What a joke, I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months. They won’t return my phone calls. I’m under no contract. They pretty much are doing everything they can to keep me from getting it canceled when I can get a hold of them they tell me that they will call me back, nobody ever calls me back. They told me I needed to come in, in person. I took the morning off to go in there nobody was in there, even though someone was supposed to be there. I would pick literally any other Gym.

We have been reaching out to Anytime Fitness for several months to try to get our account canceled and they never return our calls. When we go in there is no one there. It has been frustrating.

I transferred my membership to someone else 2 months ago and I’ve been getting robo callers stating I still owe for the last 2 months. I’m frustrated, anytime in Saint Anthony won’t answer any of my calls.

It was always packed when I was able to go so was always waiting for equipment so I quit going. When I cancelled I was instructed to give back my key fob, which I understand they need it back, but was told I would have to pay another month of fees after I cancelled. That is completely ridiculous. I was off contract there is no reason I’m paying for another month with no access.

This is a great facility with excellent ownership and management! The equipment is top notch and in great condition. Always clean and well stocked with towels and cleaner. The daytime managers have excellent attention to detail. Very friendly and welcoming!

This is a fantastic gym! However, trying to contact management has been extremely difficult. I’ve tried emailing 3 times in the last month and haven’t received any response. I called and voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message. The gym is great and very clean, but customer service is poor.

Best gym I’ve been to, and love that it’s in our very small community. It’s always super clean and Camille immediately made me feel welcome and a friend. The over all Gym is nice, and seem to be growing, staff is nice location is nice. Had an issue when I moved but they took care of me and made it right but a heads up for those moving out of the are. I hope you don't ever move away from your "home gym location" Because once you can't go to the gym anymore and need to cancel your member ship its a joke!! I called on the phone once I found out I couldn't cancel where I live now, they should be able to email you some papers for e-sign tho and that might be your best ticket.
