Been going for a couple months and haven’t regretted since. My personal trainer Manny makes the experience fun and informative, where the hour workout session just flys bye. I had a sore shoulder one week, manny was able to determine which muscle it was, and was able to have me workout around the sore muscle. The gym itself has everything you need to focus on what you want for your workout you needs.

I started seeing Lindsay about 2 months ago and she has helped completely transform my body!! I have been working with Craig for nearly a year now. I have dropped 10% body fat while gaining 5 pounds of lean mass. I had a hard time feeling my back muscles and couldn't do a single wide grip pull up. I now do about 24 in a workout. (About 6 per set) Craig is always driving me forward and keeps me accountable. They are remodeling right now and the place is looking sharper than ever. My wife and I agree that I will continue seeing him 2 hours a week. This is definitely worth the investment in your health. Also it is great to support a small local family business.

Enjoying the Family life, I walked in after years of sedentary work. Realizing how far I let my health slip, I had become crippled by old injuries as a result and needed a massive change. Craig rehabilitated many of the injuries to a point I didn’t think was obtainable and the gains continue.
There is no way to fully express the gratitude I have for this gym and more specifically Craig’s devotion to meeting my goals.

Absolutely fantastic place! I thought the gym was brand new when I walked in. however, its been in business for about two years . All the equipment is high tech and looks brand new. it’s always super clean and pristine! Craig is fantastic! I’ve been dealing with seven bulging discs in my back and I’ve had a hard time staying fit. I had become so fat that i weighed 265 pounds. After four months working with Craig, i’m down to almost 220 pounds.
Craig knows exactly how hard to push me so that I get stronger & lose weight without being injured. He has a way of inspiring Me. these have been the best workout sessions of my life!
He is very friendly and knows exactly what to do. I highly recommend this business!

Not only do you get your own private gym space to work out in, but you also have your own dedicated trainer who is focused on ensuring you meet your goals and makes working out enjoyable but effective. I was paired with Craig, and he really takes the guesswork out of your workouts, so all I have to do is show up, be dialed in, and give it my best. I'm very pleased with my results. If I could give this gym 10 stars I would craig feistner is An amazing personal trainer started with him just a few weeks ago and already feel a lot better, stronger better endurance, cardio ect and he’s an a even better friend. I’ve known him for a while and started Jiujitsu with a few years back. The guy is a straight beast and an amazing trainer along with his fiancé Lindsay and the other coaches there. The MMA training at this location is 2nd-to-none. Although I didn’t choose to train for a professional fight here (you could!), I came in and wanted to learn MMA because I hate running and the treadmill (plus learning self-defense is not a bad thing to do these days). So, if you want a phenomenal way to get in shape, with like-minded people, especially with cardio, come down to 1-on-1.
When you decide to train at 1-on-1, starting from the beginning, you’ll progress at a good pace, with a lot of detailed instruction from Craig Feistner, the best MMA fighter you’ll ever meet in your life. He is so easy to work with, patient and kind, and at the same time he challenges you to work harder and grow; encouraging you with every little success you have.
If you want to work out, learn and better yourself, it is literally impossible to fail here. You will lose weight, gain muscle, and meet great people at 1-on1.
Craig Feistner and the core team of students that rarely miss a workout with Craig, are a strong unit that will bring you in and help you with no judgment, no matter where you come from or your level of physical strength and stamina.

Lindsay Cook is my personal trainer and I can't recommend her highly enough. I sought her out because of her specific focus on Women's and Postpartum fitness. While my husband and I don't currently have children, it was important to me to partner with someone that would know me throughout our journey into parenthood. Lindsay also has a keen sense of care and I always feel like my goals and desires are met when I workout with her.
Not to mention the positive culture the gym has developed in my life and I'm sure the lives of those who also frequent it. I have been training with Craig for the past couple of months and quite honestly he has changed my life. I started training because I wanted to be able to defend myself, but I have gotten so much more out of it. My confidence has increased, my core is stronger, I can throw a punch and knock someone out now! If I could rate him more than 5 stars I would! Craig is flexible with schedule, passionate about what he does and is genuine in his approach to help you meet your goals. I am so glad this training center was recommended to me, and I highly recommend it to anyone else! I was super nervous at first, bit Criag makes it comfortable and is all about improving your technique and progress! I am super thankful that I get to train with the best!

I had to go through 5 months of physical therapy before I could actually work out again. I was nervous to try and find a personal trainer that wouldn’t crush my spirits.

I have been training with Lindsay for the past three months and it has easily been one of the best decisions I ever made. She shows me proper form for weight lifting and other exercise movements all while giving me the flexibility of doing variations in case I’m not at a certain level. She’s also incredibly encouraging and doesn’t stand over you like other trainers can. Her and Craig have done such a great job building this business and they have hired other amazing people as well. There is absolutely no judgement and the space isn’t intimidating at all. I’ve noticed a difference and I feel stronger and more motivated. Anything we do in session I can take to the gym or home with me to do by myself. Thank you guys for being so awesome and making the space so user friendly.

My son participates in the group self defense/boxing class and one on one with Craig every week. I have been more than impressed with Craig. He is knowledgeable, kind, and a great coach. My son enjoys both the group classes and the one on one sessions. I have seen substantial improvement in his fitness and coordination while participating with Craig. Most importantly, I have seen my son gain self confidence and discipline.

I started doing Jiu Jitsu at Warrior Camp in January of this year. Loved every minute of it and was so bummed when the gym had to close its doors due to the pandemic. Craig took me under his wing as Warrior Camp was coming to an end and has been such a stud ever since. Craig is one of the nicest dudes I’ve ever met, and his discipline and determination to be the best at his craft are motivating in itself.
