I have worked out at this studio for over 5 years. My trainer is Cathy Adolph. She is a fantastic trainer. The entire studio is clean and well run. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for personal training.

Lynette is an excellent trainer and all-round great person. I highly recommend her. She is an expert in physiology—when I had an injury, she worked with my PT and incorporated exercises to get me better and stronger.

I have doing training with Lynette for 4 yrs+, in person and then online. I can’t say enough about how much I have enjoyed and gained from my training. I first came to Lynette saying I needed to be able to get up and down easily (I was 76) from the floor—I could barely do one! I can now do 60 at 80! Still not easy though 🙂. Lynette fashioned workouts for strength, balance, core, my limitations and my lifestyle. I have fun at same time. I highly recommend her.

Lynette is fabulous, she always knows exactly what I need and where I am. I hurt myself recently, she was so accommodating and careful with me. I feel that I have gained more muscle without even knowing, that is how good she is!!
I would recommend her ten fold. I feel in the six months I have seen her I have gained more muscle/tone than in several years on my own.

I've been training with Lynette Hayes 2x per week for 3 years and her passion for fitness and health comes through in every session. She is very organized and has a detailed exercise plan for each visit. She tracks my progress and pushes me (in a good way) to improve. This is a beautiful, bright and highly well-equipped studio where doing cardio is a pleasure! All the trainers are enthusiastic about training and helping people reach their goals in healthy living and endurance to live their lives to the fullest.
