Ani and Noah- incredible Vinyasa teachers! I came during my vacation stay and they were both very knowledgeable and had lovely presence and energy. I would come back and take their classes again in a heartbeat. Thank you both!

A sanctuary nestled in the heart of Kona! The Yoga Nest has an incredible group of teachers who are always enhancing and elevating their practices, ensuring every class is stimulating and thoughtful with so much intention behind every asana, every word, every breathe. This yoga studio has been a godsend to many, where community is created and you are always left feeling your absolute best. I cannot recommend the Nest enough. Book your class now and enjoy!!!

What a wonderful studio! A nice variety of instructors and class times. The owners are friendly and made me feel at home and welcome. Clean, cool towels, mats for rent and plenty of blocks and bolsters.
As a visitor I was able to use a 30 day pass that was very reasonable. If I lived in the area I would make the Yoga Nest my home base. Thank you again.

I love this studio!! During my stay on big island this winter, attending class at The Yoga Nest has been a very meaningful part of my time here, greatly inspiring me as I’ve gotten back into regular practice. The studio is cozy and everyone from teachers to fellow students has been friendly and welcoming. Instructors are skilled and encouraging with a big emphasis on taking things at your own pace. A real gem :)

I love Abby Patterson's flow & restore class on Monday night. It is the best and for me, the only way, to start the week. The yoga nest studio is small but we'll organized and has a beautiful energy.

One of the best yoga experiences of my life!!! I have over 1,000 classes taken via MindBody and I saw Yoga Nest on there as a suggested studio. I booked a class and was beyond impressed. The parking lot made things so easy to park and get to class early, tons of spots and no problem finding one. Then the teacher, Jackie blew my mind. She had the most unique flow that built on each other. I we did all the twists and arm movements from our knees to start class and then she got us on our feet to flow it out. I honestly have never felt so successful in a class. I really appreciate when teachers having their mats turned sideways so it is easy to see what shape to create if you didn't know the name of the move. That's an advanced thing to do as a teacher and often most teachers have their mats facing the same direction as the students rather than perpendicular and it's much more helpful the way Jackie had her mat set up so we could view her from the side. Major recognition to whomever owns and run this studio, it is super clean, organized and not cluttered. The cold towels are such a nice touch at the end. I also really like that the place to put personal belongings like keys and cell phones was in the back of the studio. Thoughtful things like that has made this my favorite yoga studio in Kona.

I went two mornings while on vacation and enjoyed classes by Alexa and Amara. Practices ranged from a bit challenging to more moderate. I was part of a 2-person class and then 7-person class. No masks required - which I think now aligns w/Hawaii's mandate removal. They have mats for $1, blocks and other items to borrow. Make sure to check out the filtered water and cold eucalyptus cloths in the back room after class! If walking uphill on Walua, make sure to look for the steps down where the road narrows to avoid traffic.

Such a gem of a place! I had the pleasure of practicing here during my vacation (the week long visitor pass was perfect!) and I had the opportunity to take a whole slew of classes - from active vinyasa to relaxing yin to a fantastic slow flow - and each was absolutely fantastic! All of the instructors were great about offering modifications to suit all practitioners.

I left every class feeling that beautiful calm, quiet, centered yoga high. (The eucalyptus towels were a sweet, unexpected bonus!)

Highly recommend checking this studio out!

Absolutely loved my experience at The Yoga Nest. My husband and I went on a trip to the Big Island and decided to venture out and attend a class with Monika. It was amazing - nice & clean studio. Highly recommend! And then you can get Acai Bowls nearby at the Basik Cafe.

I truly love the atmosphere of this place!! There is an energetic shift for me when I walk through the doors each week. It is a safe space FOR ALL to go inward and become undone.

Every teacher’s class I’ve had the pleasure of attending has made me feel connected to community and more importantly, empowered to find my own pace and flow in my practice, while still offering opportunities to grow and challenge myself in my yoga practice. I especially love Monica’s class and am so happy she is back teaching after mat leave!

Yoga is a huge part of my life! I’ve been practicing for over 14 years and it’s helped me in every way imaginable. As soon as I moved to Kona I began looking for my new yoga community. The Yoga Nest is where I landed and it’s now home away from home! The Yoga Nest has a variety of knowledgeable and creative instructors. The studio is clean and beautiful. The owner is incredibly kind, very helpful and an excellent communicator. She is also an outstanding instructor who plans a thoughtful, safe & challenging class, focuses on her students, and always weaves in a theme. I highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone who is interested in practicing yoga.

This is hands down my most favorite studio on the big island! The atmosphere is amazing. Has a great class schedule with many ranges of classes. The vibes in this studio are the best! There is not yoga-timidation happening here all levels of students are welcomed with and open heart! Ten out of ten! Get a chance to go to the yoganest if you live in Kona or are just visiting and need your yoga fix!

LOVE the nest! Dig the clean studio and the primo location. Most importantly, the vibe is very welcoming and chill. It's cool that you don't need a lot of skill to cruise by to enjoy the practice at the nest. Overall, the crowd is friendly and minimal. A good mix of vinyasa, yin, power, and restorative with meditation swirled all up in there somewhere.

Absolutely loved taking class at The Yoga Nest! The studio itself is beautiful—dark wood floors, natural light, plus a curated shop with crystals and candles. The power flow class is a perfect combination of breath, sweat and flowing. Also loved the Manduka mats and cold eucalyptus towels. I LOVE the Yoga Nest! Kona has been waiting so long for a boutique studio like this. All the teachers are phenomenal! I loved every class I’ve gone to so far (the power flow classes are the best). The instructors are great at giving different options for varying levels. Cold eucalyptus towels are offered at the end of class. There are manduka eko mats for rent and cork blocks. All the little things that make your practice so much better. The check in area/retail space is the back room. There you can find crystals, candles, sage, etc. Everyone is very welcoming and the vibes here are the best!
