and great if you love hot yoga. I joined the 26/2 class and LOVED IT. Great teachers and cold showers outside for after. Good community. Only con was highway is loud but you are so in the hot box of yoga it didn’t matter too much. Great stop for yoga lovers.

Visited while on vacation. The instructors were great. The facility is a cool converted gas station. Very clean and nice. The other students were super friendly. Seems like they have built a really positive community and culture.

Found the yoga garage while on vacation and had two amazing experiences. Took a flow class with Juice and the Original 90 with Marvin, loved both! Both teachers were knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the environment and Marvin did an awesome job encouraging and providing corrections to form which I found very helpful. Definitely will be back! Also got very sweaty!

If you are lookin to sweat your pants off, feel so amazing and improve your body and mind’s strength and abilities. You better get in the garage! If you’ve never done yoga before and it seems like it’d be wierd or not for you then you’re in the same boat I was when I started going! But the community at the yoga garage is warm and welcoming so you will feel right at discovering what you never knew your body and mind was capable of🤯 merry Christmas yoga garage! Love you!

I have been going here for around two years and I gotta say I feel more loose less stressed the staff is really knowledgeable outgoing and friendly the vibes are positive and the heat helps you focus more internally and blast your water weight very quickly the movements and flow helps with flexibility and stiffness it also a big part of my martial arts training regiment
Like a lot of injured fighters know yoga helps you stay in the game because after you been training fighting for so long it becomes apart of who you are and without that piece of your life it leaves a hole inside your soul that somehow that just can’t be filled and to anyone reading this post I hope my experience at the yoga garage in Kalaheo will encourage you to attend a class or two or maybe make it a weekly thing like I do it sure helps with the pain 🤙👨‍🎤🤙

This studio was absolutely amazing and so welcoming 💕. I was on a trip around the island and craving some good yoga. A few locals directed me to the Yoga Garage and I am so glade that they did. I landed on the 90 minute hot Yoga class. It was just what this Mamas soul needed! The outdoor shower was a perfect cap of the night! Thank you so much for the awesome class and the open heart!
