Allysha is the best personal trainer!!! She is very understanding, accommodating of your individual needs, and available. I saw more progress in just a few months working with her than the years i spent in the gym prior to working with her. I have been Allysha's client for 1.5 years now and I have never once considered anyone else for a coach.

Allysha is the best coach, not only in the gym but for your personal mindset health too! She pushes you to be a better version of your self no matter the chaos that is happening in your life. When I started with evolve fitness, I was probably at my lowest point and the heaviest I’ve ever been! She pushed me every week and always saw the best in me. Her workouts fit to me and never felt like I was doing too much. She pushes your limits and you come out a stronger more confident person then when you started. I lost over 35 pounds doing her program. I will always thank her for the journey and just life goals, and mindset that she instilled in my brain the 6 months I worked with her. Thank you again!

Allysha has helped me tremendously through this 10 wk journey, enough that I am continuing with her. I have seen more progress with her and the program in 10 wks than I have in the last few years of me on my own. I have learned alot of the why behind the workouts which pushed me to want to do more. I have learned and still learning how to understand the nutrition that my body needs to be healthy and happy. The program works, it's pretty educational and that is so helpful!

I have been working with Allysha at Evole Fitness for about 10 weeks now and have seen some great results. She is so helpful, willing to work around any injuries, and great at keeping me motivated. It's a really good program and she's a great trainer who wants to make sure you are healthy and strong. I highly suggest working with her!

I absolutely love working with allysha! I am only 1 month into my program and I already am feeling more confident in myself and seeing results! She always encourages me and I love how genuinely excited she gets for me when I hit a milestone! I love having access to my program through the app! I was always so scared to get out of my comfort zone and get a personal trainer but allysha has made this process a great experience and she is amazing at what she does!

I had a great experience with Allysha and Evolve Fitness. I've been working out for a long time, but she really helped me focus on proper form, muscle groups, and nutrition.
They also utilized an app that linked to videos for quick reference to form if I needed it, and linked me to Allysha for questions. She could review my workouts and make changes as needed.

Allysha is an exceptional coach, accountability partner and never fails to be your cheerleader. She has dynamic, personalized plans for each client and has a ton of knowledge to make sure you have all the tools and support you need to achieve your goals. Allysha always makes sure I understand what the purpose of a particular workout is, what the goal of the phase is and where I should be feeling the exercise when done correctly. I LOVE that! She continues to adjust and pivot my workouts based on what I need, whether that’s my performance goals, my capacity that week or she notices areas that she wants to shape more. She always makes me feel like her #1 priority during our 1:1’s and that’s important to me. The platform she uses for my workouts is perfect, it’s easy to use, lots of detail and videos and I can use it on my phone or my smart watch. She’s also in constant communication checking in and making sure we have everything we need. I appreciate having such a knowledgeable, kind, committed, confident coach to be all in with me. She is seriously such a great coach, I would have never achieved the results I did without her! Allysha is the best investment I’ve ever made for my fitness goals, I’m 7 months in and I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve worked with a number of different trainers in my life, but truly started and sustained my fitness journey when I met Kyle and Allysha almost five years ago. Allysha is the true definition of a Fitness Coach. She has a personalized and holistic approach to fitness that encourages proper nutrition, meal planning, healthy body conditioning and general self-care. I can call on her for advice anytime – not just during our training sessions. She has a wealth of kinesiology knowledge so each workout with her is different and fun (even when it burns 😊). I learn something new every time I train. I also LOVE how she incorporates a stretching routine into my workouts – so important for someone like me who has never been naturally flexible. Evolve Fitness is honest, dedicated, and a ton of fun to train with! Truly worth the investment.
