Flooring in this gym is not suitable for anyone and not sure why the Parks and Recreation is allowing people to use this facility. County of Hilo needs to make necessary repairs just like Kaiwiki Road. The asphalt needs to be replaced with immediately and the under layer of the road needs an assessment done because the road in certain areas are sinking in towards the river.
