Great location, cool that they have fitness classes, and spin class setup. I will be stopping in a lot more I like that there seems to be a lot of natural lighting equipment is all pretty well maintained is a little disappointing that one of the StairMasters is down so hopefully they can get that fixed soon. Also the paper towel dispensers and some of the bathrooms Don't always work seems like they'll dispense for you once but then don't want to dispense again. But overall great experience definitely better than a lot of the anytime fitness centers that I've been to.

I signed up about 2 months ago then lost my job today due to cut backs. I called to cancel as I was a month to month and have to cut costs until I can afford those luxuries. The lady on the other end of the line didn't have to go above and beyond to make sure I was able to keep going to the gym but that's what she did. It was an unexpected blessing at a moment when I was feeling very defeated. These guys just gained a lifer. I do not take those kindnesses lightly. Thanks, Anytime, for helping me keep this to stay sane under the stress. I don't deserve you.

Great facility to work out at. The equipment variety is fantastic and they are always adding new things. One of the best gyms in the area. They also have a variety of classes available and trainers.

A run-a-the-mill smalltime gym. Everyone has headphones in and ignores each other. There is not enough space or equipment for the amount of people there. Not a place for functional fitness either… but other than that it was ok.

Deceptive referral program. My friend has been using this gym for months but because they initially opened their account in Rexburg it doesn’t count (meaning I’m paying almost $100 more a month)

The membership fee is charged bi-monthly - no doubt to make it seem cheaper, and there are a number of silly additional fees like a $40 maintenance fee and $35 for a chintzy keyfob that are not advertised.

Also, there is no cancellation/grace period.

Clean facility and nice equipment.

Small facility for $40 a month + fees.

Inconvenient staff hours that make starting a membership difficult because it must be done by appointment.

This is such a nice and clean facility. However, very disappointing interaction with staff. I signed up with Suzanna and told her I was excited to finally get signed up with a personal trainer after having a baby. She told me that wouldn't be a problem, just to ease up to it with a couple weeks of cardio before we started. I followed her instructions then tried contacting her. She was slow to respond, putting me off a few times before telling me she actually didn't have time in her schedule for me and neither did the other trainer there. She did not apologize or try to make it better either. I would've appreciated her telling me when I signed up that I wouldn't get a trainer.

We had a membership here, then moved to California temporarily, for 18 months. While we were gone. I canceled my membership and returned my key by mail. I never heard anything, but my membership continued. I called Steve about that when we returned and he basically told me that I was lying. I was so offended. I could work through a misunderstanding, no problem. But to be told that I was lying was very offensive.

I have an Anytime Fitness membership, and I definitely recommend it to others. Steve, the owner, has always treated me very well. He's very reasonable about allowing visitors, and has even let me take a youth group there to check out the gym and try a few workouts. They also have quite a few supplements available for purchase, if that's something that interests you.

This is far and above the best place to work out in Rigby. It is open 24 hours per day, so it is very convenient for any schedule. The other gym members do a great job of cleaning up after themselves and washing the machines after they are done. The bathrooms and changing rooms are very well maintained. There is a good selection of supplements and drinks available for purchase at the gym. Guests are allowed if you sign in. The owner is constantly adding new weights, machines, and features such as towels and a fridge to buy drinks from. I highly recommend the Rigby Anytime.

Spent 3 days in Rigby for work. Found anytime fitness to kill some time. In a small town the location is great. Gym is very clean and Steve took care of us. More than enough equipment to get a good workout in and lots of parking. New equipment, well maintained and very clean.

Decent enough place. It's packed tighter than most gyms I've been to, which means it has a lot of equipment for the size, but it feels a somewhat cramped as a result. The only real complaint I have is that there is usually NOT enough air circulation and the sweat smell hits you like a wall when you walk in. It can be pretty off-putting. I know some of the patrons share the blame here, but it would be really nice to have a lot more air circulation to alleviate the problem.

I'm visiting family in Rigby and am a Anytime member in New Mexico. The nice thing about a national gym is having branches everywhere. The nice thing about Anytime is using it anytime you want. It is a solid, inexpensive, no frills gym that gets the job done. Rigby's Anytime is as good as any, and better than many. Five stars for what it is.
