Honestly one the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in the equipment is well kept with a large variety. It’s typically not as busy as other gyms so there’s little to no wait on equipment you want for your workout and the staff is amazing with working with people from being friendly and inviting every day to being personable with each individual there. I’ve been coming to this gym since it was World Gym years ago. Staff has always been super friendly, while also making sure the gym is clean and organized. I've had a membership here since it was World Gym, about 12 years. The best thing they've done is make it so you can cancel online and not do the "certified letter" bs. I haven't been happy with this gym for a while now, all they've done is take away 24 hr access unless you want to pay $50 for a key fob, which yes it's just $50 but I can't even be grandfathered in after 12 YEARS of being a member!? They continue to raise prices, cut hours, they're closed on Sundays now, the new staff is not welcoming, the list of cons goes on and on. I'm glad to finally be done with this place and I'm sure once word gets around that you can cancel online now, they will continue to lose members. Because it honestly seems like they could care less about the people that keep this gym in business.

Used to be a 5 star, but every year keeps getting worse.... Did not like when they "upgraded" to new equipment, owners have said they are getting several new machines that haven't showed up, prices keep going up, and open hours keep getting shorter. Showed up today and now they aren't even open on Sundays. Pointless to buy a 24 hr pass because it doesn't include your free guest status that your membership does. Do not join Bodifi! Their entire business model is designed to screw you over, squeeze as much money as possible from you, and then make it difficult and annoying if you want to leave. I recently upgraded my membership so I could bring a guest (cost me around $160 up front) for them to change the benefits of each membership just a few months later, so I was no longer able to bring a guest as well as a few other restricted benefits. There was no mention to us that the benefits of each membership were soon going to change. In order to cancel your membership you have to mail a request to their headquarters in Utah asking that you no longer be billed. This is clearly set up to make it as big of a hassle as possible, because they know many people would be too lazy to even go through that process. Even after jumping through all these hoops to cancel the membership, I have to pay a fee for breaking my contract. This was $60 which I guess isn’t horrendous but still man, they wanna pinch every last cent out of you.

On top of all of this, the gym really doesn’t offer that much for how much you’re paying lmao. I promise you you’ll be better off just going to a place like Planet Fitness, where there isn’t any of this slimy business and not nearly as expensive. Bodifi knows what they’re doing is shady, but they do not care! Do not support a place like this.

After more than 6 years here I am looking for a new gym to go to. I have been going to this gym since 2018 before it was Bodifi. It was a World Gym. I have spent hundreds if not at least a thousand dollars just to keep going here. They upped the prices without notice and also got rid of the standard membership option as of the beginning of this year. I don’t get to workout with my sister at the gym anymore as I literally cannot afford to.
Also it’s ridiculous that you can’t cancel your membership over the phone or by going in. You have to take a cancelation notice to the post office and mail it out yourself. I can’t remember the last time i was this disappointed in a local company.

A good gym if you want to lift weights and do cardio. If you want a lot of amenities, don’t come here. My only complaint about the staff is sometimes they don’t replace the soap or hand sanitizer all the time when it’s empty or the paper towels. Overall for the price it’s a good gym. Although they did raise prices and see no improvements to gym equipment. Don’t like paramount acceptance who they use to process payments. Some of the treadmills don’t work. Raising prices in 2025 with no added benefit reduces it to one star. If I could give them zero stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have been going to this gym for a long time because of the people who workout there and because it’s close. In 2023 I was paying $28 monthly after tax and fees. My latest charge was for $49. It’s the same gym and although the equipment is a little newer it isn’t much different. Also starting the 15th the guest privileges will be dropped. So for my wife and I to go it will be $80 monthly now. This is crazy! Why price gouge? Those who paid upfront in advance for an entire year are being told they are losing guest privileges as well. How do you explain this? I think it’s outrages.

I have been a member of Bodifi for more than 20 years and it has been a great experience. Over the years, the staff has ALWAYS very helpful, very respectful, and has always made me feel welcomed. The gym is always clean and the weights are always organized and put away neatly. From what I can tell, the employees take pride in their job, and it is definitely reflected in the condition of the facility. The staff here are the best staff out of all the gyms I've been to. This gym is really dedicated to cleaning and has decent equipment. They put more emphasis on cleaning than the downtown bodifi. Wish the downtown one would communicate with them better. Was promised a membership that allowed me to go to both only three months later to be told by the downtown manager that was a lie.

Ammon one needs to be bigger and get a track room like the downtown one. Also desperately needs a couple more free benches, get rid of the redundant arm machines and get a couple more leg machines and shoulder machines like a glute-ham raise stand and a lateral raise machine.

Signed a month to month contract for my wife. When she got sick and was unable to work out we cancelled, keep in mind we had paid for it for over 3 years at this point and hadn't used it in over a year when we cancelled. After cancelling multiple times the card they auto withdrew from expired. Never once saw a bill never once received a call for it being overdrawn. Got a collections notice for a court date less than a week out where they tacked exorbitant fees exceeding the annual cost of the membership. Do not believe when they say it's cancelled. Do not believe when they say it's monthly! And do not believe when they say it's simple to stop the membership anytime. Talked to 3 different staff that said it was cancelled over the course of multiple months. Not worth the "cheaper" price.

A cute gym with basically everything you needed for a sports team athlete. We were just visiting and they gave my partner and I a 24 hour pass for the 2 of us (1 person gets VIP pass which automatically brings in a friend for free). We went around 10am-1pm and it was empty enough to get what we needed done and not fight over equipment. Would come back if we visit again!

Moved to a Ammon over two years ago and changed my gym from other Bodifi location and told it was complete at that point. Two years later get hassled about not having location change as if that’s my fault. Normally love this gym and they just put out new equipment. Staff is normally nice but last night they were super disrespectful. They just changed their hours to closing at 10 and I tried to get a quick pump in. Staff decided to sweep my specific area when I was doing dumbbells, vacuum right in my area when I was doing the cable machine and mop around the machine I just got done using, they didnt even stop to let me clean it. They weren't even trying to hide it! So gross and a terrible way to treat a customer! I understand I got there half an hour before close but you're open till 10 and I was out by 9:55 (faster than other people in the gym). Not displeased with the gym, just that lady and guy working last night.

There are a couple of issues that don’t involve the gym staff or the facilities themselves. The rates jump all the time for next to no reason. You won’t know until they’ve already taken your money. They do not alert you of this at all.

The other issue is beware that cancelling isn’t exactly easy. Be prepared to send certified mail to a THIRD PARTY company in Utah. They emphasize it NEEDS to be certified mail so your request “doesn’t get lost.” It’s ridiculous

Everything got an update. All new equipment. They traded out all their old stuff for new stuff. It's just as great as it has always been, but newer equipment. Let me start out by saying I love bodifi as a gym. The ammon location is clean and even during peak hours it’s easy to get equipment. I’ve been going to bodifi for almost 2 years. I moved to Washington and the cancellation process sucked so bad. Bodifi doesn’t do their own billing so *you* as the member have to write a letter of cancellation. Bodifi doesn’t do that. At the post office I was told I should get a certified stamp so I could make sure paramount (the billing company) got it because they tend to haggle people and say they didn’t get their letter. I stopped my membership on august 8th. I had just paid for my membership on July 25th so I assumed I wouldn’t have to pay more. Fast forward to august 5 I get charged $49.99. Bodifi said that they may have just charged August’s membership early and to call back if I get charged again. On august 25 I get charged for my membership AGAIN! I call bodifi twice and paramount once. Turns out the $49.99 is the annual fee and even tho I cancelled my membership I still have to pay it. I supposedly got an email from paramount saying that any charges for the next 30 days AFTER paramount got my letter would be charged to my account. So I will pay for a membership that I can’t use for 2 extra months. I am not normally one to write bad reviews, but I have done everything else I can and bodifi basically put their hands up and walked away.

So I have been a member since 2016 . I signed a contract agreeing to pay $ 20 a month . During covid when no one should have been charged my bill went up to $33 I did not agree to that. I injured my back a yr ago I can no longer at this point use gym equipment I called to cancel membership was told they could cancel me over the phone , and likely back date some payments if I got a doctor's note. Take in doctor's note guess it just went in the trash and still being billed . I call again the next guy says I would have never been told that as if I was lying and there was no record on my account of doctor's note or cancelling membership. He gave me an adress and said send them a letter but you will probably be billed through january.. Horrible customer service and they make it very difficult to cancel. I would think twice before signing up here .

It is impossible to cancel your membership. You have to send a written letter and wait for it to be cancelled. Even if you choose to not auto renew your membership, it somehow auto renews anyway and your stuck paying for it which they won’t refund you for. Bodily (Ammon) gym has friendly members & staff. The gym over the last several months has show a decline in cleanliness - bathrooms (no soap & towels) and overall condition. Inconsistent professionalism & promptness with opening hours and now changed hours on weekends. The website and advertisement outside the facility is not accurate. The company is aware and to date deciding not to correct it. I recommend speaking with members & staff in detail prior to joining the gym. If you are an early "workout" person....I would recommend calling before arriving in parking lot to find out they are not open yet. This topic has been brought to management and it's been stated they are working on it. Change over in staff is high. Note: Pay attention to hours.

I am a member of Bodifi and another fabulous gym. Staff here is excellent, gym is kept clean, the early morning energy here is so awesome. Gym motivation is right here!!! Come to Bodifi!!!!

It’s impossible to cancel. Pretty good gym but if you ever think you might cancel. It’s the biggest pain in the but and bodifi made sure to make it as hard as possible to cancel even with the fee.

This is one of my favorite gyms I've ever been to. They keep everything really clean and everyone is really nice. The front desk girl was making puns this morning which was just fantastic. And the dumbells go up to 140! 10/10 would recommend.

This is a joke. I have asked to cancel this membership for 6 months. I sent them a letter everything. AS INSTRUCTED!!!! Now I just got Charged for an additional $103.20. I have not been to the Gym in 6 months. This is a JOKE of a GYM!!!!!

Read your contract! they make it almost impossible to cancel even when your membership is supposed to expire! I made it very clear I did not want it to auto renew after our 1 year mark...guess what, it is auto renewing and I have to send in a letter and wait 30 days for it to cancel meaning I will have to pay for another month......dirty rotten thieves!

Terrible Experience with Worlds Gym - My wife signed up for VIP for a year and I as a guest because we were told we could not pay monthly. We went twice a week for a couple of months until we got too busy to go. We ended up paying 11 months even though we didn't have the time. Today, we went in to sign up monthly which they have on the wall. They told us because we have just ended our VIP we are required to pay for one more month. This is absolutely absurd. Because it is at the 6 month mark we would also end up paying another maintenance fee which is $49 if we signed up again for monthly. We have decided to never go to this place again. The workers behind the desk were not sympathetic at all and did not offer any other offers. They will not work with you in anyway. They then told us that we could not cancel there at the shop, we have to send it in by mail. I am looking for a number so we can call corporate because they didn't couldn't provide one. If you go beware. I finally found the number to corporate and they said there is a form we have to send in for cancellation. I called the store and they said there is no form but he has finally told us what needs to be in the letter. Why didn't he give this information at the store when we requested cancellation. Also the letter doesn't even go to Worlds Gym but their billing company. They are probably the only ones on the planet that uses mail to cancel which says something. They do not care about their customers experience. Also they rather have $50 than have monthly payments from someone. Just makes no sense.

BEWARE --- We went in person and cancelled our memberships before Bodifi took over this gym. Come to find out they never stopped billing us, monthly, for the LAST TWO YEARS. $1,000. We went in and cancelled this membership in person, because we were moving out of the area. Something must have happened when Bodifi took over, whether they transferred the customers info or whatever. No idea. We had cancelled our memberships, but they were somehow reinstated without letting us know. They won't offer a refund, only said the way to cancel membership now is to write a letter to the company. BUYER BEWARE.

Bodifi for working out it great but cancelling is a nightmare. I was never told before hand about needing to send a certified letter and terms on their website just redirects you to the top so you can’t see them. Very disappointed that I can’t just call in, or go in to cancel. Poor decision by Bodifi.

Came back after it switched to Bodifi (supporting local business) sign up process was easy if you pay in full for the tier 2 and 3 level memberships they will usually wave sign up fee. Great gym and great selection of equipment. The GM Justin was super helpful and rest of staff is friendly! Highly recommended!

This was a good gym away from home while I was in Idaho. The equipment was plentiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and there was more than a little sense of community among the regulars. Floor space was a bit hard to come by, but the weights got re-racked way more often than not. It's easy for me to see this being my go-to gym if I find myself with more business in Idaho Falls.
